HeyReach vs Waalaxy: cost for 1, 3, 10, 25 and 50 LinkedIn accounts
Monthly price, billed monthly. Waalaxy Pro and HeyReach cover LinkedIn only; Emelia's plans include cold email. Waalaxy is cheapest on its dollar price list at every step. On its euro price list, Emelia is cheaper up to 25 accounts, and HeyReach's flat plan takes over at 50.
1 LinkedIn account, LinkedIn only
3 LinkedIn accounts, LinkedIn only
10 LinkedIn accounts, LinkedIn only
25 LinkedIn accounts, LinkedIn only
50 LinkedIn accounts, LinkedIn only
Excluding VAT. Waalaxy prices are before its team discounts, which are not automatic: from 10% at 5 licences to 30% from 40, on request to its support. With 30% off, 50 Pro licences come to €1,365. HeyReach takes 10% off quarterly and 20% off yearly; its Agency plans do not include proxies. See Waalaxy pricing for every currency.
HeyReach or Waalaxy for agencies: rotation, white label, unlimited users
Beyond price, HeyReach is organised around accounts and clients, Waalaxy around licences.
Who you pay for
HeyReach bills "senders", the LinkedIn accounts you connect. Users are free and unlimited, so an account manager or a client can log in without adding to the bill. Its Unlimited plan ($2,999 a month) goes up to 300 accounts.
At Waalaxy, one licence is one user and one LinkedIn account. A team is a set of licences, all on the same plan and billing period, up to 150 licences; an Enterprise plan on quote starts at 5.
Rotation and white label
HeyReach lets several LinkedIn accounts share one campaign, with rotation between them, and offers white label on its Agency and Unlimited plans. Waalaxy offers no white label.
Inbox, API and proxies
HeyReach includes a unified inbox, an API, webhooks and an MCP server from Growth, its first plan. Waalaxy sells its Inbox at €20 per account per month and opens its API and MCP server from Advanced.
On Growth, HeyReach provides a dedicated residential proxy per account. On Agency and Unlimited, you bring your own proxies.
Limits per account
HeyReach allows up to 40 invitations a day per account (25 by default), within 200 a week, and up to 40 InMails a day from accounts with Sales Navigator. Waalaxy caps invitations at 200 a week, with about 300 a month on Pro and up to 800 on Advanced and Business, and has no InMail.
Cold email: built into Waalaxy Business, handed off by HeyReach
HeyReach: a hand-off to another tool
HeyReach does not send emails. A sequence step pushes the lead to a cold email tool (Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison), which needs its own account and subscription. You end up paying for two tools.
Waalaxy: email inside the sequence, on one plan
Waalaxy sends emails itself, but only on Business (€139 per account per month): up to 5 emails per sequence, from as many mailboxes as you connect. Waalaxy does not list an email warm-up. For 10 LinkedIn accounts with email, that means 10 Business licences, €1,390 a month billed monthly; Emelia's Scale plan covers the same need for €297. We give no HeyReach price for this need: it depends on the email tool you add.
Finding the addresses
Waalaxy renews its finder credits every month: 25 per licence on Pro and Advanced, 500 on Business, with no rollover. HeyReach gives 100 credits per account on Growth and 1,000 on Agency, once rather than monthly; they do not expire, and top-ups are sold separately.
Why HeyReach itself points solo users to Waalaxy
In its own article on HeyReach alternatives, HeyReach recommends Waalaxy to solo founders and freelancers who are starting out, for its low entry price and simple setup. It is a fair summary of where each tool sits.
For one LinkedIn account, Waalaxy Pro costs €39 a month, or €19 billed yearly. HeyReach Growth costs $79, or $63 billed yearly. Waalaxy also comes with 99+ ready-made sequences, where HeyReach's strengths (rotation, unlimited users, white label) only pay off with several accounts.
Trials differ too. HeyReach gives 14 days with no card and 3 LinkedIn accounts, and does not convert automatically. Waalaxy's lasts 14 days; its help center describes a trial started with a credit card that becomes a paid subscription at the end, while its blog describes a trial with no card.
On Trustpilot, Waalaxy has 4.8/5 from 1,299 reviews, HeyReach 4.0/5 from 51. More in our Waalaxy review.
