LinkedIn Sales Navigator Scraper

1 - Download the Emelia extension

Go to the Chrome Web Store to download the chrome extension that will facilitate your LinkedIn exports. (If you really don't have Google Chrome, here's how to extract without the extension: Here )

2 - Open the LinkedIn Sales Navigator search module

You should see the Export with Emelia button, as in the photo below

If the page was already open before you downloaded the extension, you'll just need to reload the page for the button to appear.

3 - Perform your prospect search

Use the filters on the left to search for your prospect typology, and don’t hesitate to open additional filters via the button at the bottom of the filter bar, to better segment your search.

You can complete or refine your search using keywords in the search bar, but normally the filters are sufficient. Additionally, you can use tools to scrape LinkedIn search results for extracting prospect data.

4 - Launch your search

Once you've completed your search, click on "Export with Emelia". After clicking on "Export with Emelia", a popup will open in Emelia with the Linkedin Sales Nav search url automatically filled in by our system. This will take you to Emelia to enter the name you want to give to your export, and then off you go!

5 - Now what?

Once you’ve finished scraping, you can download your data extraction as a csv file or excel file, if you’d like to do a little sorting, or you can directly enrich this extracted data to find the e-mail addresses by clicking on the “Find Emails” button.

Once the enrichment is complete, you’ll be able to download your file, either the whole file, or only those whose addresses you’ve found, or only those whose email addresses you haven’t found.

What is the limit of scraping on LinkedIn ?

To stay safe, it is recommended not to scrape more than 2,500 contacts a day. If you launch big scrapes, more than 2,500, Emelia will automatically spread the different part of the scrape on the followings days
