48 reviews on G2, 179 on Trustpilot: how users rate Warmup Inbox
On G2, Warmup Inbox scores 4.6 out of 5 from 48 reviews; on Capterra, 4.6 from 23; on Trustpilot, where its listing is claimed, 4.5 from 179, while its own site shows 4.6 for Trustpilot. The points below come from Trustpilot reviews posted between July 2024 and October 2026 and from its reviews of four stars or fewer; the G2 and Capterra figures are those shown in search results.
What most reviews praise
- Support that answers fast, often over live chat, and sorts out connection or setup problems: the theme that comes up most in five-star reviews
- Emails landing in the inbox rather than in spam, sometimes after a few weeks
- A quick setup and an interface that is easy to follow
- A price several reviewers find fair for what they get
What the critical ones report
- Inboxes still landing in spam, or no visible change, in a few one-star reviews
- An account suspended by Google or Microsoft soon after it was connected, in 4 one-star reviews since March 2024; each time, Warmup Inbox replied that the domain or its settings were at fault
- Prices and billing hard to follow between dollars, euros and VAT (February 2026), a point G2’s summary of its reviews also raises
- Emails bouncing or going to spam after cancelling, until the paid period ended (October 2026)
One rate per inbox, lower as you add inboxes
Warmup Inbox bills each inbox it warms: on Basic, one inbox costs $19 a month, or $15 a month paid yearly. From the second inbox, its pricing page shows a lower average for each count, down to $9.50 per inbox at 50, and beyond that it quotes; Pro and Max cost more per inbox for more warm-up volume and settings. The Warmup Inbox pricing page has the rate for every count up to 50 and a simulator against Emelia.

Outreach sequences on every paid plan, sent from the inboxes being warmed
Warmup Inbox is more than a warm-up service. Since at least December 2024, it has offered a module that sends cold email sequences, and its pricing page lists it as “Outreach sequences” from Basic upwards. It also says it works alongside the tools you already send with, such as lemlist, Instantly, Apollo or Smartlead, so the module is there if you want it.
- Sent from your own inboxes: a campaign leaves through the same connection as the warm-up, with your credentials and your From address, and only from an inbox that is currently warming.
- Steps and branches: emails, waits and conditions on replies or bounces; whoever replies leaves the sequence, on every template.
- Contacts: up to 10,000 per campaign, from a saved list, a CSV file or a paste, checked before sending by EmailListVerify, a tool from the same group (the cost of that check is not published).
- Follow-up: A/B tests per step, a single inbox for every reply, the health of each sending address; no open tracking, by design.
- Volume: you choose the senders, the sending window and the daily limit; no campaign cap is published per plan.
Warming and sending on both sides: what Emelia adds for the same inboxes
Both tools warm the inboxes they connect and send sequences from them. The gap is in how the bill is built and in what else the plan holds. Rows follow Emelia’s plans, billed monthly.

Seed-inbox placement test
Before tax: Warmup Inbox in US dollars, Emelia in your currency, so no gap is worked out between the two; in euros, a row names the cheaper side only when that holds at any rate. Basic at the average its pricing slider shows for each count; above 50 inboxes, Warmup Inbox quotes. Emelia’s credits stay valid for a year after purchase, even once you cancel.
Spam & Category monitoring and the free placement test
Every plan includes Spam & Category monitoring for each connected inbox: its dashboard shows whether the warm-up emails reach the inbox, spam or a promotions tab, next to a reputation check and blacklist checks.
The site also offers a free placement test without sign-up: you send an email to seed inboxes at Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and iCloud and see where it lands. It is a web tool rather than a plan feature, and the plans include no test credits. Emelia has no placement test of this kind.
For teams and agencies: invites, white-label reports, a quote past 50 inboxes
Corporate Invites are links that let a colleague connect their own inbox to your account, on Basic, Pro or Max; the number of users per account is not published.
For agencies, Warmup Inbox describes role-based seats, white-label reports and one invoice for all clients, and above 50 inboxes a quote with consolidated billing, multi-client workspaces, onboarding and recurring meetings. None of these has a public price.
Emelia prices by mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts, never by user: Grow covers 50 mailboxes for $97 a month, Scale an unlimited number (fair use up to 1,000) for $297.
Warmup Inbox: login, publisher, trial, API and replacements
The app’s sign-in page is app.warmupinbox.com/login. Inboxes are connected from there, through Google or Microsoft sign-in, a Google app password, or SMTP and IMAP settings.
CyberPanda s. r. o., a company based in Bratislava. Warmup Inbox is part of the Itrinity portfolio, alongside UptimeRobot, Mangools and EmailListVerify; EmailListVerify is also the tool that checks the contact lists of its sequences. The site names Mike Benson as its original founder and gives no founding date.
7 days, with no card, once per person. The published pricing page shows no free plan, and after cancelling, inboxes drop to a free monitoring mode that only tracks where a few emails land; the pricing page covers both. Emelia’s trial also lasts 7 days without a card, with 20 credits for signing up with a work email.
It manages inboxes (connection, settings, pause, removal), templates, topics, tags and plans, and returns placement statistics per inbox, at up to 120 requests a minute with an API key. It has no endpoint for campaigns or sequences. Emelia has an API too, from 100 requests a minute on Start.
That depends on whether you want warm-up alone or warm-up with the sending. Our Warmup Inbox alternatives are sorted by the number of inboxes to warm, from one to 50 and beyond, starting with Emelia, which adds LinkedIn to the same plan.
