Warmbox reviews: 6 on Product Hunt, none yet on G2
There is not much to go on. On October 18, 2026, Warmbox’s Product Hunt page held 6 reviews averaging 1.8 out of 5 (1 five-star, 1 two-star, 4 one-star), the most recent from 2025. We found no review of the tool on G2, which turns automated readers away, and no listing on Capterra or GetApp; on Trustpilot, the “Warmbox” reviews are about a British heating company. The testimonials on warmbox.ai are signed with first names only.
In the five-star review
- A Gmail inbox connected without fuss
- Support that helped throughout the setup
- Results after a month of warm-up and a few SPF and DKIM fixes
In the critical ones
- Emails still landing in spam or blocked, in several reviews; one measured 57% spam with another tool while the dashboard showed 0%
- A warm-up network some reviewers found too uniform, mostly Gmail accounts (reviews from 2022 to 2025)
- Messages to support left unanswered, in several reviews
- A renewal charged a few hours before the customer cancelled, then more than 10 days without an answer (2024)
How Warmbox warms an inbox, and the jobs it leaves to other tools
Once an inbox is connected, Warmbox sends emails from it to the inboxes of its network, which open them, move them out of spam, mark them as important and reply to some of them, every day, at the volume you set.
What you can tune
4 ramp-up recipes (Progressive, Flat, Randomized and Custom), a date range, working hours, a time zone, a daily maximum you can change day by day and a reply rate, which Warmbox advises keeping near 30% and caps at 45%. When the range ends, the warm-up carries on in maintenance mode unless you switch it off. Warmbox says its warm-up emails are written by “GPT4 & Hybrid”.
Which inboxes it connects
Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, AOL, Zoho, Yandex, SendGrid, Sendinblue, Mailgun and Amazon SES, plus any other provider over SMTP. Google and Microsoft accounts can connect through their own sign-in page.
What it does not do
- Send your outreach. A Warmbox “campaign” is the warm-up of one inbox: sequences, contact lists and replies to prospects belong to another product.
- Test inbox placement. The test that shows whether a real email lands in the inbox or in spam is listed as “Coming Soon” on the checker page and in the app.
- Watch blacklists for you. Its free checker grades one test email at a time against 100+ blacklists and DNS records; no continuous monitoring or alert is advertised.
- Give every inbox the plan’s full volume. The daily figure belongs to the whole subscription: on Start-up, 250 warm-up emails a day are split between its 3 inboxes, each capped at what the others leave.
- Plug into a CRM or Zapier. Its integrations page lists email providers only; an API with webhooks is documented at api.warmbox.ai, though no page of the website links to it.
Warmbox or Emelia, counted in Emelia’s plans
Emelia has no warm-up-only product: each of its plans warms every mailbox it connects and also sends the campaigns. So the table starts from Emelia’s plans and prices the same number of inboxes on Warmbox, with the cheapest public Warmbox offer that covers them, billed monthly. Warmbox’s amounts stay in US dollars; Emelia’s follow your currency, at the same figure in euros or dollars.

Warmbox is the cheaper of the two for 1 inbox. From 2 to 6 inboxes, Emelia costs less, whatever the exchange rate between its price and Warmbox’s dollars, and Grow keeps one price all the way to 50 mailboxes. Above 6 inboxes, Warmbox publishes no price; yearly prices are compared on our Warmbox pricing breakdown. A low price does not mean an open door: Emelia has no free plan and sets limits on its warm-up network, which keeps out the kind of senders that free, open-to-all pools attract, since a warm-up network is only worth the inboxes in it.
Warmbox alternatives, duel by duel
Two ways out: a warm-up tool that does something Warmbox does not, or a sending tool with warm-up built in. Each card says where it differs from Warmbox. Emelia is our product; the other tools are described from their own websites, read on October 18, 2026.
