What HeyReach does: one LinkedIn campaign, many sender accounts
What is HeyReach? A cloud tool that automates LinkedIn outreach, and only LinkedIn: HeyReach calls itself "LinkedIn-specific". Each LinkedIn profile you connect is a sender, and one campaign can spread its leads across several senders. The product was launched in 2023.
Sender rotation
A campaign shares its leads between the LinkedIn accounts you assign to it: several profiles work through the same list, each within its own daily limits.
Unibox
One inbox for every connected account, with templates, attachments and team access. It covers LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Recruiter messages: replies by email stay in your email tool.
Client workspaces and white label
On the Agency and Unlimited plans, an agency gets a workspace per client, a shared pool of senders, a "master" view and its own brand on the app. Users are free and unlimited on every plan.
AI
"Auto-Tag" sorts replies into interested, not interested or generic (through OpenAI), and voice notes, still in beta, can be generated in a cloned voice, personalised for each lead.
HeyReach automation features and the limits on each sender
What a sequence can do, then how much each LinkedIn account is allowed to do per day according to the HeyReach help centre.
Invitations, messages and follow-ups
Connection requests with or without a note, messages and follow-ups, with "If connected" and "Open profile" conditions and A/B tests on messages.
InMails
Sent from accounts with Sales Navigator, on their own InMail credits: no extra cost from HeyReach, up to 40 a day per sender.
Likes, follows and profile visits
Engagement steps to warm a lead before the invitation, 40 of each per day and per sender, shared between campaigns.
Voice notes
A recording of your own, or an AI voice note in your cloned voice, personalised for each lead (in beta).

- Invitations per day
- Up to 40, 25 by default; 30 considered safe for a warmed-up account with over 1,000 connections

- All actions per day
- About 200 per account (visits, messages, invitations)
- Between two steps
- 3 hours minimum
- Condition checks
- 250 per day
- Messages per day
- No figure published: you set it per action and per account
- Imports
- 2,500 leads per sender and per import from Sales Navigator, 1,000 from a LinkedIn search

Was HeyReach banned by LinkedIn? What happened in March 2026
On March 25, 2026, LinkedIn removed HeyReach's own company page and restricted the personal profiles of its CEO, CTO, CRO and CMO. HeyReach told the story itself in an article published on August 10, 2026: it says its customers' accounts were not touched, and that it can no longer advertise on LinkedIn.
The same article reports 50,406,739 invitations sent through HeyReach between the ban and its publication, with 21.3% accepted and a 30.7% reply rate. These are HeyReach's own figures. Its site also states that it is not associated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.
Is HeyReach safe for your own account? No tool can promise that. HeyReach's answer is in its limits (above) and its proxies: a dedicated static residential proxy per account on Growth; on Agency and Unlimited, its pricing FAQ asks you to bring your own proxies, while the plan card mentions a "custom solution" on request, without a price.
No email inside HeyReach: what Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison have to add
HeyReach sends no email itself. Where an email would go, its sequence offers an "Add to Instantly", "Add to Smartlead" or "Add to EmailBison" step, which needs an account and a plan with that tool; with Instantly and Smartlead, activity syncs back both ways. Under HeyReach's white label, the Instantly and Smartlead steps are not available.
What HeyReach does handle is finding the address: a "Find Email" step spends 1 credit per email found (FullEnrich does the lookup). We found no warm-up, no verifier for an imported list and no phone lookup in its documentation.
Emelia sends the cold emails itself, from 3, 50 or unlimited mailboxes depending on the plan, with warm-up and mailbox rotation included, in the same sequence as the LinkedIn steps.
HeyReach HubSpot integration, Clay and the rest of its stack
CRM
HubSpot, Attio natively (HubSpot's new version, which syncs contacts and activity, is in beta). No native Salesforce or Pipedrive in its list: those go through Zapier or Make.
Data and enrichment
Clay, RB2B, Trigify and a long list of "GTM" tools; leads also come from Sales Navigator, LinkedIn searches, post reactions or CSV files.
API, webhooks, MCP and CLI
A public API at 300 requests a minute on every plan, webhooks per campaign and event, an MCP server since 2025 (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n…) and a command-line tool.
Automation
Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, Pabbly and Albato for everything without a native connector.

On LinkedIn alone, billed monthly, Emelia costs less up to 47 LinkedIn accounts and again from 51 to 103; HeyReach's Agency pack wins at 49 and 50, its Unlimited plan from 104.

Is HeyReach well rated?
Its reviews praise how safe the accounts stay and the shared inbox; the low scores are about support and refunds. On G2, HeyReach displays 4.7 on its own site; G2 blocks automated access, so we could not check that score.

HeyReach login, API, MCP and Chrome extension
Through the web app at app.heyreach.io, from the "Log in" link on heyreach.io. Everything runs in the cloud: there is nothing to install to use your dashboard.
Yes, on every plan. Its public API, documented on Postman, covers campaigns, leads, the Unibox, LinkedIn accounts, lists, statistics, webhooks and email enrichment, with a limit of 300 requests a minute. The help centre says credits cannot be used through the API, while the API lists an enrichment endpoint.
Yes, since 2025: it connects HeyReach to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Clay or n8n. HeyReach also offers a command-line tool.
Yes, but only to connect a LinkedIn account to HeyReach: it adds no automation. The help centre presents it for LinkedIn Recruiter accounts; a standard account can connect with its login details or cookies. Campaigns then run in the cloud, even when your computer is off.
On heyreach.io: the menu on the logo in its navigation bar lets you copy the logo, the icon or the favicon, and download its brand assets. We show the logo on this page only to identify the tool.
Yes: "Auto-Tag" classifies replies through OpenAI, and AI voice notes use a cloned voice. Its data processing agreement lists OpenAI and Anthropic among its sub-processors.
Emelia is a HeyReach competitor. We have tried to stay fair: every figure about HeyReach comes from its own website or public review sites.
