Icypeas pricing in dollars and in euros: credits that never expire
Icypeas sells one thing, monthly credits, at 4 levels. The euro list is not a conversion of the dollar list (Basic costs €15 or $19); this page shows the one that matches your currency. Prices exclude VAT.

Every plan has the same features: API access, catch-all verification, Make, Zapier and n8n, the MCP server, credits that carry over. Yearly billing charges 10 months for 12, a 16.7% saving, although the toggle on Icypeas’ pricing page reads “Save 20%”. List prices have not moved since April 2025; before that, the euro-only list had Premium at €30, Advanced at €60 and the 100,000-credit plan at €250. Payments are not refunded, except where a written agreement provides for it or the terms change (terms of October 1, 2026).

Unused credits move to the next month with no ceiling and no expiry date. Icypeas publishes no one-off credit pack: for more credits, you move up a plan or ask for a custom one.

Icypeas says 80% of its customers call its API from their own product or automations, and the documentation at api-doc.icypeas.com is open without an account. Every plan has the same access: the key sits in your profile and has to be switched on.
Limits, route by route
The documentation publishes a ceiling for each family of calls rather than a quota per plan.
- Email Finder, Email Verifier, Domain Scan: 10 calls a second, one lookup per call.
- Bulk search: 1 call a second, up to 5,000 rows per call, with a webhook when the file is done.
- Scrapers and profile URL finders: 20 calls a second.
- Find People and Find Companies: 30 calls a second, 200 results per page at most.
Without code: Clay, Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, n8n and an MCP server
Icypeas lists 6 integrations, all for orchestration: 7 native actions inside Clay (find, verify, enrich), a Google Sheets script, Make, Zapier, an official n8n node, and an MCP server with set-up guides for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. The CRM and outreach categories of that page are empty: no native connector to a CRM or a sequencer is listed.
The changelog runs to version 1.15.0, dated July 16, 2026, and the company states 99.9% uptime and 2,000 requests a second handled.
The company behind Icypeas: Vloum SAS, a team of 4, hosting declared in France
Icypeas is the trading name of Vloum SAS (SIREN 919 561 266), created on October 3, 2022 at 31 rue Victor Massé, 75009 Paris. Its co-founders are Pierre Landoin (CEO) and Corentin Ribeyre (CTO); the About page counts 4 teammates. The home page claims “7000+ users”; we found no funding round announced, on its site or elsewhere online.
Its data statement says profiles and company data come from an outside provider, Avanteer, and that everything is hosted by OVHcloud and Scaleway in France. Two other pages disagree: the old help centre said in 2024 that Icypeas used no database, and the current security page names OVH and AWS as hosts.
What Icypeas sells: an email finder, a verifier, enrichment, and nothing that sends emails
Icypeas calls itself a specialist tool and says so on its own blog: “Not your sequencer or CRM.” Most of it starts from data you bring (a name, a domain, an address, a URL); the lead database, further down, is the exception.
Finder, verifier, scans and scrapers on one credit balance
- Icypeas email finder: first name, last name and a domain or company name in, a professional email out; one person at a time, a file, or up to 5,000 rows per API call.
- Email Verifier: tests addresses from any list, including catch-all domains on Google and Microsoft, which is the point Icypeas stresses most.
- Domain Scan: the generic addresses of a domain (contact@, info@…).
- Reverse Email Lookup: from an email back to the person’s profile, added in January 2026.
- Scrapers and URL finders: complete a profile or a company page you already have, or find its URL from a name and an employer.
Sending happens elsewhere
Once the addresses are found, the campaign needs another tool. Emelia finds the email too, for 1 credit when it is found and nothing otherwise, and runs the sequence: cold email from 3 mailboxes on Start, 50 on Grow or unlimited on Scale, plus 1 to 10 LinkedIn accounts.

Icypeas finds the address and stops there: to write to the contacts you need a sending tool on top, here Instantly, its cheapest plan that covers the month’s contacts. At Emelia, Start and a credit pack are enough: the same account finds the email, sends the campaign by email and on LinkedIn, and finds mobile numbers too. Monthly billing on both sides.

Your own month: emails found and lists verified
It opens at 5,000 emails found a month, the size of an Emelia pack; set the volume you look up and the lists you verify. On Emelia’s side only the credit subscription is counted: finding or verifying addresses needs no plan. Credits are all this calculator compares: Icypeas sends nothing, so writing to these contacts adds a sending tool (Instantly Hypergrowth, $97 a month), while Emelia’s credits are spent in the account that runs the campaign.

How each tool charges
Icypeas bills monthly credit plans: $19 for 1,000, up to the Hypergrowth menu (20,000 to 10 million credits). It takes 1 credit per email found and 0.1 per address tested. Credits left at the end of a month stay on the account, so a volume between two plans builds a reserve for later months.
Emelia charges 1 credit per email found, nothing when none is found, and 0.25 credit per verified address. Its credits are sold on their own, as a subscription with no sending plan: from $19 a month for 1,000 credits, valid for 12 months. To send your campaigns as well, Start ($37) adds 3 mailboxes and 1 LinkedIn account.
Icypeas prices exclude VAT. Billed monthly on both sides, since Emelia’s credit packs are only sold by the month. Neither the credits Emelia gives at signup nor credits left over from earlier months, on either side, are counted.
The lead database: 575 million profiles, 0.02 credit a result, emails looked up afterwards
Since July 2025, Icypeas has had a searchable base of its own: Find People (10+ filters) and Find Companies (9 filters), in the app, the API and the MCP server.
Icypeas claims 575 million professional profiles and 62 million companies. A result costs 0.02 credit, so a page of 100 profiles costs 2 credits, and counting the matches costs nothing; Find People cost 1 credit per result until March 2026. A result is a profile, without email or phone number: the email comes next, through the finder, at 1 credit.
Sales Navigator used to be the other way to source leads. In March 2026, each plan still included a daily quota of leads extracted from Sales Navigator, larger on each plan from Basic up; by August 2026 the quotas had left the pricing page, Icypeas’ Chrome extension no longer had a listing on the Chrome Web Store, and its blog now advises a lead database instead. Emelia still exports Sales Navigator searches with the “Export with Emelia” button of its Chrome extension, then finds the emails in credits.
Phone numbers, free credits, reviews and cancelling Icypeas
Not available yet: the pricing page lists the Phone Finder as “coming soon”, even though the features page claims 280 million phone numbers. Today, Icypeas returns emails and profiles. Emelia looks up phone numbers for 50 credits, only charged when one is found.
A new account gets 50 free credits, once, and the site has free versions of its Email Finder, Email Verifier, Domain Scan and Reverse Email Lookup that work without an account (limits not published). There is no permanent free plan on the price list, and Icypeas offers a free 30-minute call with its founder.
Very few. On October 9, 2026, G2 showed 1 review, rated 5.0 out of 5, too few for G2’s own comparisons, and Trustpilot had no page for icypeas.com.
Kept. Icypeas’ FAQ and its terms of October 1, 2026 say credits never expire, even after a downgrade or a cancellation, which takes effect at the end of the period already paid. They are not refunded, though, except where the terms allow it (the law, a written agreement, a change to the terms), and free or promotional credits have no cash value. It was not always so: in 2024, the help centre warned that credits were lost when moving back to the free plan.
