La Growth Machine Pricing 2026: what one identity really costs
La Growth Machine is a French multichannel prospecting automation tool. The principle fits in one sentence: you import a list of prospects, the tool enriches each contact, then runs a sequence that alternates LinkedIn and email while adapting the follow-ups to how the recipient behaves. It is neither a CRM nor a database to query: it is the execution engine for your campaigns, from the first message to the reply.
The product is built on three blocks. Multichannel orchestration first, with LinkedIn and email on every plan, calls from Pro upwards, X on Ultimate, and sequences built visually where each step can be conditioned on the previous one. Enrichment next, applied automatically to imported contacts, with a built-in company database and direct import from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. The inbox finally, which gathers LinkedIn and email replies in one place, along with the AI-generated LinkedIn voice messages that are a genuine signature of the tool.
The whole thing can be tested for fourteen days without a card, and the vendor publishes its prices openly, which is rare enough in this market to be worth noting.
That leaves the question that will actually decide your budget, and it is not in the headline price. La Growth Machine does not sell a team subscription, it bills per identity: one LinkedIn account, its sending inboxes and the sequences that go with them. The vendor writes it under each plan itself, "each billed separately". Three sales reps on the Basic plan is therefore not $70 a month, it is $210. On Pro, $405. Emelia, which we compare below, addresses the same need, with multichannel sequences, LinkedIn automation, cold email and address lookup, without billing per identity. That is where the gap opens up, and the rest of this article details it with figures.
Per-identity billing: the mechanism that decides your budget
At La Growth Machine, an identity means a complete prospecting seat: one LinkedIn account, its sending addresses, and the ability to automate on the plan's channels. That is the billed unit, and it should not be confused with a user seat.
The distinction matters, because both notions coexist in the grid. The Basic plan includes three team members and caps out at three identities, Pro adds twenty-five members and opens identities freely, Ultimate is unlimited on both. In other words, several colleagues can work on the campaigns of one identity at no extra cost, but the moment a second LinkedIn account starts prospecting, the bill doubles.
That is consistent with the product, since each identity drives a real LinkedIn account with its own invitation limits and its own sending inboxes. But it does mean that a tool advertised at $70 actually costs that price multiplied by the number of reps who prospect.
Number of identities | Basic ($70) | Pro ($135) | Ultimate ($195) |
|---|---|---|---|
1 identity | $70 per month | $135 per month | $195 per month |
3 identities | $210 per month | $405 per month | $585 per month |
5 identities | $350 per month | $675 per month | $975 per month |
Over a year, at 3 identities | $2,520 | $4,860 | $7,020 |
Keep that table in mind rather than the entry price. It is the only one that matches what you will actually pay.
How much does La Growth Machine cost in 2026? The full grid
Here are the three plans, at the per-identity, per-month rate the vendor displays on its pricing page.
Plan | Per identity per month | Identities | Enriched leads per month | Channels | Active campaigns |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Basic | $70 | up to 3 | 250 | LinkedIn, email | 3 per user |
Pro | $135 | unrestricted | 400 | LinkedIn, email, calls | 6 |
Ultimate | $195 | unrestricted | 1,000 | LinkedIn, email, X, calls | unlimited |
Agency | custom quote | 6 minimum | custom quote | all | unlimited |
The free trial: 14 days, no card
The trial gives access to the full feature set for fourteen days, without a credit card, apart from custom sequences. That is enough to judge the ergonomics and the quality of the enrichment on your own targets, which is the real test to run before committing.
Basic at $70: LinkedIn and email, no CRM
The entry plan covers the two channels that matter, LinkedIn and email, with 250 enriched leads per month per identity, one sending address per identity and three team members included. It also gives access to the vendor's company database, to import from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, to campaign templates and to AI-generated voice messages.
It caps out at three identities and three active campaigns per user. And above all, no CRM sync: neither HubSpot nor Pipedrive.
Pro at $135: inbox rotation and intent signals
Pro doubles the price and unlocks five sending addresses per identity with inbox rotation, the calls channel, LinkedIn intent signals, the multichannel inbox, six active campaigns, 400 enriched leads per month and twenty-five team members.
It is the plan most structured teams pick, and it is also where per-identity billing really starts to weigh: three reps, $405 a month.
Ultimate at $195: CRM and custom sequences
Ultimate adds the X channel, ten sending addresses per identity, 1,000 enriched leads per month, unlimited team members and unlimited campaigns. One notable point on the August 2026 grid: Ultimate is listed at $195 per identity per month, and the number of identities is unrestricted. Only the agency plan sets a floor, at six identities.
Two features in particular push teams up a tier, and neither has anything to do with volume. HubSpot and Pipedrive sync only arrives here, with CRM contact enrichment and workflow triggering. And it is the only plan that allows custom sequences: below it, you work with the flows the tool proposes.
