Prices that look attractive: let’s see what they hide
Instantly promises unlimited mailboxes from $47 a month. The trap: connecting your mailboxes is the most tedious step, and only once they are plugged in do you discover the caps on contacts and emails. With 100 mailboxes connected, the Hypergrowth plan really runs only about 32, barely a third. The Growth plan, barely 1.
The yardstick: a mailbox normally sends to 35 new contacts a day, and 100 emails a day in all, follow-ups included. Over a month of 22 working days, one mailbox is therefore about 770 new contacts and 2,200 emails.
The Hypergrowth plan caps at 25,000 contacts and 125,000 emails a month: enough to run about 32 mailboxes. Beyond that, you pay the Outreach option ($87 a month for 25,000 more contacts) or move up a plan.
At Emelia, Grow at $97 a month connects 50 mailboxes, with no limit on contacts or on emails sent. Scale, at $297 a month, goes up to 1,000 mailboxes.
What unlimited pricing hides
1,000 contacts ÷ 770 per mailbox ≈ 1.3; 5,000 emails ÷ 2,200 per mailbox ≈ 2.3: about 1 mailbox before a cap stops you.
25,000 contacts ÷ 770 per mailbox ≈ 32.5; 125,000 emails ÷ 2,200 per mailbox ≈ 56.8: about 32 mailboxes before a cap stops you.
100,000 contacts ÷ 770 per mailbox ≈ 129.9; 500,000 emails ÷ 2,200 per mailbox ≈ 227.3: about 130 mailboxes before a cap stops you.
How we count
Contact cap ÷ 770 and email cap ÷ 2,200 per mailbox: the lower result wins. Instantly counts the contacts loaded in campaigns, in total (active, paused, draft or finished), and per its help center the counter never resets, so you free space by deleting leads.
Monthly prices on Instantly’s pricing page (https://instantly.ai/pricing), checked on October 29, 2026.
When the cap is reached
The campaign is not over, but the tool stops. To add contacts, you have to delete others. You cannot prepare the next campaigns in advance. You find out once you are committed, and you have to move up a plan. An email cap does the same: either way, you are fighting the tool.
At Emelia
50 mailboxes for $97 a month on Grow, with no cap on contacts or on emails sent. Scale goes up to 1,000 mailboxes (fair use).
Shared warm-up networks: you get what the network is worth
At Instantly, every plan shares the Standard warm-up pool, but with a limit of SMTP mailboxes per plan (100 / 500 / 1000 on Growth, Hypergrowth and Light Speed): beyond it, the whole workspace moves to the Basic pool, made mostly of SMTP accounts, with lower engagement and weaker deliverability according to its help center. A Premium pool, made of older Google and Microsoft accounts, starts at $500 a month per workspace (help center, checked on October 29, 2026).
A shared warm-up network is only worth the mailboxes in it. When plans are cheap and mailboxes unlimited, one account paying a few dozen euros can warm hundreds of throwaway mailboxes in the same network, and customers on entry plans share that network: their warm-up can be weaker. At the other end, dedicated warm-up services such as MailReach (from $16 to $25 per mailbox a month, checked on October 18, 2026) charge more to keep a smaller, very clean network.
Emelia sits in between: every account pays a price consistent with its mailboxes (3 mailboxes on Start, 50 on Grow, then Scale), so there are no accounts warming thousands of throwaway mailboxes, and enough users to send at scale.
Same mailboxes, same pace: Instantly’s bill grows with your contacts, Emelia’s does not
Instantly caps the contacts you load (a running total that never resets) and the emails you send each month. Hypergrowth and Light Speed accept stackable add-ons, $87 a month for 25,000 more contacts and 125,000 more emails; Growth accepts none (help center, checked October 29, 2026). Count what the same mailboxes send on Emelia (35 new contacts and 100 emails a day each) and the cheapest Instantly plan that holds both caps costs $184 (Hypergrowth + 1 add-on) for 50 mailboxes, $358 (Light Speed) for 100 and $619 (Light Speed + 3 add-ons) for 200.
Emelia charges $97 for 50 mailboxes (Grow) and $297 for 100 or 200 (Scale), with no cap on contacts or on emails sent, and LinkedIn accounts included. The table below runs from 3 to 500 mailboxes.