- 1
Emelia
Best for: Warm-up, cold email and LinkedIn on one billEvery mailbox the plan connects is warmed (3 on Start, 50 on Grow) and then sends your sequences, alongside 1 to 10 LinkedIn accounts and email finder credits. Against Warmbox: cheaper from 2 inboxes, dearer for a single one.
From $37/monthEmelia plans - 2
MailReach
Best for: Placement tests next to the warm-upBilled per mailbox, for any number of them (Warmbox sells packs of 1, 3 or 6), at a rate that falls as you add mailboxes, with spam test credits that show where a real email lands: the test Warmbox still lists as coming soon. It does not send campaigns either.
- 3
Warmup Inbox
Best for: Per-inbox warm-up that can also sendPriced per inbox, each with its own daily volume, where Warmbox shares one volume across a pack; a trial that needs no card and a free placement test on its site. Unlike Warmbox, its plans include outreach sequences.
- 4
- 5
TrulyInbox
Best for: A free plan for one inboxThe warm-up tool Saleshandy relies on charges for a daily volume shared by as many accounts as you connect, and keeps a free plan for a single inbox at a small daily volume. It warms only, as Warmbox does.
- 6
Mailivery
Best for: Many inboxes without per-inbox billingIt never bills per mailbox: one daily volume is shared by unlimited mailboxes, with placement tests and blacklist monitoring in its plans. No campaigns.
- 7
Warmy
Best for: A deliverability suite with a seed listPriced by warm-up volume rather than by inbox, with a seed list and a deliverability tester in every plan, and a trial without a card.
- 8
Instantly
Best for: Cold email at volume, warm-up includedA sending tool with unlimited email accounts and warm-up on each plan, from $47 a month; its premium warm-up pools start at $500 a month extra, and its sequences have no LinkedIn step.
The company behind Warmbox: Snowlight Ventures OÜ in Tallinn
Warmbox is run by Snowlight Ventures OÜ, a private limited company registered in Tallinn, Estonia, on November 19, 2021, according to the terms of service and the Estonian business register. The tool itself is older: it launched on Product Hunt on May 20, 2021, where it was the day’s number 2 product. The company’s accounts for 2025 report €1,001,905 in revenue, for the whole company, not necessarily for Warmbox alone. The website names no founder.
The site says Warmbox is “already trusted by +5,000 companies” and gives three sizes for its warm-up network: “+35,000 private inboxes” on the home page, “30,000+” in the help centre and “+10.000” on the About page.
Some pages left over from the Webflow template the site was built on are still online and in its sitemap, among them a “Startup Plan” at $99 marked out of stock and team pages in placeholder text. That “Startup Plan” is not a Warmbox offer: the real plans are on its pricing page.
Warmbox’s plans in brief
3 public offers, in US dollars: Solo for 1 inbox, Start-up for 3 and Growth for 6, at $19, $79 and $159 a month respectively, or $15, $69 and $139 a month when paid yearly; above that, a Team plan on request. Under its terms, payments are not refunded, save for the exceptions the terms list. Our Warmbox pricing breakdown shows how to tell its monthly prices from its yearly ones, what each offer includes and what the same inboxes cost on Emelia.
Warmbox questions
In the app, at app.warmbox.ai. The “Get Started” buttons of warmbox.ai lead there, and the subscription is paid inside the app, through Paddle.
One page says so: the agency page reads “Start your Free Trial. No credit card required”, without saying for how long. The pricing page, the help centre and the terms mention no trial, and there is no free plan.
That is how it describes itself (“the AI-based warm-up tool that raises your inbox reputation”), and its offers list warm-up emails written by “GPT4 & Hybrid”. Sending, opening, rescuing from spam and replying are automated around them.
Its pricing page says first results usually show after 15 to 30 days of warm-up without interruption.
Yes, documented at api.warmbox.ai: create and edit inboxes, start or pause a warm-up, read daily statistics and receive webhooks. Warmbox does not say which offers include it.
