TrulyInbox reviews on Trustpilot and G2: between 4.2 and 4.3 out of 5
TrulyInbox is rated on two of the large review sites and has no reviews on Capterra yet. G2 and Capterra block automated reading, so their figures come from search results read in October 2026; Trustpilot was read directly, on a page that TrulyInbox has claimed and where reviews keep coming in (the latest on October 27, 2026).
What happy reviewers describe
- A quick setup, after which the warm-up runs in the background
- A clear dashboard and reports for each mailbox; one reviewer says it caught a DNS error
- Support that helped some users through their first mailboxes
What the critical reviews raise
- Deliverability scores that fell without a cause the reviewer could find
- Scheduling settings, such as time zone and weekdays, missing from the trial
- Support replies some reviewers found slow or absent, a point that also comes up in summaries of its G2 page
TrulyInbox and Saleshandy: the same company
Both products belong to Ikigai Infotech LLP, based in Ahmedabad: the company signs TrulyInbox’s terms of service as well as Saleshandy’s. TrulyInbox describes itself as built by “the team behind Saleshandy”, and its help centre has a guide to importing the mailboxes of a Saleshandy account.
Saleshandy, for its part, calls TrulyInbox “our partner” and a “third-party warm-up tool”. In practice, a Saleshandy subscription comes with a separate TrulyInbox account at no extra cost, on the TrulyInbox plan that matches the Saleshandy one. On the TrulyInbox side, linking the two accounts takes a Saleshandy API key and can switch your TrulyInbox plan to match. Saleshandy’s help centre also gives the number of mailboxes each TrulyInbox plan warms at the same time, 5 on Starter, 20 on Growth and 50 on Scale, figures TrulyInbox does not publish itself.
Bought on its own, TrulyInbox is the same product with the same network. It works next to any sending tool, and it has tiers that Saleshandy maps to none of its plans: the free plan, and Scale Plus up to 20,000 warm-up emails a day, with white-label options. Saleshandy adds what TrulyInbox leaves out, the campaigns and a lead database.
A shared daily warm-up quota, and a free plan for one inbox
TrulyInbox charges for warm-up volume. Starter sends 200 warm-up emails a day for $29 a month, Growth 1,000 for $99 and Scale 3,000 for $199; the Scale Plus tiers climb to 20,000 a day. Each paid plan connects as many accounts as you like, and the more you add, the fewer warm-up emails each one receives. To turn that into inboxes, the pricing page suggests 3, 15 and 50 inboxes for the three plans.
The free plan warms 1 account at 10 emails a day, with no card and no end date, and the paid plans open with a 7-day trial that needs no card either. Every plan is billed in US dollars. Our TrulyInbox pricing breakdown goes through every tier, the two inbox counts TrulyInbox gives for each plan, and what Saleshandy customers get.
TrulyInbox or Emelia: a warm-up subscription, or warm-up that comes with sending
A cold email team warms dozens of mailboxes, so each row starts from that volume on an Emelia plan, Grow for up to 50 mailboxes or Scale beyond, and sets beside it the TrulyInbox plan its pricing page suggests for the same number of inboxes. TrulyInbox’s amount pays for the warm-up; Emelia’s also sends the campaigns from those mailboxes. For visitors paying in euros, a row only names a winner if it wins at every exchange rate.

Inbox placement test
Prices before tax, TrulyInbox in US dollars. TrulyInbox sells a daily volume shared by your inboxes: each row takes the plan its pricing page suggests for that many. Its help centre sizes Growth for around 50 inboxes instead, but Saleshandy’s help centre lets that plan warm only 20 mailboxes at a time: 50 inboxes warmed together take Scale. Emelia’s Scale connects unlimited mailboxes (fair use of 1,000).
What TrulyInbox checks: reputation, DNS and blacklists
Since its version 2, rolled out in stages from October 2, 2026, TrulyInbox does more than exchange warm-up emails: it scores and watches each mailbox.
A reputation score and a readiness status
Each mailbox gets a deliverability score, the share of its warm-up emails that reached the inbox, and a reputation score that follows it over time. A status, Ready, Warming or Not Ready, says when it can start carrying campaigns.
DNS records and blacklists
TrulyInbox checks 6 DNS records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX among them, and watches 44 domain blacklists and 38 IP blacklists, with alerts and a list of actions to take. Its site also has free tools that need no account: DMARC, SPF and DKIM generators, a spam-word checker and an email header analyser.
Placement tests: announced, not there yet
What TrulyInbox measures today is where its own warm-up emails land. Testing a real campaign on seed inboxes before sending it is announced for November 2026; until then, its help centre points to a third-party tool, GlockApps. Emelia does not run placement tests either; its warm-up dashboard gives each mailbox a health score.
Workspaces and team roles
Agencies can split their mailboxes into workspaces, one per client, each drawing on its own share of the daily volume. Members join by invitation with one of 4 roles (Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer), and an audit log keeps track of changes.
Other ways to warm your inboxes
Two families: sending tools whose plans include warm-up, and warm-up services, most of which leave the sending to another tool, as TrulyInbox does.
Monthly prices, billed monthly unless stated, excluding VAT, read on each publisher’s site (checked between October 14, 2026 and October 29, 2026). Emelia’s prices follow your currency; tools billed in dollars only stay in dollars, and those billed in euros only stay in euros. –: not offered, or not checked for this need.

Best for: Warming, sending and LinkedIn on a single billStart (3 mailboxes) or Grow (50) warms the mailboxes, sends your email sequences from them and adds LinkedIn, with email finding paid in credits. Where TrulyInbox needs a sending tool beside it, Emelia is that tool. There is no free warm-up plan; the trial lasts 7 days, without a card.

TrulyInbox: login, sending tools, API and refunds
The “Log in” button of trulyinbox.com opens app.trulyinbox.com. The version 2 app, where new sign-ups now land, is at my.trulyinbox.com: you sign in there with a magic link, a one-time code, a password, or a Google or Microsoft account.
Any of them, because TrulyInbox only warms up: you keep sending from Saleshandy, Outreach, Apollo, lemlist or Woodpecker. It connects to the mailboxes themselves (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 through OAuth, other hosts through SMTP and IMAP, 18+ providers in all), not to the sending tool. Saleshandy is the one native link, its mailboxes imported with an API key.
From Starter, according to the pricing page, which leaves it out of the free plan; the API documentation still gives free accounts a small allowance (5 reads a minute). Version 2 has 48 endpoints, for mailboxes, warm-up, tags, reports, workspaces and billing, and its limits grow with the plan: 10 reads a minute on Starter, 30 on Scale. Emelia’s API is part of every plan, from 100 requests a minute on Start.
Within 14 days of your first payment. The refund policy sets the terms: renewals are not refunded, the warm-up practices it recommends must have been followed (no prospecting during the first phase of the warm-up), and transaction fees are kept. Cancelling stops the renewal, and access lasts until the end of the period already paid.
