Prices per month, excluding VAT, in dollars only: HeyReach has no euro price list. Quarterly and yearly prices are per month, paid upfront ($9,590 a year for Agency 25). Custom (a managed service) is on quote; the Early stage program gives an unpublished discount to companies under $250,000 of recurring revenue and fewer than 5 people.
The real price per sender at 1, 10, 25, 50 and 300 accounts
Divide each plan by the accounts it covers and HeyReach gets cheaper the more profiles you connect. One quirk of the Growth grid: the lower price applies to every account once you reach 10, so 9 accounts ($711) cost more than 10 ($590).
- Quarterly saves 10%, yearly 20%, both paid upfront.
- On Growth, accounts can be added at any time, prorated; removing one takes effect at the next billing cycle, and all accounts share the same cycle.
- On Agency, the number of accounts is fixed by the pack (25 or 50): you cannot buy one more, and once the pack is full no further account can be connected.
- Growth stops at 50 accounts on HeyReach's calculator; no price is published beyond that.
When HeyReach is cheaper than Emelia, and when it isn't
For LinkedIn alone, billed monthly: Emelia costs less from 1 to 47 accounts, both cost the same at 48, HeyReach's Agency pack wins at 49 and 50, Emelia wins again from 51 to 103, and HeyReach's Unlimited plan wins from 104 accounts up to its cap of 300.

Excluding VAT. Compared in dollars, HeyReach's only currency; Emelia lists the same figures in euros and dollars. Emelia adds $29 per LinkedIn account beyond its plan, a price compared on monthly billing only: the yearly rows stop at 10 accounts. Emelia's plans also include cold email (3 to unlimited mailboxes), which HeyReach does not send.

How each tool charges
HeyReach charges per LinkedIn account on Growth: $79 each up to 9, $59 each from 10, up to 50. Agency costs $999 for 25 accounts or $1,399 for 50, and Unlimited $2,999 for up to 300. The calculator picks the cheapest.
Emelia charges by plan, not per user: Start $37 (3 mailboxes, 1 LinkedIn), Grow $97 (50 mailboxes, 3 LinkedIn), Scale $297 (unlimited mailboxes, 10 LinkedIn), then $29 per extra LinkedIn account. Sending is unlimited.
In dollars, HeyReach's only currency (Emelia shows the same figures in euros and dollars). Excluding VAT, credits and proxies (to supply on Agency and Unlimited). Yearly billing is compared up to 10 LinkedIn accounts.
HeyReach pricing 2025: the grid before the June 2026 increase
Archived copies of the pricing page show the old grid until May 20, 2026 and the new one from June 9, 2026. For 50 accounts, the monthly price rose by 40%; Unlimited by 50%. Reviews and articles written before then may still quote the old figures.

Email credits
Prices per month: billed monthly / quarterly / yearly. The structured data hidden in the pricing page still carry the old grid (50 accounts for $999, Unlimited at $1,999 up to 500 accounts): the prices displayed on the page and in the help centre are the new ones.
HeyReach credits: a one-off email allowance, packs without a public price
HeyReach's "Find Email" step spends 1 credit per email found; a search that finds nothing costs nothing, and FullEnrich does the lookup. The credits in each plan (100 per Growth account, 1,000 on Agency, 3,000 on Unlimited) are given once, at subscription: they do not come back each month.
After that, you buy packs in Billing, with an optional automatic top-up. Credits never expire and are shared across the organisation, but HeyReach publishes no pack price, on its pricing page or in its help centre.
Emelia also gives its credits at signup, 500, 1,000 or 5,000 depending on the plan, and an email found costs 1 credit there too. The difference is the price of what comes next: Emelia publishes its packs (€19 a month for 1,000 credits), HeyReach does not, so no cost per email can be compared.
Proxies, extra brands and Sales Navigator: costs outside the plan
- Proxies on Agency and Unlimited: the FAQ asks you to bring your own; the plan card mentions a "custom solution" on request. No price published.
- Extra white-label brands (Unlimited): $500 each according to the plan card; the FAQ only says they are "offered".
- InMails: Sales Navigator is required, and an InMail to a closed profile uses one of its InMail credits, refunded if the lead replies.
- Cold email: an account with Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, priced by those tools, not by HeyReach.
- Email credit packs: no public price.
HeyReach free trial: 14 days, no card, 3 senders
HeyReach has no free plan. Its trial lasts 14 days, without a credit card, with 3 LinkedIn accounts and the core features. It does not turn into a paid plan on its own: you pick a plan at the end. One trial per email address; HeyReach may extend it case by case.
The pricing FAQ also mentions a 30-day trial on request for Agency and Unlimited, which the help centre does not. Either way, HeyReach wins here: Emelia's trial lasts 7 days, also without a card.
Paying quarterly or yearly: notice, refunds and the 2-month pause
- Upfront: a quarter or a year is paid at once.
- Cancelling: the help centre says you can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, effective at the end of the paid period, and that a reminder email comes before each renewal. HeyReach's terms (art. 7.1) renew the plan automatically unless you give 30 days' written notice before the end of the term.
- Refunds: "generally non-refundable once a billing period has started", with a case-by-case review (double charge, charge after cancelling). The terms (art. 7.2) say all fees are non-refundable.
- Pause: instead of cancelling, you can pause for 1 or 2 months. No invoice and no access to your data during the pause; discounts are kept and the plan resumes on its own.
- Downgrades apply at the next cycle. After the end of a subscription, the help centre says data is "retained for a period"; the terms (art. 8.3) cut access 30 days later.
- VAT: HeyReach is Estonian; a business in the EU or the UK with a valid VAT number pays 0%, otherwise local VAT is added.
HeyReach coupon codes and the AppSumo lifetime deal
We found no public HeyReach coupon or discount code. The last public offer was Black Friday 2025 (30% off quarterly, 40% off yearly), now over. What remains: the yearly discount (20%), the Early stage program for small startups, and case-by-case requests for non-profits and startups through a form.
The AppSumo lifetime deal is sold out (rated 4.98 on 49 reviews); AppSumo users cannot buy email credits. HeyReach's affiliate programme pays 30% recurring on Growth and 15% on Agency and Unlimited: it rewards whoever refers you, it is not a discount for you.