The Agency plan
The agency offer starts at six identities, with dedicated support, onboarding sessions, exclusive features and preferential rates. No amount is published.
Your LinkedIn and email sequences, without counting heads
One subscription for the whole team, from $37/month. Uncapped sending and warmup included.
What La Growth Machine does for that price
The tool does not just send: it orchestrates a sequence that switches channels based on how the prospect behaves. Here is what the subscription covers.
Visual multichannel sequences where LinkedIn and email chain together with conditions: if the prospect accepts the invitation, you move to the message; if there is no reply, you switch to email.
Waterfall lead enrichment, with the vendor advertising nine email providers queried in succession, under a monthly quota per identity.
A built-in company database, advertised at more than 27 million companies, with ABM query building directly inside the tool.
A multichannel inbox that gathers LinkedIn and email replies in one place.
AI-generated LinkedIn voice messages, a writing assistant, and the calls channel from Pro upwards.
LinkedIn intent signals on Pro: likes, comments, event attendance.
HubSpot and Pipedrive sync on Ultimate, with CRM enrichment and workflow triggering.
It is worth noting what the tool does not do, because that determines what you will still have to buy. No native inbox warmup: address rotation helps spread the volume, but it does not warm the inboxes, and you will need a dedicated tool alongside.
The costs that do not show in the headline price
Three lines weigh on the invoice and cannot be read off the entry price.
The number of identities. This is the main one, and it is structural. The advertised price is per unit, not collective. A team of five on Pro pays $675 a month, or $8,100 a year.
The enrichment quota, and its side effect. The quota is monthly and per identity. A full enrichment, data plus verified email, consumes five credits, against a single one for data alone. And above all, campaigns pause when the quota runs out. It is not a gradual degradation, it is a stop.
Warmup, to be bought elsewhere. Budget an extra line as soon as your sending volume grows, or watch deliverability degrade.
In the other direction, two good points deserve a mention. The fourteen-day trial runs without a card, which is no longer that common. And team members are included generously: several people can work on the campaigns of a single identity at no extra cost.
What a campaign really costs
The useful calculation is not the price per month, it is the price per prospecting rep, warmup included.
Setup | Subscription | Third-party warmup | Monthly total |
|---|---|---|---|
1 identity, Basic | $70 | around $19 | around $79 |
3 identities, Basic | $210 | around $57 | around $237 |
3 identities, Pro | $405 | around $57 | around $417 |
5 identities, Pro | $675 | around $95 | around $695 |
The warmup figure is a low estimate, based on an entry-level third-party tool.
A subscription, not an invoice per rep
Multichannel sequences, LinkedIn automation and cold email in the same plan.
Who La Growth Machine pays off for, and who it does not
The tool is excellent in one precise case: one or two reps prospecting seriously on LinkedIn, with a high average deal size, and for whom the quality of the multichannel orchestration matters more than the licence cost. On that ground, the conditional LinkedIn-email chaining, the multichannel inbox and the voice messages do real work, and the ergonomics are widely praised.
It becomes debatable in three situations. As soon as the team grows, per-identity billing multiplies the invoice mechanically, with no economies of scale whatsoever. If you need your CRM or custom sequences, you are pushed all the way to Ultimate at $195, which is $585 a month for three reps, for reasons that have nothing to do with volume. And if your email sending volume is significant, the absence of native warmup forces you to add a tool and monitor your own deliverability.
Four alternatives to La Growth Machine and their prices
The market splits into three families, and mixing them distorts the comparison. Multichannel tools orchestrate LinkedIn and email inside the same sequence, which is La Growth Machine's scope. LinkedIn-only tools automate the network and stop there. Email-only tools send at scale without touching LinkedIn. Prices recorded in August 2026.
Lemlist
Lemlist is the most direct multichannel competitor, with a built-in lead database, its own lemwarm warmup and the same per-user billing model. It is the closest comparable to La Growth Machine's scope.
Lemlist pricing
Free: free, Chrome extension, 100 leads per month, no campaign
Email Pro: $79 per user per month, around $59 annually, email only, lemwarm and 3 sending addresses
Multichannel Expert: $109 per user per month, around $87 annually, LinkedIn and phone step, 5 addresses
Outreach Scale: from $159 on quote, five seats minimum
As with La Growth Machine, the price multiplies by the number of users: five people on Multichannel Expert is $435 to $545 a month
The detail is covered in our dedicated article on Lemlist pricing.
Waalaxy
Waalaxy is the best-known French alternative on LinkedIn, moving to multichannel on its top plan. The model is also per user, but at a markedly lower rate.
