The option that gained significant interest is the integration of personalized pictures to the e-mail, which offered, back then, to distinguish oneself. The characteristics valued by the software are adaptation through parameters, multichannel (email, phone calls, the LinkedIn platform), a system for agencies, and integration with other tools...

On the side of our Emelia solution, we had been enthusiasts of the Lemlist tool. We practiced email prospecting for our customers, but it very costly and there was an absence of certain characteristics that, in our opinion, were indispensable.

Located in New York, Snov.io is a versatile software that offers a multitude of tools, including scrapers, enrichers, cold-mailing solutions, and CRM systems. This platform covers a broad range of needs in terms of prospecting and customer relationship management.

Overall, Snov.io is a quality platform. Their entry-level offer is affordable, but their packages rely on a credit system that might limit the number of email sends in the end. Moreover, the packages include enrichment and scraping services (also limited by credits) that may not necessarily be useful for all users.

For those who wish to really their processes and grow their volume of activity, it becomes necessary to switch to a more expensive plan. In this context, it may be important to weigh the value for money based on the specific needs of each business.
