Solo, Start-up and Growth: what each Warmbox plan buys
The 3 public plans share one feature list: warm-up with spam rescue and replies, ramp-up recipes and a schedule, spam score monitoring, the blacklist and DNS checker, reports and multi-account access for agencies. From one plan to the next, only the inboxes change, along with the daily warm-up volume (a total for the plan, split between its inboxes), the team members and the support level.

Monthly or yearly: which Warmbox prices are which
Warmbox’s pricing page has a switch between “YEARLY BILLING” and “MONTHLY BILLING”, and it opens on the yearly side: $15, $69 or $139 a month. One click brings up the monthly prices, $19, $79 or $159. No line under the amounts says “billed annually”, and on a phone screen the “YEARLY BILLING” label is hidden, so on a phone the first prices a visitor sees stand next to the word “monthly”. Review sites have copied the grid both ways round.
Paid by the year, the plans therefore come to $180, $828 or $1,668 for a full year, against $228, $948 or $1,908 over the same year paid month by month: 21% less on Solo and about 13% on Start-up and Growth. Warmbox shows neither these totals nor the discount, and does not say when the yearly amount is charged.
Emelia’s plans as the unit: the same inboxes on Warmbox
Emelia prices by plan, never per mailbox: Start connects up to 3 mailboxes and Grow up to 50, and each mailbox a plan connects is warmed. Each group below starts from one of those plans and finds the cheapest public Warmbox plan for the same inboxes, monthly against monthly and yearly against yearly. Warmbox bills in US dollars only, while Emelia’s figures switch to your currency without changing the number.

Paid yearly · Start and Grow
1 inbox, one year
3 inboxes, one year
6 inboxes, one year
Warmbox wins for a single inbox, billed monthly or yearly. From 2 to 6 inboxes, Emelia is the cheaper of the two in both currencies, at any exchange rate, and beyond that Warmbox stops publishing prices. On Emelia’s side, the same amount also sends the campaigns. There is no free Emelia plan to get into its warm-up network, and limits apply to it, which keeps out the senders that spoil open pools.
What Emelia’s price also pays for
Warmbox’s amount buys warm-up and a checker. Emelia’s plan price covers the warm-up of each connected mailbox and the tools that put those mailboxes to work.
Cold email from the warmed mailboxes
Multichannel sequences with A/B tests, conditions and a unified inbox for replies, with sending rotated across your mailboxes.
Every planLinkedIn in the same sequences
1 account on Start, up to 3 on Grow and 10 on Scale, then $29 a month for each extra one.
Contacts to write to
Email finder, verifier and phone finder paid in credits (500 offered at signup on Start, 1,000 on Grow, 5,000 on Scale), and your Sales Navigator searches exported with no cap on the number of exports.
A reputation score for each mailbox
Every warmed mailbox gets a score that tells you when it is ready to carry a campaign.
API, webhooks and a CRM
The API comes with every plan (up to 100 requests a minute on Start), with webhooks and a CRM integration, and it drives the warm-up too: start it, pause it, read the scores.
Trial, refunds and cancelling at Warmbox
- A trial mentioned once. The agency page says “Start your Free Trial. No credit card required”; the pricing page, the help centre, the terms and the app say nothing of a trial, its length or its limits. The pricing page has no free plan.
- Automatic renewal. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date (terms dated April 10, 2026).
- Cancelling. From the account settings, or by writing to contact@warmbox.ai; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
- No refunds. Under the same terms, payments are non-refundable, with no refund or credit for a billing period that has started, save for the exceptions the terms themselves list.
- “Pay as-you-go”. That is the headline of the pricing page; the terms, for their part, describe subscriptions that renew on their own and are not refunded.
- Who charges you. Payment happens in the app, through Paddle, which the terms name as reseller and merchant of record.
Questions about paying for Warmbox
Its blacklist and DNS checker is free, though you run it from the app. For warm-up there is no free plan, and the one trial Warmbox mentions, on its agency page, comes without a stated length.
Nothing permanent from Warmbox. On its Product Hunt launch day, May 20, 2021, buyers got 25% off for life; we found no AppSumo or other lifetime deal. The lasting saving is the yearly plan (21% on Solo). JoinSecret, a paid membership site, lists 30% off any plan for 12 months for its members. Warmbox also pays affiliates 30% of each subscription they bring in, for as long as it runs.
No. Pages left over from the website template, still listed in its sitemap, show a “Startup Plan” at $99, a “Growth” at $199 and an “Enterprise” at $399, all out of stock, around placeholder text. The plans you can buy are Solo, Start-up and Growth.
Warmbox does not publish it. Past 6 inboxes or 500 warm-up emails a day, the pricing page points you to a “Contact Us” link for a Team plan, and the app holds further enterprise tiers whose prices only show once you are logged in. On Emelia, Grow covers up to 50 mailboxes at $97 a month.
Warmbox does not say. Its amounts are shown in US dollars “/month”, and its terms leave billing, tax and VAT collection to Paddle.
