Mailivery reviews on G2, Capterra and Trustpilot: high scores, small samples
Reviewers rate Mailivery well, but each site holds only a handful of reviews. G2 and Capterra block automated reading, so their figures come from search results checked in October 2026; Trustpilot was read on the page itself.
What the scores say
- G2 gives it 4.5 from 14 reviews, Capterra 4.5 from 6
- Trustpilot reviews keep arriving: the most recent is dated October 12, 2026
What to keep in mind
- 31 reviews across the three sites: too few for an average to say much
- Mailivery has not claimed its Trustpilot profile
- Its pricing and comparison pages display “Excellent 4.7 out of 5” without naming where the score comes from
Mailivery or Emelia: the bill for 3 and 50 inboxes
Each row is an Emelia plan filled to its limit, 3 mailboxes on Start and 50 on Grow, set beside the Mailivery plan that covers the same inboxes under Mailivery’s own rule of 30 to 50 warm-up emails per inbox each day. Mailivery’s price buys the warm-up and its deliverability tools; Emelia’s also sends the campaigns. Seen in euros, a check mark only goes to the side that stays cheaper whatever the exchange rate.

Because every inbox draws on the same daily volume, the plan follows the warm-up each one takes. At 30 to 50 a day, Mailivery’s own comparisons put 50 inboxes on Business; read at 16 a day each, the same inboxes would fit Professional, at $79. Emelia has no free warm-up plan, by choice: limits and payment keep its warm-up network clean.
Placement tests and blacklist monitors, plan by plan
Beyond the warm-up, each Mailivery plan carries two deliverability tools with quotas of their own: inbox placement tests and blacklist monitors.
What a placement test shows
You send an email to Mailivery’s test inboxes at the major providers, and the report shows where it landed with each of them: inbox, Promotions tab, spam, or not delivered. It adds SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, a content score and a blacklist lookup, with the record to add when one is missing. A copy-paste mode tests an email sent from another tool, and tests can run on a schedule.
How many tests each plan carries
The pricing page lists 10 test credits on Starter, 30 test credits on Professional and 100 test credits on Business. A question further down the placement test page gives higher figures (10, 50 and 250), which we leave aside. More credits come as a monthly pack, from $9 for 25, or as a one-off purchase, from $13 for the same number. A first test can be run during the trial.
Blacklist monitors
Each plan also watches domains or IP addresses on blacklists, more of them and more often as the plan grows: 2 monitors on Starter, checked once a day; 10 monitors on Professional, checked twice a day; 50 monitors on Business, checked 4 times a day.
On Emelia’s side
Emelia has no placement test. Its warm-up dashboard gives every connected mailbox a health score and checks its domain records, inside the account that sends the campaigns.
Unlimited inboxes, one daily warm-up allowance
Mailivery does not charge by mailbox. Its 3 plans sell a number of warm-up emails per day that every connected inbox draws from: 200 on Starter at $29 a month, 800 on Professional at $79 a month and 2,500 on Business at $199 a month. Each inbox also has a ceiling of its own, 100 a day on Starter and 250 on the other two, a cap Mailivery says it sets to keep its peer-to-peer network high quality. Paying for a year takes 25% off.
How many inboxes a plan carries is up to you. At 30 to 50 warm-up emails per inbox each day, the pace Mailivery itself suggests, Starter holds about 4 to 6 inboxes. The Mailivery pricing page works through 3 and 50 inboxes, the yearly discount and the Starter trial.

Email verification credits: 100, 500 or 2,000 with the plan
Mailivery also checks lists of addresses before you send to them. The credits come with the plan, 100 on Starter, 500 on Professional and 2,000 on Business. The pricing page marks them “one-time”, while one of Mailivery’s recent blog posts says they reset every month. More can be bought inside the app, at a price the public pages do not show.
Emelia verifies addresses too, for 0.25 credit each, and an email found by its finder arrives already verified for 1 credit. Each plan comes with credits offered once at subscription (500 on Start, 1,000 on Grow and 5,000 on Scale), and they stay valid for a year, even after you cancel.
Questions about Mailivery
No. Mailivery warms inboxes and tests their deliverability, and its own FAQ recommends running the warm-up while your campaigns go out from another tool. Some sending tools resell its warm-up inside their product: Woodpecker lets each email account warm up through Mailivery or Warmy. Emelia covers both jobs in one plan, since the mailboxes it warms are the ones that send your sequences.
SourceIT Technologies, Inc., a company registered in Illinois with its address in Wheaton. Mailivery has served customers since 2020, launched on Product Hunt in 2021 and calls itself bootstrapped. Its homepage claims 1,000+ customers, its warm-up page 2,000+.
All three, says its warm-up page; the documentation has you create a key in the team settings once subscribed, with up to 240 requests a minute. It covers connecting mailboxes, warm-up settings, health scores, placement tests, blacklists, verification and webhooks, though the API page also invites you to schedule a call. Emelia’s API is part of every plan as well, from 100 requests a minute on Start.
Our Mailivery alternatives page sets MailReach, Warmy, TrulyInbox and Instantly against Mailivery one at a time, after Emelia, which warms and sends from the same mailboxes.