Waalaxy pricing
Freemium: free, 80 invitations per month
Pro: $19 per month, 300 invitations, 25 emails per month
Advanced: $49 per month, 800 invitations, 25 emails per month
Business: $69 per month, 800 invitations and 500 emails per month, full multichannel
The Inbox is billed at around $20 per user on top
The detail is covered in our dedicated article on Waalaxy pricing.
Smartlead
Smartlead does no LinkedIn: it is a large-scale email sending tool, with warmup included and unlimited inboxes on the higher plans. It does not replace La Growth Machine, it replaces the email part of a sequence.
Smartlead pricing
Base: $39 per month, 2,000 active leads, 6,000 emails
Pro: $94 per month, 30,000 active leads, 150,000 emails
Unlimited Smart: $174 per month, unlimited active leads
Unlimited Prime: $379 per month, unlimited leads, 510,000 emails
Billing is per subscription, not per user
The detail is covered in our dedicated article on Smartlead pricing.
Instantly
Instantly plays on the same ground as Smartlead, email at volume, with warmup and an optional lead database. Again, this is not a substitute for multichannel, it is a substitute for email.
Instantly pricing
Growth: $47 per month, $37 annually, 1,000 active leads
Hypergrowth: $97 per month, $77 annually, 25,000 active leads
Light Speed: $386 per month, $286 annually, 500,000 active leads
The Lead Finder and the CRM are billed on top, which pushes the real cost well above the headline price

Entry prices compared
Tool | Family | Billed unit | Paid entry plan | Database | Warmup included |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
La Growth Machine | Multichannel | Per identity | $70 / month | Yes, 27M companies | No |
Emelia | Multichannel | Per subscription | $37 / month | No | Yes |
Lemlist | Multichannel | Per user | $79 / month, $109 for multichannel | Yes | Yes, lemwarm |
Waalaxy | LinkedIn, multichannel on top plan | Per user | $19 / month | No | No |
Smartlead | Per subscription | $39 / month | No | Yes | |
Instantly | Per subscription | $47 / month | Paid option | Yes |
The reading is clear once the billed unit is placed in a column. The three tools that touch LinkedIn all bill per head, La Growth Machine, Lemlist and Waalaxy, so their invoice is proportional to team size. The email tools bill a flat subscription. Emelia is the only one in the panel doing multichannel on a flat subscription.
La Growth Machine or Emelia: what actually compares
This is the most direct comparison we have published, because the shared scope here is very wide and not limited to two or three blocks.
Both orchestrate LinkedIn and email sequences, both automate LinkedIn, both send cold email, both find addresses.
The difference lies in the billing model. La Growth Machine bills per identity: every rep who prospects is one more line.
Emelia bills a subscription, with a number of LinkedIn accounts and sending inboxes that grows with the plan: 1 account and 3 inboxes on Start, 5 accounts and 50 inboxes on Grow, 20 accounts and unlimited inboxes on Scale.
The gap appears from the second person onwards. A single rep on Basic at $70 stays in the same range as Emelia at $37, which already opens 3 sending inboxes and 1 LinkedIn account.
At five reps, the comparison becomes one-sided. Emelia's Grow plan, at $97 a month, connects 5 LinkedIn accounts and 50 sending inboxes. The five equivalent identities cost $350 a month at La Growth Machine on Basic, and $675 on Pro. The Scale plan at $297 climbs to 20 LinkedIn accounts and unlimited inboxes, the equivalent of twenty identities, billed $1,200 to $2,400 a month on the other side.
This is not a discount, it is a different model: the third, fifth and twentieth rep cost nothing extra as long as the plan covers them.
Two functional differences apply, in both directions. La Growth Machine offers the X channel and LinkedIn intent signals, which Emelia does not.
LinkedIn voice messages and native HubSpot and Pipedrive sync, on the other hand, exist on both sides.
Emelia includes native and unlimited warmup on every inbox, cold email sending with no cap, the email finder and phone finder deducted on success, the email verifier, and a Sales Navigator scraper built into its LinkedIn automation.
Emelia pricing
Emelia publishes its grid, in three tiers at $37, $97 and $297 per month, with two months free on annual billing.
The Start plan opens 3 sending inboxes and 1 LinkedIn account
Grow opens 50 inboxes and 5 LinkedIn accounts
Scale opens unlimited inboxes and 20 LinkedIn accounts
Contacts, emails, LinkedIn actions and scraping are unlimited across the whole range, and warmup is included from the first tier.
Email finder and phone lookup credits can be topped up on demand through credit packs, and are only deducted when data is actually found.
Sending and enrichment are two separate counters: hitting a credit quota does not pause your campaigns.
