Expandi alternatives compared: price and features
One row per tool from this page, Expandi first for reference: who it suits, its entry price for the same need (LinkedIn) and what it does. The sections below explain each choice.
Monthly prices, billed monthly unless stated, excluding VAT, read on each publisher’s site (checked between October 5, 2026 and October 14, 2026). Emelia’s prices follow your currency; tools billed in dollars only stay in dollars, and those billed in euros only stay in euros. –: not offered, or not checked for this need.
Cheaper than $99 an account: four LinkedIn tools priced below Expandi
Same need as one Expandi seat, billed monthly: one LinkedIn account, with or without email. Expandi, Dripify and HeyReach are quoted in dollars, Waalaxy from its dollar price list, and Emelia in your currency, which it bills at the same figure in euros or dollars. Expandi includes an email step, so the fair comparison is a plan that sends emails too; where a tool only covers LinkedIn, we say so.
- Emelia Start, $37: 1 LinkedIn account and 3 mailboxes with warm-up, email finder and API. Grow covers 3 accounts for $97, where a single Expandi seat costs $99.
- Waalaxy Business, $69 on its dollar price list: LinkedIn and cold email, 800 invitations a month. If LinkedIn alone is enough, Pro costs $19 for 300 invitations a month. Waalaxy's euro price list uses other figures.
- Dripify Pro, $79: LinkedIn plus an email step from one Gmail or Outlook mailbox, unlimited campaigns and up to 200 emails a day. Advanced, which adds team management and A/B testing (in beta), costs $99: the price of an Expandi seat.
- HeyReach Growth, $79, then $59 per account from 10: cheaper for LinkedIn only, because HeyReach sends no email itself; it hands leads to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, each a separate subscription.
What Expandi’s one plan includes, and what Emelia covers
Expandi puts every feature in one plan. Here is what it includes, next to what Emelia’s plans cover.
- LinkedIn actions: Expandi adds InMail (paid ones need Sales Navigator), event invitations, group messages, company-page invitations, visitor signals and the Mobile Connector to invitations and messages; Emelia runs profile visits, invitations, messages and post likes in the same sequence as the emails.
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive natively for every Expandi customer; Emelia connects 1 CRM on Start and Grow, several on Scale.
- Price: unchanged since February 2024 at Expandi, every feature on its one plan; every Emelia plan has the full toolkit too, from $37 a month.
- Inbox: Expandi’s Global Inbox gathers the LinkedIn conversations of every account in a workspace; Emelia’s unified inbox gathers the LinkedIn and email replies.
Alternatives that send cold email at volume, with warm-up and an email finder
Expandi's email step needs an address you already have, goes out through the SMTP mailbox connected to each LinkedIn account and leaves replies to Gmail or Outlook. If email is half your pipeline, these tools treat it as a channel of its own.
Emelia
3, 50 or unlimited mailboxes depending on the plan, warm-up included, one inbox for replies, and an email finder that uses 1 credit only when it finds an address. LinkedIn steps run in the same sequences, with 1 to 10 accounts included.
lemlist
Multichannel costs $109 a month per user, with 1 LinkedIn account and up to 5 sending addresses each. lemwarm Essential warm-up is included; finding and verifying an email uses 5 credits.
La Growth Machine
Billed per "identity" (a LinkedIn account and its email addresses): $70 on Basic with 1 address, $135 on Pro with 5. Its finder uses 5 credits per verified email; there is no built-in warm-up (it points to MailWarm or MailReach).
Expandi with Smartlead
Expandi's own answer to volume: each LinkedIn account can push leads into a Smartlead campaign, and import leads from it. You then pay for two tools and run two inboxes.
Running client accounts: Emelia’s plans, HeyReach’s agency packs, Expandi’s quote
Expandi's white label is thorough: your domain, logo and colours, your own Stripe account to bill clients, voucher codes to activate their accounts. But it sits in the Agency plan, from 10 seats, at a price Expandi does not publish.
- Emelia prices agency work by plan: 10 LinkedIn accounts and unlimited mailboxes on Scale for $297, $29 per extra account, with no fee per user.
- HeyReach publishes its agency prices: $999 a month for 25 LinkedIn senders, $1,399 for 50, $2,999 for Unlimited (up to 300), white label included from Agency. Proxies are yours to provide on those plans, and email sending stays in a separate tool.
- Dripify offers no white label.
How Expandi's rivals bill: per account, per user or per plan
The unit each tool charges for decides how the bill grows with your team. Prices are monthly list prices.
