Saleshandy alternatives compared: price and features
One row per tool from this page, Saleshandy first for reference: who it suits, its entry price for the same need (cold email) and what it does. The sections below explain each choice.
Monthly prices, billed monthly unless stated, excluding VAT, read on each publisher’s site (checked between October 6, 2026 and October 14, 2026). Emelia’s prices follow your currency; tools billed in dollars only stay in dollars, and those billed in euros only stay in euros. –: not offered, or not checked for this need.
Saleshandy or Dripify? Alternatives that automate LinkedIn instead of listing tasks
Saleshandy turns LinkedIn steps into manual tasks, or hands prospects to Aimfox or HeyReach on a separate subscription. Dripify, often weighed against it for LinkedIn automation, does the opposite job: LinkedIn first, email on the side. These four run LinkedIn themselves:
- 1
Best for: Cold email and LinkedIn in one sequenceSaleshandy turns LinkedIn steps into manual tasks; Emelia automates them in the same sequence as the cold email, with plans set by mailboxes (3, 50 or unlimited) and 1, 3 or 10 LinkedIn accounts, $29 per extra one. The price does not grow with the team, and the email finder works in credits, charged only when an email is found; phone numbers are found by waterfall across several providers.

Best for: LinkedIn first, one mailbox per seatDripify does the job Saleshandy leaves manual, automating LinkedIn invitations and messages, with one licence per account (Pro $79, Advanced $99 a month, or $59 and $79 billed yearly). Each seat sends email from 1 Gmail or Outlook mailbox, without warm-up. It is built for LinkedIn, not for the email volume Saleshandy handles.

Its database and finders are paid in credits, like Saleshandy’s Lead Finder. LinkedIn is automated through its Chrome extension, where Saleshandy only lists tasks.

Best for: LinkedIn per account on a volume planReply.io automates LinkedIn where Saleshandy creates tasks: Email Volume costs $59 per user by active contacts, plus $69 per LinkedIn account, or Multichannel $99 per user with 1 account each. It adds a dialler and an AI SDR on top. Its price follows users and contacts reached, where Saleshandy’s follows emails sent.

Same model, unlimited mailboxes billed by volume: Saleshandy, Smartlead and Instantly side by side
All three let you connect as many mailboxes as you want and charge for the emails sent each month. At equal volume, the cheapest one changes with the volume, and only Saleshandy puts database credits in the sending plan.

All three bill in US dollars. Volumes per plan: Saleshandy 6,000 / 100,000 / 200,000 and up; Smartlead 6,000 / 90,000 / 150,000 and up; Instantly 5,000 / 100,000 / 500,000. Full pages: Smartlead, Instantly.
Database first, sequences second: Apollo, Hunter and Snov.io
If Lead Finder is the reason you use Saleshandy, these tools are built around the data and add sending on top. None of them automates LinkedIn except Snov.io, through a paid add-on.
- Apollo: 240M contacts, a free plan, then Basic at $65 per licence a month with 2,500 credits. One sending mailbox per licence on Basic and 250 emails a day at most; a phone number costs 8 credits (6 at Saleshandy).
- Hunter: team plans with unlimited users, Starter at $49 a month for 2,000 credits and 3 mailboxes. Its strength is finding and verifying emails; it has no phone finder and no LinkedIn steps.
- Snov.io: Starter at $39 a month for 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients, unlimited sending mailboxes (up to 1,000 per team in its terms), and a LinkedIn automation slot at $69 a month per account ($59 alongside a paid plan).
Saleshandy and Emelia at the same number of mailboxes
Monthly plans for cold email, then data, LinkedIn and the team.
- At 3 mailboxes: Emelia Start costs $37, Saleshandy Starter $41.
- LinkedIn: Emelia automates it in the same sequence as cold email, 1 to 10 accounts included; Saleshandy creates manual tasks.
- In between: from 4 to 5 mailboxes (up to 9 at a gentle pace), Starter at $41 covers what Emelia sells as Grow ($97).
- Mid-size volume: from 51 to about 180 mailboxes, Pro or Scale costs less than Emelia Scale ($297); at 100 mailboxes, $99 to $189 depending on the pace.
- Data: Saleshandy includes 1,500, 4,000 or 8,000 Lead Finder credits a month and charges 6 credits per phone number; Emelia charges 1 credit per email found and 50 per phone number, refunded when none is found.
- Team: Saleshandy counts users (1 on Starter, unlimited on Scale) and offers client workspaces; Emelia does not bill per user.
- From about 460 mailboxes: Emelia Scale ($297) covers them, where Saleshandy needs its $599 option.
Saleshandy competitors: Mailshake, Dripify and free options
Yes, Mailshake is another cold email tool, and Saleshandy publishes a comparison page against it. The two bill differently: Mailshake charges per user, $29, $49 or $99 a month on Starter, Email Outreach and Sales Engagement, and each user connects 1, 2 or up to 10 mailboxes (5 on the top plan according to its help centre); its Data Finder database is a $19-a-month add-on. Saleshandy prices the emails sent, connects unlimited mailboxes and puts Lead Finder credits in every plan. Neither automates LinkedIn natively, and Mailshake has no free trial.
Of the two, only Dripify automates LinkedIn: it sends invitations and messages itself, from $79 per LinkedIn account a month ($59 billed yearly), while Saleshandy only creates LinkedIn tasks or passes prospects to Aimfox or HeyReach. Dripify sends email from 1 mailbox per seat, where Saleshandy sends at volume. Emelia covers both in one plan: cold email from 3, 50 or unlimited mailboxes and 1 to 10 LinkedIn accounts automated in the same sequences.
Not for sending at volume: trials only, all without a card (7 days at Emelia, 7 at Saleshandy, 14 at Smartlead, 14 at Instantly). Three of the database tools above keep a free plan with no time limit: Apollo (75 credits a month, 1 sending mailbox), Hunter (50 credits, 1 mailbox) and Snov.io (50 credits and 100 recipients, on a plan it calls “Trial”). Emelia gives 20 free credits at sign-up with a work email, to find emails and phone numbers.