Criterion | La Growth Machine | Emelia |
|---|---|---|
Billed unit | Per identity | Per subscription |
Entry ticket | $70 per identity per month | $37 per month |
Cost for 3 reps | $210 on Basic, $405 on Pro | one single subscription |
LinkedIn and email sequences | Yes | Yes |
LinkedIn voice messages | Yes | Yes |
X channel | Yes, on Ultimate | No |
LinkedIn intent signals | Yes, from Pro | No |
Inbox warmup | Not offered | Included on every inbox |
Cold email sending | Included | Included, uncapped |
Company database | Included, 27M companies | No |
Address lookup | Monthly quota per identity | Credits, deducted on success |
Sales Navigator scraper | Import from Sales Navigator | Built-in scraper |
Native CRM sync | HubSpot and Pipedrive, Ultimate only | HubSpot and Pipedrive, from Grow |
Custom sequences | Ultimate only | Included |
Enrichment quota reached | Campaigns paused | Sending unaffected |
The choice therefore comes down to two questions. How many people actually prospect, since that is what multiplies the invoice on one side and not on the other. And do you need the X channel and LinkedIn intent signals, which are La Growth Machine's two genuine exclusives on this scope.
Warmup should not be an extra budget line
Native, unlimited warmup on every connected inbox, included from the first plan.
How to cut your La Growth Machine bill
Count your identities before comparing prices. It is the only variable that matters, and the advertised rate means nothing without it.
Check the rate displayed at the moment you subscribe: La Growth Machine's grids have already moved, and many online comparisons still quote the old amounts.
Only open an identity for a rep who genuinely prospects. Team members, by contrast, are included: several people can work on the campaigns of one identity.
Watch the enrichment quota from the first week. A campaign that stops halfway costs more than one extra tier.
Use data-only enrichment when you do not need the verified email: one credit instead of five.
Only move up to Ultimate if you genuinely need the CRM or custom sequences. Those are the only two reasons that justify the gap with Pro.
Should you pay for La Growth Machine in 2026?
La Growth Machine does very well what it was designed for: orchestrating a conversation that alternates LinkedIn and email, with careful ergonomics, LinkedIn intent signals and an X channel few competitors offer.
The question is therefore not the quality of the tool, it is the billing model. As long as one or two people prospect, the price defends itself without difficulty. Beyond that, every additional rep adds $70 or $135 a month with no economies of scale, and you still have to add the warmup the tool does not do.
The right call is made in two steps. First, multiply the advertised rate by the number of reps who will genuinely prospect, and compare that total, not the entry price. Then ask yourself whether the X channel and LinkedIn intent signals are worth the gap, because those are the only two things you will not find elsewhere at this level.
From Sales Navigator scraping to the follow-up
Built-in scraper, email finder charged on success, uncapped sending and human support on every plan.
Frequently asked questions about La Growth Machine pricing
How much does La Growth Machine cost per month?+
The Basic plan is €60 per identity per month, Pro and Ultimate both €120, the last two carrying the same price on the August 2026 grid and requiring no minimum number of identities. An agency plan exists from six identities, on quote.
What is an identity at La Growth Machine?+
An identity is a complete prospecting seat: one LinkedIn account, its sending addresses and the ability to automate on the channels included in the plan. It is the billed unit, and the pricing page states that each one is billed separately. It is not the same as a team member: several colleagues can work on one identity at no extra cost, but two LinkedIn accounts prospecting means two identities to pay for.
Does La Growth Machine have a free trial?+
Yes, fourteen days with access to every feature, without a credit card, apart from custom sequences.
What happens when the enrichment quota is reached?+
Campaigns pause until you top up or until the monthly renewal. The quota is 250 leads per month per identity on Basic, 400 on Pro and 1,000 on Ultimate, bearing in mind that a full enrichment with a verified email consumes five credits against one for the data alone.
Does La Growth Machine sync with HubSpot and Pipedrive?+
Yes, but only on the Ultimate plan at €120 per identity. Basic and Pro have no CRM sync. It is one of the two reasons that push teams to the top plan, along with sequence customisation.
Does La Growth Machine include inbox warmup?+
No. Sending address rotation, available from the Pro plan, spreads volume across several inboxes but does not warm them up. A dedicated warmup tool is still needed and represents an extra budget line.
Does La Growth Machine include a database?+
Yes, a database of more than 27 million companies is available from the Basic plan, with ABM query building inside the tool. It is a real differentiator against sequence tools that offer none. Emelia, on the other hand, does not ship a company database: you bring your own lists, or you scrape them from Sales Navigator, which the tool does natively.
What is the best alternative to La Growth Machine?+
It depends on what is blocking. If it is the per-identity price, look at tools billed as a flat subscription: Emelia bundles multichannel sequences, LinkedIn automation, unlimited cold email, an email finder and native warmup into a single subscription from €37 per month. If LinkedIn alone is enough for you, Waalaxy starts at €19. If you want the closest comparable, it is Lemlist, but it also bills per user. And if your need is email at scale, Smartlead or Instantly answer it better.
