Once you’ve scraped or imported a file with your contacts (my import test did not work, I tried twice, reloaded the page, my new list was empty) you will be able to use a feature that looks like the email finder : “AI Prospect Finder”
This feature finds prospects that look like the prospects you already have in your lists, well, let’s be honest it’s an interesting feature but it doesn’t serve much if you want to send a cold email to these prospects : no email is provided, it’s really just to contact them on LinkedIn behind. And I would have loved to talk about the email finder but I couldn’t make it work 😂 after clicking several times on the button to import contacts to find their email, I always ended up back to the start... from my point of view Waalaxy is not intuitive, when on other tools you can launch the campaign in 5 minutes, it’s clear that on Waalaxy you have to be patient to get what you want.
Multi-channel campaigns
The interesting feature of Waalaxy is the multi-channel campaigns. Waalaxy offers many conversion tunnels, all are pre-made templates offered when creating the campaign. Then, to make its users “work” Waalaxy complicates the user journey, the tool loses us a bit in its huge library of templates.
Analytics and tracking
Waalaxy allows to track opened emails, clicks and responses. You can also obviously track LinkedIn connection requests, account visits and messages. But you can’t track your leads in real time on Waalaxy like other tools do.