Instantly pricing plans 2026: separate products, separate bills
Sending is the only price most people quote, and it comes in three steps: $47, $97 or $358 a month ($37.60, $77.60 or $286.30 billed yearly), in US dollars, for unlimited mailboxes. The lead database, enrichment and AI agents need a credits plan on top, and the CRM, placement tests and done-for-you mailboxes are further subscriptions.
Each is billed, renewed and cancelled on its own tab (Outreach, Credits, CRM and Inbox Placement), and Instantly’s help center adds that each workspace needs its own subscriptions: an agency with one workspace per client pays once per client.
Instantly bills in US dollars only, excluding tax; its terms say all payments are made in dollars, and no euro price list exists. The help center describes card payment through Stripe or Link, while the terms (section 5.2) also mention direct debit. You can add a VAT number to invoices.
Entry price of each subscription
- Outreach (sending)
- $47 to $358/month, then Enterprise on quote
- Credits (data, enrichment, AI agents)
- $9 to $1,700/month, then Enterprise on quote
- Bundles (Outreach + Credits)
- $94, $194 or $555/month
- CRM
- $47 or $97/month
- Inbox Placement (tests)
- $47 or $97/month
- Done-for-you mailboxes
- $4 to $10 per mailbox/month, domains $15/year
- VIP (managed service)
- On quote (from $2,000/month according to Instantly’s referral page)
Instantly AI promo codes and vouchers: the only public discount is annual billing
- No public promo code. Instantly publishes none. A code worth 20% off Hypergrowth for 3 months sits in the HTML of a few Instantly pages, inside a block the site does not display: Instantly does not advertise it, so we do not treat it as an offer.
- Where a code would go. The coupon field only appears at your first checkout, when no card is saved; after that, a code goes through support.
- Paying yearly is the discount Instantly does publish: 20% on sending plans, 10% on bundles.
- Referral and affiliate programmes pay the referrer, not you: 15% of a referred customer’s payments for 12 months for customers, a recurring commission for affiliates (20–35% at the top of the affiliate page, up to 40% in its FAQ).
- Lifetime deal. Instantly launched with AppSumo, by its own account; the lifetime deal listed there is sold out.
14-day trial, then no refunds: Instantly billing and cancellation terms
14 days free, then the account is deleted
14 days without a card, from signup: 2 mailboxes with warm-up, 250 contacts, 1,000 emails, 100 credits and 2 placement tests. The API is not available during the trial. When it ends, campaigns and warm-up stop, an account that has not subscribed is deleted, and data cannot be exported without subscribing.
Cancelling
You cancel in the settings, one tab at a time (Outreach, Credits, CRM and Inbox Placement); done-for-you mailboxes separately, add-ons through the chat before the renewal date. Outreach and Credits run to the end of the period; CRM and Inbox Placement end immediately, even mid-period, as long as another subscription stays active (otherwise they run to the end of the period). There is no pause. Instantly’s terms also mention 30 days’ written notice (section 8.1), while the same section and the help center let you cancel in the settings; that section adds that an email to support does not count as cancelling.
Refunds
Instantly’s terms of service declare every fee non-refundable (section 5.3) and allow no proration of a month or year already started (section 5.1(b)); that covers credits, add-ons, done-for-you mailboxes and the VIP service as well. Moving down a sending, CRM or Inbox Placement plan takes effect at once and the unused time becomes credit on later invoices; a lower credits plan starts at the next period. After cancelling, the same monthly plan cannot be bought again for 21 days.
Plans renew automatically at the price in force, which can rise at renewal.
Outreach plans: Growth, Hypergrowth, Light Speed and Enterprise
Unlimited mailboxes and warm-up on every plan. The price depends on two caps, emails sent per month and contacts loaded in total, and on a few features held back from Growth. Paying a year upfront saves 20%.
Growth
$47/month
$37.60/month billed yearly ($451.20)
- 5,000 emails a month
- 1,000 contacts loaded
- API included
- No team members, Unibox read-only, no webhooks
Hypergrowth
$97/month
$77.60/month billed yearly ($931.20)
- 125,000 emails a month (see below)
- 25,000 contacts loaded
- Team members, Unibox replies, webhooks
- White label, sub-sequences, AI deliverability agent
Light Speed
$358/month
$286.30/month billed yearly ($3,435.60)
- 500,000 emails a month
- 100,000 contacts loaded
- Dedicated servers and IPs (SISR)
- Lead priority control
Enterprise
On quote
Contact sales
- 500,000+ emails a month
- 100,000+ contacts
- Private deliverability network
- Dedicated account manager, shared Slack channel
Two inconsistencies. On the pricing page itself, Hypergrowth sends 125,000 emails a month (100,000 on the yearly price card and in the comparison table of the same page). And that page’s comparison table does not tick advanced warm-up, the global block list, A/Z tests or the API for Growth, while the help center and Instantly’s pricing file include them (webhooks excepted).
