Lead or prospect: what is the difference?
A lead is a contact who has shown interest, for example by filling in a form or replying to a message. A prospect is a contact who matches your target but has not shown anything yet. The distinction matters: in cold email you work on prospects, and the whole point of the campaign is to turn them into leads.
