HeyReach on G2, Trustpilot, Capterra and AppSumo: four sites, four scores
Of the sites we could check, Trustpilot has the most HeyReach reviews and the widest spread: 74% give 5 stars, 22% give 1. Capterra's perfect score rests on 2 reviews. G2 blocks automated access: the 4.7 below, and the "2026 Fastest Growing Product" badge, are what HeyReach shows on its website.

What HeyReach users praise: account safety, Unibox and flat agency pricing
The 5-star reviews come back to the same few points. Capterra's sub-scores sum them up: 5.0 for ease of use, 5.0 for service, 4.5 for features and 5.0 for value, on 2 reviews.
Accounts that stay connected
Reviewers report "zero restrictions" and stable connections. HeyReach's daily limits (up to 40 invitations, 25 by default) and its dedicated proxy on Growth go in that direction; LinkedIn's removal of HeyReach's own company page in March 2026 is a reminder that no tool controls LinkedIn.
One inbox for every account
The Unibox gathers the replies of every connected profile in one place (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Recruiter messages), with templates and team access.
A flat price for agencies
Agencies praise a flat price per pack of accounts, with free users and client workspaces, rather than a licence per person. Those reviews predate the June 2026 grid: today the packs cost $999 for 25 accounts and $1,399 for 50.
Fast start, Clay and support
Many reviews mention a first campaign live quickly, the Clay integration and a responsive support team, although later reviews are mixed on support (below).
The complaints behind HeyReach's 1-star reviews
- Support getting slower: a review from November 2025 describes answers taking 24 to 48 hours, one from January 2026 up to 3 business days. Agency plans get a dedicated Slack channel, Unlimited priority support.
- No refunds: HeyReach's terms say all fees are non-refundable; its help centre reviews requests case by case, for example a double charge or a charge after cancelling.
- Bugs left open and MCP reports that some find unreliable.
- LinkedIn sessions to reconnect, mentioned on Capterra.
Reviews written before June 2026 quote older prices
HeyReach changed its grid in June 2026: 50 accounts went from $999 to $1,399 a month, Unlimited from $1,999 to $2,999, and the yearly discount from 25% to 20%. A review praising "$999 for 50 accounts" describes a plan you can no longer buy.
Capterra's HeyReach listing still shows "$39 per user per month", a figure that matches neither the old nor the new grid: HeyReach charges per LinkedIn account, from $79. The AppSumo lifetime deal behind the 49 AppSumo reviews is sold out. Search results may also show 4.9 or 5 stars: those scores come from HeyReach's own testimonials, marked up on its site. Current prices: HeyReach pricing.
Agencies, sales teams, solo users: who gets the most from HeyReach
Agencies with dozens of client accounts
Agency reviewers praise what HeyReach was built for: stable accounts and a pack price that does not grow with each client. The numbers agree: on LinkedIn alone, billed monthly, HeyReach is cheaper than Emelia at 49-50 accounts and from 104. The trade-off: proxies to supply (or a custom solution on request), and email set up in another tool.
Sales teams of a few reps
Each rep's LinkedIn account costs $79 a month ($59 from 10), and email needs Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison on top. Emelia includes 3 LinkedIn accounts and 50 mailboxes for $97 (the same figure in euros).
Solo users
One account at $79 is a high price for one person; HeyReach is not built for that case. See the HeyReach alternatives for 1 to 9 accounts.
HeyReach G2 rating, refunds and support: review questions
HeyReach shows 4.7 out of 5 on its website, with a "2026 Fastest Growing Product" badge. G2 blocks automated access, so we could not check the score or the number of reviews ourselves. On Trustpilot, HeyReach has 4.0 from 51 reviews.
Yes. HeyReach is published by HeyReach Inc OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia, and says it is used by 7,000+ companies, including ClickUp, Ahrefs and Chili Piper. Its product launched in 2023.
As a rule, no: its terms say all fees are non-refundable. Its help centre reviews cases such as a double charge or a charge after cancelling. Instead of cancelling, you can pause for up to 2 months.
Reviews disagree: many praise fast answers, while one from November 2025 mentions 24 to 48 hours and one from January 2026 up to 3 business days. Agency plans include a dedicated Slack channel and Unlimited priority support.
Emelia is a HeyReach competitor. We have tried to stay fair: every figure about HeyReach comes from its own website or public review sites.