Emails per month or uploaded contacts: which cap moves you up a plan
There is nothing between Growth at $47 and Hypergrowth at $97, so the question is what forces the jump. Two caps and three missing features:
What happens when you go over is not settled either: Instantly’s pricing file says you move up a plan rather than pay overage, while its terms of service (section 5.2) allow overage to be billed afterwards. On Hypergrowth and Light Speed, an Outreach add-on adds 25,000 contacts, 125,000 emails and 500 SMTP mailboxes for $87 a month.
- Sending more than 5,000 emails in a month. At Instantly’s recommended 30 emails per mailbox per day, over 22 working days, that is 7 mailboxes at full pace.
- Loading more than 1,000 contacts. This cap does not reset each month: it counts every contact in your campaigns, active, paused, draft or finished, duplicates included. Deleting leads is the only way to free space, and it does not give back credits spent on them. A team that uploads 1,000 new contacts in its first month has used Growth up.
- Inviting a teammate. Team members start on Hypergrowth (or come with a CRM subscription, which has unlimited seats).
- Replying from the Unibox. On Growth the unified inbox is read-only.
- Webhooks, sub-sequences and white label, all from Hypergrowth.
Instantly credits: 11 tiers from $9 to $1,700, and what one credit buys
SuperSearch (Instantly’s lead database, "450M+" contacts according to the pricing page, "610M+" according to the help center), enrichment, verification, the AI agents and website visitor identification all spend credits from a separate plan. Without an Outreach plan, a credits plan only lets you put 250 leads in campaigns.
Paying yearly gives all the year’s credits at once, at "10% off" according to the help center; the pricing page shows $37.60 a month for the Growth credits, which is 20% off (it showed $42.30 until early 2026). Monthly credits expire 2 months after purchase, yearly ones after 12; Instantly’s terms speak of credits that "may be rolled over twice". Moving up a credits tier costs the full price at once, without proration; unused credits are kept. From the Hyper tiers, a 50,000-credit add-on costs $425 a month.

What one credit buys
Nothing is charged when no email is found.
A waterfall of 5+ providers; Instantly gives "~1.5" credits as the average.
Instantly also accepts your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or DeepSeek key; that provider then bills the requests.
Charged per reply drafted, even if it is not sent; autopilot from Hypergrowth.
US traffic only. Instantly’s llms.txt file says 1.
Instantly publishes no credit price for phone numbers.
Do Instantly bundles save money?
Between May 30, 2026 and June 21, 2026, the pricing page started to open on three bundles of sending and credits, "Save 10%" when paid yearly. On Instantly’s own prices, they save nothing: billed monthly, each costs exactly its two plans added up; billed yearly, it costs more than the same two plans bought separately, because sending alone gets 20% off.
Billed monthly
Starter: Growth + 1,500 credits
Scale: Hypergrowth + 5,000 credits
Agency: Light Speed + 10,000 credits
On yearly billing, per month
Starter
Scale
Agency
Separate yearly prices as shown on the pricing page. The bundle cards also list AI agents, which the help center bills in credits. With the help center’s 10% on Growth credits ($42.30), separate plans still cost less than Starter. One more oddity: the Scale card lists its parts as "Hypergrowth Plan $358/mo" and "Supersonic Credits $197/mo", prices that match neither plan elsewhere on the page.
Instantly.ai pricing 2025 → 2026: a price rise, bundles and a CRM tab removed
What changed on instantly.ai/pricing over the past year, from Wayback Machine captures:
- Growth went from $37 to $47 a month (+27%), and from $30 to $37.60 billed yearly, between December 10, 2025 and January 18, 2026. Hypergrowth and Light Speed kept their prices.
- The CRM tab left the pricing page between January 18, 2026 and April 3, 2026, along with 5 language versions (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese) that were in English and in dollars anyway. The CRM is still sold, at $47 and $97.
- Growth credits billed yearly dropped from $42.30 to $37.60 a month on the page in the same window, while the help center still says 10% off.
