Saleshandy API, MCP server, HubSpot and Outlook integrations, and the Chrome extension
The REST API and its documentation
Every plan, Starter included, comes with an API key. The documentation lives on developer.saleshandy.com (Swagger) and the API itself on open-api.saleshandy.com: prospects, sequences, mailboxes (connected over SMTP and IMAP), statistics, do-not-contact lists, custom fields and agency clients. Lead Finder enrichment is exposed too, by name, LinkedIn URL or domain, in batches of 100.
Limits are the same on every plan: 100 calls a minute and 50,000 enrichment calls a day. Emelia’s API allows 100, 300 or 1,000 requests a minute depending on the plan.
MCP server and command line
Saleshandy runs an MCP server (mcp.saleshandy.com, opened with your API key) for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, VS Code and n8n, and publishes an official command-line tool, @saleshandy/saleshandy-cli. Both are listed on every plan.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier and Outlook
Native CRM sync (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM) starts on Pro: Starter has none. For Zapier, Make, n8n and Pabbly, Saleshandy’s pricing page ticks all three plans while its 2026 pricing article reserves them for Pro and above. Webhooks get the same treatment: ticked everywhere in the comparison table, listed as a Pro addition in the pricing file, and still described as unavailable in the help centre’s API article.
Outlook and Microsoft 365 mailboxes connect like Gmail and Google Workspace ones, alongside any SMTP or IMAP provider; Saleshandy has applied a hard daily cap per provider since March 2026 (50 emails a day for “Gmail / Microsoft” accounts in its own words, 150 for Google Workspace and Office 365).
Saleshandy Connect, the Chrome extension
Saleshandy Connect 2.0 reveals verified emails and phone numbers from the Lead Finder database in your browser, builds lists, tags prospects and adds them to a sequence, using the same credits. Its Chrome Web Store listing shows 3,000 users and a single rating. A help article archived in April 2026, since removed, described it on LinkedIn profiles and searches; the current listing no longer mentions LinkedIn, so check what it does there before relying on it.
Emelia’s Chrome extension does three things: on a LinkedIn profile, a floating Emelia button finds the person’s email and phone number (credits, only when found) and adds them to an Emelia campaign, email, LinkedIn or multichannel; on a Sales Navigator search, the “Export with Emelia” button sends the search to Emelia, which extracts the leads; and it connects your LinkedIn account (how it works).
Ikigai Infotech LLP: the Ahmedabad company behind Saleshandy
Saleshandy is published by Ikigai Infotech LLP, based in Ahmedabad, India. It was founded in 2015 by Dhruv Patel and Piyush Patel, and its About page lists 67+ team members. Nothing on its site mentions outside funding.
The product grew in steps: an email tracker in 2016, a Gmail mail merge in 2017, sequences in 2018, a rebuild for cold email in 2021, the Lead Finder database in 2024, and in August 2026 a single plan range that sells sending and data together.
How many customers? The home, pricing and About pages say 25,000+; the About page also says more than 10,000, the figure used on its warm-up and agency pages. Billing has gone through Paddle since April 2026, which adds VAT or GST by country.
Saleshandy Lead Finder: a contact database, 1 credit per verified email, 6 per phone number
Lead Finder is the B2B database inside every plan: 852M+ contacts and 42M+ companies according to the pricing page (other Saleshandy pages say 800 or 700 million). Searching people and companies is free, with 40+ filters on Starter and 70+ on Pro and Scale; you pay credits when you reveal a contact or enrich a CSV file.
Behind the reveal is a waterfall of providers (Prospeo, RocketReach, Findymail, Enrich.so and Scalelist on the pricing page, “9 providers” in the help centre) checked by ZeroBounce and BounceBan.
- Costs: 1 credit for a verified work email, 6 for a phone number, 7 for both. A help article adds 2 credits for a personal email.
- When nothing is found: nothing is charged according to the pricing page; a help article updated in October 2026 speaks of a 50% refund instead, and of 7 credits used for email plus phone even without a phone number.
- Included: 1,500, 4,000 or 8,000 credits a month depending on the plan, reset every cycle with no rollover; credit packs on top, such as $25 for 1,000.
- Emelia: its finder works from your LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches or your own lists: 1 credit per email found and verified, 50 per phone number found by waterfall across several providers, refunded when no number is found.
