What is Waalaxy? From ProspectIn to a cloud LinkedIn tool
Waalaxy is a LinkedIn prospecting tool: it sends connection requests, messages and profile visits on your behalf, following a sequence you pick from a library. Its promise is to make LinkedIn your first acquisition channel without a database or complex settings, and it openly targets beginners.
The product started life as ProspectIn, built by WAAPI SAS in Montpellier. It took the Waalaxy name in 2021. Today it also offers a second channel (cold email, on its top plan), an email finder paid in credits, an Inbox add-on for LinkedIn messages, CRM sync, a public API and an MCP server.
The latest change is technical. Waalaxy now runs entirely in the cloud and no longer needs its Chrome extension, which has been withdrawn from the Chrome Web Store (announcement dated July 1, 2026). Campaigns run even when your computer is off.
How Waalaxy automates LinkedIn prospecting
A Waalaxy campaign takes three steps. The tool is simple to set up; what decides your volume is the plan you pay for and the limits Waalaxy applies to protect your account.
1. Import prospects
You fill a prospect list from a LinkedIn search (up to 1,000 results per import) or from Sales Navigator (up to 2,500). Each LinkedIn account can hold up to 50,000 prospects.
2. Pick a sequence template
Waalaxy offers more than 99 ready-made sequences (visit, invite, message, follow-up…) and an AI message writer called Waami. You customise the messages, but you cannot add or remove steps in a template: Waalaxy is a template picker, not a free-form sequence builder.
3. Let it run within the quotas
Campaigns run in the cloud, at a pace set by your plan and by LinkedIn's own limits. InMail is not supported. Replies land in your LinkedIn messaging, or in the Waalaxy Inbox if you pay for the add-on (€20/month per account).
Waalaxy LinkedIn limits (help center and pricing page)
- Invitations per month
- About 300 on Pro (11 a day); up to 800 on Advanced and Business
- Invitations per week
- 200, LinkedIn's own ceiling

- 100 at most
- Messages per day
- 120 to 150
- Profile visits per day
- 120 to 150
- Daily volume

Waalaxy Chrome extension, app and login: what changed in 2026
Many guides still describe Waalaxy as a Chrome extension. That is out of date. Waalaxy now runs entirely in the cloud and no longer needs its Chrome extension, which has been withdrawn from the Chrome Web Store (announcement dated July 1, 2026). Campaigns run even when your computer is off.
Waalaxy login: there is nothing to install. You log in to the web app at app.waalaxy.com, where your campaigns, prospect lists and settings live.
An optional extension, Alien Copilot, still exists, but it only speeds up imports from LinkedIn. You do not need it to run a campaign. Older articles that tell you to install the Waalaxy extension describe the previous version of the tool.
Is Waalaxy safe for your LinkedIn account?
Waalaxy takes precautions. According to Waalaxy, the tool spaces actions by 2 to 3 minutes, draws each day's volume between 80% and 100% of your limit and pauses campaigns for 48 hours when it detects unusual activity.
It does not hide the risk either. Its help center also states that the tool does not comply with LinkedIn's terms of service, and that it cannot help recover a banned account. LinkedIn's rules prohibit automation in general, so no LinkedIn automation tool is risk-free, Emelia included: the sensible approach is to start slowly, on a profile that already has a network.
Is there a safer alternative to Waalaxy? Tools differ in how they limit the risk, not in whether it exists: Expandi and Dripify assign a dedicated IP address to each account, HeyReach a dedicated proxy on its Growth plan. See Waalaxy alternatives.
Waalaxy email finder and cold email (Business only)
Email finder
Every plan includes an email finder paid in credits: 1 credit per professional email found, nothing charged when no email is found. You get 25 credits a month on Pro and Advanced, 500 on Business. They reset every month and do not roll over. More credits are sold as a subscription, from €60/month for 500 credits (about €0.12 per email found).
Cold email and LinkedIn email sequences
Email steps after your LinkedIn steps exist only on the Business plan, at €139 per LinkedIn account per month. Mailboxes are unlimited, with up to 5 emails per sequence and weekly sending limits that Waalaxy sets by provider (500 for Gmail, 100 for Outlook, 10,000 for Office 365).
We found no warm-up or deliverability tool in Waalaxy's documentation. Email is designed as a follow-up to your LinkedIn steps.
Waalaxy integrations: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, API and MCP
- HubSpot and Pipedrive: native CRM sync, from the Pro plan.
- Zapier, Make and n8n: the route to every other tool (Salesforce, Zoho, Sellsy, Axonaut, noCRM.io, Google Sheets, Airtable, Brevo).
- Waalaxy API: a public API, documented at docs.waalaxy.com, to list your lists and campaigns and import prospects. Up to 10 API keys per user.
- MCP server: to drive Waalaxy from an AI assistant.
- API and MCP are reserved for the Advanced and Business plans.

LinkedIn only or LinkedIn + email? Waalaxy vs Emelia
The answer depends on one question. On LinkedIn alone, Waalaxy is often the cheaper of the two. As soon as you add email, every LinkedIn account has to move to Business, while every Emelia plan already includes both channels.

Waalaxy FAQ
Waalaxy AI is an AI agent that Waalaxy has in beta; early access is sold in dollars, at $99. It is separate from Waami, the AI message writer included in the paid plans.
Not any more. A lifetime deal was sold on AppSumo in 2022; it is sold out. The only discounts Waalaxy documents today are yearly billing, team discounts on request and ambassador codes.
Waalaxy runs an ambassador program that pays a commission of 20% to 50%. On one of its two formulas, the person referred gets 20% off and a 2-week trial: ambassador codes are the only discount codes Waalaxy documents.
Not for automation. A free "Freemium" account still exists: according to its help center it has no automation and cannot run campaigns, while its blog still mentions a few actions a day. The free plan with 80 invitations a month left the pricing page in April 2026. Paid plans start at €39/month per LinkedIn account, after a 14-day trial.
Yes, on your own, up to 24 hours before renewal. The terms of use say that any period started is due in full, and the refund section of its help center only links to those terms.
