What one inbox buys on Basic, Pro and Max
Each plan is a price per inbox: the plan you pick applies to one connected address, and the app lets you set it inbox by inbox. Here is what comes with each level, whatever the number of inboxes.
The warm-up
Basic sends up to 75 warm-up emails a day from each inbox, Pro up to 250 and Max up to 1,000, as listed on the pricing page.
All plansPlacement monitoring
Every inbox gets Spam & Category monitoring, which shows whether its warm-up emails land in the inbox, in spam or in a promotions tab, along with a reputation check and dashboards. A one-off placement test on seed inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and iCloud) is free on the site, with no account.
All plansOutreach sequences
Paid plans also send cold email sequences from the inboxes being warmed, up to 10,000 contacts per campaign, at the daily limit you set. The pricing page lists no extra charge for them; only the cost of the contact check before sending is left unsaid.
From BasicSettings from Pro
Pro unlocks your own templates and topics, warm-up in 12 languages, custom settings, warm-up aimed at a given email provider and a schedule. Max adds premium support, a technical setup check, unlimited API use and early access to new features.
Pro and MaxThe API
A REST API (120 requests a minute) handles inboxes, their settings, placement statistics and plans, with no endpoint for campaigns. The pricing page lists it from Basic, while a comparison page on the same site links API access to Max.
All plansFrom 1 to 50 inboxes: the rate falls as inboxes are added
The pricing page has a slider from one inbox to 50. For each count it shows an average price per inbox, and the bill is that average times the number of inboxes. The average drops with the second inbox; past 50, Warmup Inbox works out a quote.

Prices per inbox in US dollars, excluding tax. The same page also carries a stepped grid in its structured data ($19 per inbox up to 4 inboxes on Basic, $18 from 5…), which puts 3 inboxes at $57 instead of $54.45; the two agree at 1, 5, 10, 15, 25 and 50 inboxes, and we use the slider, the figure the page shows and bills.

Paying yearly: 20% off, upfront, by card
Warmup Inbox advertises 20% off for paying yearly: $15 instead of $19 per inbox on Basic, $49 instead of $59 on Pro, $79 instead of $99 on Max. The twelve months are charged when you sign up, and the pricing page opens on the yearly figures, so check the toggle before comparing.
Payment goes through Stripe, by Visa, Mastercard or American Express; Warmup Inbox accepts neither PayPal nor prepaid cards. An inbox added during a cycle is charged pro rata and one removed turns into a credit on the next invoice. A move to a higher plan applies at once, a move down at the next cycle.
One point is unclear: the pricing FAQ says a yearly customer can switch to monthly at the next renewal, while the help centre says an annual subscription cannot become monthly within the same account.
After you cancel: Free Monitoring, or $7 an inbox to keep watching
Cancelling is a button on the Billing page. The plan runs to the end of the period already paid, and pausing inboxes does not stop the charges; the whole subscription can instead be paused for up to 3 months.
When the subscription ends, the inboxes stay in the tool on Free Monitoring, which tracks where 5 emails a day land, with a dashboard 7 days behind and nothing moved out of spam. Paid Monitoring, offered at cancellation, costs $7 a month per inbox for 50 tracked emails a day. To leave for good, remove the inboxes yourself.
Warmup Inbox publishes no money-back guarantee; the only compensation it describes is a service credit for an outage of more than 4 hours in a row, to be claimed within 30 days. On Emelia, the credits that come with a plan stay usable for a year after purchase, cancelled or not.
Your inbox count, priced on Warmup Inbox and on Emelia
Each row is an Emelia plan filled to its limit, billed monthly: 3 inboxes on Start, 50 on Grow. The Warmup Inbox column is Basic, its cheapest plan, at the slider average for that count. Both send sequences from the warmed inboxes; the lower rows show what else each subscription covers.

Before tax. Warmup Inbox bills in US dollars only, Emelia in your currency; in euros, a row names the cheaper side only when the gap holds at any exchange rate. Above 50 inboxes, Warmup Inbox quotes, while Scale lists $297 a month for unlimited mailboxes (fair use up to 1,000).
Any number of inboxes, from one plan to the next
Set the inboxes to warm and the Warmup Inbox plan, billed monthly; the count starts at 50, the most Grow connects. Warmup Inbox’s side uses the average its slider publishes for that count; Emelia’s side is the cheapest plan that connects them all, with sequences, LinkedIn and email finding.
You save $378 per month with Emelia.
How each tool charges
Warmup Inbox bills each inbox at the average its pricing slider shows for your inbox count, on the plan you choose; there is no published price above 50 inboxes, so the simulator shows a quote there.
Emelia does not sell warm-up on its own: every plan warms each mailbox it connects, at no extra cost. Start $37 (up to 3 mailboxes, 1 LinkedIn account), Grow $97 (up to 50 mailboxes, 3 LinkedIn accounts), Scale $297 (unlimited mailboxes, fair use up to 1,000, 10 LinkedIn accounts).
Before tax. The mailboxes themselves are paid to your email provider at the same price whichever tool warms them, so neither total includes them.
51 inboxes and up: a quote, consolidated billing, onboarding
Past the end of the slider
Beyond 50 inboxes, Warmup Inbox asks you to speak to an expert for a personalised quote. That tier adds consolidated billing, workspaces for several clients, dedicated reports, onboarding and support, and recurring meetings with your team. Agencies get role-based seats and white-label reports on the same terms, with no published price.
Smaller teams can use Corporate Invites: links that let colleagues connect their own inboxes, each on the plan of their choice. On Emelia, that size has a list price: Scale costs $297 a month for unlimited mailboxes (fair use up to 1,000) and 10 LinkedIn accounts.
Send-only inboxes, outside the grid
Addresses that can send but not receive (no IMAP access) cannot go on Basic, Pro or Max, nor on the trial. Warmup Inbox has a Send-only plan for them at $139 a month, with Pro features; it is described in the help centre and missing from the pricing page.
Warmup Inbox pricing questions: trial, free use, PayPal, sequences
The pricing FAQ promises full access to the plan you choose for 7 days, without a card, while a help-centre article says the trial runs on Pro, its default trial plan. Either way, there is one trial per person, and send-only inboxes are not eligible.
Not for warm-up, going by the published pricing page. During our check, a test version of that page showed some visitors a Freemium plan with 15 warm-up emails a week; the version search engines read has none. The placement test and the other web tools are free, as is the monitoring an inbox drops to after cancelling. Emelia has no free warm-up either, by choice; its 7-day trial needs no card, and signing up with a work email adds 20 credits.
No. The help centre asks for a debit or credit card, processed by Stripe, and prepaid cards do not go through.
No. Outreach sequences are listed on Basic and carried over to Pro and Max, so the inbox price covers them; a campaign can only send from inboxes that are warming. The price of the contact verification run on campaign lists is not stated.
