1 credit for an email, 10 for a mobile: what each data point costs
Any FullEnrich credit buys any kind of data, and it is only spent when the data is found. A search that returns nothing costs nothing.
- Work email: 1 credit, including addresses marked Catch-all, which FullEnrich’s help centre says bounce 26 to 40% of the time on average; an Invalid result costs nothing.
- Mobile number: 10 credits; a landline found instead is handed over for free.
- Personal email: 3 credits, an option to switch on, meant for recruiting only.
- Reverse email lookup (from an email to the person and the company): 1 credit.
- Person and company profile on its own: 0.25 credit, free alongside an enrichment; the same rate applies to a Search result exported without enrichment.
- Enriching a contact again with the same input within 3 months: free, but duplicates inside one file are each charged.
What a tier buys
So the $55 tier, the one the pricing page preselects, buys 1,000 work emails or 100 mobiles a month, or any mix of the two. Emelia counts 1 credit per email and 50 per number, searched across several providers and refunded when none turns up, which is why the comparison below is made per email and per mobile found, never per credit.
Credits roll over for 3 months, or 12
On a monthly plan, unused credits carry over for 3 months after they are added; on a yearly plan, the year’s credits arrive at once and last 12 months.
Cancelling changes that. The pricing page and the terms speak of roll-over without condition, but the help centre states that once a cancelled subscription reaches the end of its billing cycle, unused credits expire, and advises downgrading rather than cancelling to keep them. Deleting the workspace loses them too, without refund. Pausing a monthly plan for up to 2 months suspends billing and may extend validity.
Emelia’s credits stay valid 12 months after purchase, and cancelling the subscription does not take them away.

Each row is one need, billed monthly: FullEnrich’s smallest Pro tier that covers it, against Emelia’s credit subscription alone, the smallest monthly pack, with no plan on top. FullEnrich is priced in US dollars, Emelia in your currency.

Where the mobile tiers fall
On work emails, Emelia’s pack costs less at every volume in the table: $19 for 1,000 emails against $55 at FullEnrich, $499 for 100,000 against $3,500.
On mobiles, at 10 credits each, FullEnrich moves up its tiers in small steps, while Emelia’s 50 credits per number go from one pack to the next. At the mobile volumes of Emelia’s packs, Emelia costs less at 20, 1,000 and 2,000 mobiles a month whatever the exchange rate, and at 100 and 200 too when you pay in dollars; FullEnrich costs less at none of them. Emelia’s largest pack stops at 2,000 mobiles a month; FullEnrich’s tiers go on to 10,000, then Enterprise.

How each tool charges
FullEnrich sells Pro in 11 credit tiers, $29 to $3,500 a month, users unlimited; 1 credit per work email and 10 per mobile, only when found.
Emelia does not bill per user, and its credits need no sending plan: all that counts is the monthly pack that covers your volume, from $19 for 1,000 credits, valid for 12 months. An email found costs 1 credit, a phone number 50, and nothing is charged when nothing is found. Packs are monthly only, so the yearly view uses the same price.
Before tax. FullEnrich: the smallest tier that covers the credits; beyond 100,000 a month, Enterprise on quote. Emelia: its credit subscription and nothing else, a monthly pack. Both count found data only.
FullEnrich API pricing: the same credits, no separate plan
There is no API plan: every tier, the trial included, opens the API and the MCP server, and each call spends the workspace’s credits at the rates above.
- Enrichment: 1 credit per work email and 10 per mobile returned, nothing for a contact with no result.
- Search through the API: 0.25 credit per result returned; through MCP, the first 10 results are a free preview.
- Testing: FullEnrich provides test contacts that cost no credit.
- Limits: 60 calls a minute and 100 contacts per call on every tier; Enterprise raises them.
- Per key: a monthly credit limit can be set on each API key, as on each member.
FullEnrich promo codes, the yearly plan and the trial
We found no FullEnrich promo code on its site or in its help centre. Three things lower the bill instead.
- Yearly billing: announced as about 10% cheaper; tier by tier, 9 to 11% less than twelve monthly payments, with the year’s credits granted at once and valid 12 months.
- Free credits: 50 at sign-up without a card, valid 30 days (5 mobiles or 50 emails), plus 50 for each teammate who joins the workspace, and 500 for a social media post about FullEnrich through its ambassador programme.
- Affiliate programme: 15%, 20% and 25% of the sales you bring, for 12 months, depending on the amount referred.
On Emelia’s side
Emelia gives 20 credits at sign-up with a work email and a 7-day trial without a card; after that, a pack of 1,000 credits costs $19 a month, with no plan needed.
Questions about what FullEnrich costs
No. Prices are in US dollars, before tax, whatever the visitor’s country; FullEnrich Corp is based in San Francisco, and its help centre notes that VAT is usually not charged between a US company and an EU business. Emelia shows its prices in your currency.
The subscription runs to the end of the current period, monthly or yearly. The pricing page and the terms describe roll-over without mentioning cancellation; the help centre says that after that date, unused credits expire, and that downgrading to a smaller tier keeps them alive. Credits themselves are not refundable.
Yes: each member who joins the workspace adds 50 credits. Users are unlimited on every plan, so inviting them costs nothing; the credits are shared, with a monthly limit per member if you set one.
Up to 11 credits when both are found: $0.638 on the smallest tier, $0.385 on the largest. If only the email turns up, 1 credit; if nothing does, nothing.