LinkedIn in Saleshandy sequences: manual tasks, or a hand-off to Aimfox or HeyReach
A Saleshandy sequence can contain LinkedIn steps: connection request, message, InMail, profile visit, interaction. Its help centre is explicit that they “are not automated; you must perform them manually”. Each step lands in someone’s task list, like the WhatsApp steps and free-form tasks.
Since March 2026, a “LinkedIn Automation” step can push a prospect into a campaign on Aimfox or HeyReach, connected with an API key. That campaign runs and bills on the partner’s side, so automated LinkedIn means a second subscription (see HeyReach).
Emelia sends invitations and messages itself, in the same sequence as the emails, from the 1, 3 or 10 LinkedIn accounts included in Start, Grow or Scale ($29 a month per extra account). Campaigns run on Emelia’s servers, with your computer switched off.
How Saleshandy prices its plans: emails sent per month, not mailboxes
Three plans in US dollars, excluding tax: Starter $41, Pro $99 and Scale $189 a month ($34, $76 and $149 billed yearly). Four limits tell them apart; the Saleshandy pricing page has every add-on, credit pack and calculation.
Mailboxes are free, emails are counted
Connect as many mailboxes as you like on any plan: the limit is the total sent each month, 6,000, 100,000 or 200,000, and 300,000 or 600,000 on bigger Scale options ($299 and $599). At 30 to 50 emails a day per mailbox, 6,000 emails is what 5 to 9 mailboxes send over 22 working days.
Active prospects
Prospects in live sequences at the same time are capped too: 2,000 on Starter, 30,000 on Pro, unlimited on Scale within a fair-use rule (up to 2 times your monthly sending). Storing prospects is unlimited.
Rotation and users
One sequence rotates across 10, 100 or 1,000 mailboxes. Starter is for 1 user, Pro for 10, Scale for unlimited users and teams; seats are never billed one by one.
What Saleshandy and Emelia cost from 3 to 500 mailboxes
Same need on both sides: cold email from a number of mailboxes, billed monthly. Saleshandy’s plan depends on the emails those mailboxes send, 30 to 50 a day each over 22 working days, hence a range when the pace changes the plan; Emelia’s depends on the mailboxes.
Cold email from your mailboxes, monthly prices
3 mailboxes (1,980 to 3,300 emails a month)
5 mailboxes (3,300 to 5,500 emails a month)
10 mailboxes (6,600 to 11,000 emails a month)
100 mailboxes (66,000 to 110,000 emails a month)
500 mailboxes (330,000 to 550,000 emails a month)

Emelia is cheaper up to 3 mailboxes and from about 460; Saleshandy from 4 to 5 mailboxes (up to 9 at 30 emails a day) and from 51 to about 180 (about 300 at that pace), just above Start’s 3 and Grow’s 50 mailboxes. Saleshandy bills in US dollars and converts its prices to euros on its own page at the day’s rate; Emelia shows the same figure in euros and dollars. In euros, a winner is marked only when the gap is wider than currency moves. Mailboxes bought from Google or Microsoft cost the same with both tools and are left out.
Saleshandy competitors: other unlimited-inbox senders, and tools that automate LinkedIn
The Saleshandy alternatives page prices each of them; in short, they fall into three groups.
- LinkedIn automated in the sequence: Emelia, lemlist and Reply.io, each with its own billing unit (plan, user, active contact).
- Same model, unlimited mailboxes billed by volume: Smartlead and Instantly. Both sell their database apart from sending (a credits subscription at Instantly, an add-on below Smartlead’s top plans), where Saleshandy now includes it.
- Database first, sequences on top: Apollo and Hunter.
773 Saleshandy reviews on G2, and a Trustpilot score you cannot see
G2 and Capterra rate Saleshandy well. Trustpilot shows no score at all: its page says the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines and that fake reviews were removed, while Saleshandy’s site still displays 4.7 on Trustpilot. Details on the Saleshandy reviews page.

No free prospecting plan. The trial needs no card and stops at 100 emails and up to 50 Lead Finder credits; sending afterwards needs Starter or above. A cancelled account drops to a free plan with no access to its data, and a subscription can instead be paused for 1 to 6 months.
1 on Starter, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Scale. Saleshandy does not charge per seat, and neither does Emelia: its plans are set by mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts.