- Bundles appeared between May 30, 2026 and June 21, 2026.
- Hypergrowth’s monthly card went from 100,000 to 125,000 emails between July 9, 2026 and August 4, 2026; the yearly card still says 100,000.
Your Instantly bill at 3, 50, 100, 200 and 500 mailboxes, against Emelia
Sending only. Each row sizes the plan to what those mailboxes send on Emelia, at its quotas (35 new contacts and 100 emails a day each, over 22 working days), then takes the cheapest Instantly plan that holds both caps, emails a month and contacts loaded in total, stacking its $87 add-ons past Hypergrowth (Hypergrowth counted at 125,000 emails, the higher of Instantly’s two figures). Instantly’s amounts below are in US dollars, the one currency it bills in, and Emelia’s in your currency, at the same figure in euros; the marked winner of each row holds for a dollar payer, nothing converted.

Billed monthly, Emelia costs less at 3, 50, 100, 200 and 500 mailboxes. Growth ($47) holds only 1,000 contacts loaded in total and 5,000 emails a month: even under both caps, it costs more than Start ($37). At 100 mailboxes, Hypergrowth alone ($97) would stay under Scale ($297) only while the total of contacts loaded stays under 25,000: at Instantly’s recommended pace (30 emails a day), 100 mailboxes send 66,000 emails a month, about 22,000 new contacts a month in a 3-step sequence, and that total is passed in the second month. Emails found: Instantly charges 1 or 2 credits per email; we count the 1.5 average it states. Emelia: 1 credit per email found and verified; the credits included in a plan are given once, at signup, so only packs are counted. Verifying costs 0.25 credit per address on both. Instantly’s credits also open its SuperSearch database to build lists; Emelia’s find the email of a lead you already have (from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or a file). Tax is not included; prices as of October 6, 2026.
Instantly cost calculator: mailboxes and monthly emails
Choose how many mailboxes you send from. The simulator counts what Emelia’s mailboxes send at their quotas (35 new contacts and 100 emails a day each, over 22 working days), picks the Instantly tier that covers both the emails and the contacts, and shows “on quote” beyond its last tier. Emelia is the plan that covers the same mailboxes. Add LinkedIn accounts and Instantly has nothing to price.
You save $87 per month with Emelia ($1,044 per year).
How each tool charges
Instantly bills sending by emails per month: Growth $47 for 5,000, Hypergrowth $97 for 125,000, Light Speed $358 for 500,000, then $87 add-ons that stack on Hypergrowth and Light Speed, each adding 25,000 contacts and 125,000 emails. Mailboxes do not change the price. US dollars only.
Emelia charges by plan, not per user: Start $37 (3 mailboxes, 1 LinkedIn), Grow $97 (50 mailboxes, 3 LinkedIn), Scale $297 (unlimited mailboxes, 10 LinkedIn), then $29 per extra LinkedIn account.
Sending plans only: credits, CRM, placement tests and done-for-you mailboxes are extra, and so are Growth’s missing features. Hypergrowth is counted at 125,000 emails; its yearly card says 100,000. Add-ons are priced at $87 each, stacked as many times as the mailboxes need. Contacts and emails are counted at Emelia’s quotas per mailbox (35 new contacts and 100 emails a day) over 22 working days; Instantly charges for the tier that covers both caps, Emelia caps neither.
AppSumo, seats, agencies and overage: Instantly pricing questions
Not any more. Instantly says it launched with AppSumo; the lifetime deal listed there is sold out, and Instantly now sells monthly and yearly plans only.
Per email: mailboxes are unlimited and the plan sets emails per month and contacts loaded. Seats are not billed, but team members need Hypergrowth or above, or a CRM subscription.
One set of subscriptions per workspace, and a mailbox can only belong to one workspace. White label (a client portal on your own subdomain) comes with Hypergrowth and above, one portal per workspace; Hyper Credits can be shared across a group of workspaces.
Instantly’s pricing file says you move up a plan rather than pay overage; its terms of service also allow overage to be billed afterwards. Either way, plan for the next tier before you reach the cap.
No. Instantly bills in US dollars only; there is no euro price list, and the help center describes card payment only (its terms also mention direct debit). Emelia shows the same figure in euros and in dollars.
Emelia features: Cold email · Email finder · Email warm-up · Emelia pricing
Emelia is an Instantly competitor. We have tried to stay fair: every figure about Instantly comes from its own website or public review sites.
