Sales Navigator is the best source of data for finding B2B prospects, but of course, LinkedIn won't let you extract it and use it on your own to create marketing automations.
Our cold-emailing software Emelia.io now has its own integrated scrapper, and as the article progresses you'll understand why our scrapper is the best scrapper on the market, and at an ultra-competitive price.
In this first part of the article we'll get straight to the point on how to extract data, then for those who want to go further you'll find additional information and links to other articles and videos at the end of the article.
Extracting data from Sales Navigator
1 - Download the Emelia extension
Go to the Chrome Web Store to download the extension that will facilitate your LinkedIn exports. (If you really don't have Google Chrome, here's how to extract without the extension: Here ) published
2 - Open the LinkedIn Sales Navigator search module
You should see the Export with Emelia button, as in the photo below published
If the page was already open before you downloaded the extension, you'll just need to reload the page for the button to appear.
3 - Perform your prospect search
Use the filters on the left to search for your prospect typology, and don't hesitate to open additional filters via the button at the bottom of the filter bar, to better segment your search. published
You can complete or refine your search using keywords in the search bar, but normally the filters are sufficient.
4 - Launch your search
Once you've completed your search, click on "Export with Emelia". This will take you to Emelia to enter the name you want to give to your export, and then off you go! published
5 - Now what?
Once you've finished scraping, you can download your extraction as a csv or excel file, if you'd like to do a little sorting, or you can directly enrich this data to find the e-mail addresses by clicking on the "Find Emails" button. published
Because no, the scraper doesn't give you the email addresses directly, you have to go through an email enricher.
Once the enrichment is complete, you'll be able to download your file, either the whole file, or only those whose addresses you've found, or only those whose email addresses you haven't found.
Or you can add them directly to one of your Emelia campaigns by using the appropriate button and then choosing the campaign you want published
Why is Emelia the best LinkedIn Sales Navigator scraper?
Scrape beyond the 2,500 contact limit.
99% of Linkedin Sales Navigator scrappers will tell you that you can't scrape a search result that exceeds 2,500. Their solution is for you to re-filter your search to arrive at a smaller result. For example, if you want to find all the CEOs in Paris, you'll have to filter by company size, then by seniority etc... and then scrape the results first, then come back the next day, remember your previous filter, make another... and so on, a whole calendar! At Emelia, even if your search has 30,000 results, you'll be able to launch a single scrape and we'll take care of automatically slicing up this search for you and automatically scrapping the different parts of your scraping every day.
A handy little bonus:
If your scrape is really long and you already want to retrieve part of your data, there's a little button called "SPLIT" that lets you separate what's already been scrapped and leave the rest to run.
Only one offer: UNLIMITED SCRAPING
Most LinkedIn scrappers will charge you according to the number of contacts scrapped, which can be as high as $399 for 100,000 contacts.
We've chosen to let you scrape unlimited for $39, because our aim at Emelia has always been to simplify B2B prospecting, but above all to make it accessible. And one of the keys to growing your business is volume. You need more data to send more, to test different targets, to test more approaches. Now, there are no constraints.
