Our Waalaxy review, profile by profile
The same strengths and the same complaints come back in Waalaxy reviews. How much they matter depends on how you prospect.
Freelancers and founders prospecting alone on LinkedIn: a good fit
This is the user Waalaxy is built for. What reviewers praise most (getting started quickly, a first campaign launched fast, time saved on LinkedIn) matters most when you prospect alone, without a sales ops person to set things up. On LinkedIn alone, Pro costs €19 a month billed yearly.
- Watch out for: the end of the trial and refunds, the most frequent complaints (see below).
Sales reps working from Sales Navigator: a good fit, check the volume
Sales Navigator imports are a strength reviewers mention, and Waalaxy takes up to 2,500 results per import. The limit is elsewhere: Pro sends about 300 invitations a month. For up to 800, you need Advanced, at €99 a month billed monthly.
Teams that want LinkedIn and cold email: think twice
The price of the useful features is the first criticism in reviews, and it hits this profile hardest. Email sequences exist only on Business, at €139 per LinkedIn account per month, and in a team everyone shares the same plan: the day one person needs email, every licence moves to Business. We also found no warm-up tool in Waalaxy's documentation.
Agencies running many LinkedIn accounts: think twice
Every LinkedIn account is a licence, up to 150 per team. Team discounts exist (from 10% at 5 licences) but you have to ask support for them, and the Inbox add-on (€20 per account) cannot be added for a single account in a team. Tools priced for many senders are compared in Waalaxy vs HeyReach.
Verdict in one line
- Solo, LinkedIn only
- Recommended, ideally billed yearly
- Sales Navigator power user
- Recommended, on Advanced if you need volume
- Team with email
- Expensive: one Business licence per LinkedIn account
- Agency, many accounts
- Look at tools built for many senders
Waalaxy ratings on Trustpilot, Capterra and G2
Trustpilot gives Waalaxy its best score: 4.8/5 from 1,299 reviews, 82% of them five stars and 3% one star. Waalaxy replies to its negative reviews there.
Capterra reviewers are a little more measured: 4.4/5 from 253 reviews. Value for money is the lowest of its four sub-scores, which matches the main complaint.
G2: Waalaxy displays 4.5/5 for G2 on its own website. G2 blocks automated access and its review counts did not add up, so we do not report a G2 rating as a fact.
What Waalaxy reviews say about the trial and billing
Among the negative reviews, the end of the 14-day trial comes up often: some users describe a charge they did not expect. Waalaxy's own pages do not settle the question. Waalaxy's own sources disagree on how the trial works: its help center (updated in July 2026) describes a trial started with a credit card, which becomes a paid subscription at the end; its blog (updated in September 2026) describes a trial with no card that stops by itself. Check the signup screen before entering a card.
The other billing complaint is refunds, which reviewers describe as slow or refused. The terms of use say that any period started is due in full, and the refund section of its help center only links to those terms. You can cancel on your own up to 24 hours before renewal and keep access until the end of the period.
This matters most on yearly billing, the one that gives the low prices: it is paid upfront, from €228 a year for Pro to €828 for Business, per LinkedIn account.
What reviews say about LinkedIn restrictions
Some reviewers report a restricted LinkedIn account after using Waalaxy. The tool does limit the pace: according to Waalaxy, the tool spaces actions by 2 to 3 minutes, draws each day's volume between 80% and 100% of your limit and pauses campaigns for 48 hours when it detects unusual activity.
Its help center also states that the tool does not comply with LinkedIn's terms of service, and that it cannot help recover a banned account. LinkedIn's rules prohibit automation in general, so this risk exists with every tool of the kind, Emelia included. Reviews that mention a restriction are a reminder to start with low volumes, on a profile that already has a network.
Ease of use and support in Waalaxy reviews
Ease of use is what positive reviews mention first. You import a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, choose one of more than 99 ready-made sequences and the campaign starts, with no sequence to design. The flip side: you cannot add or remove steps in a template. Capterra scores ease of use at 4.3/5.
Support is its best Capterra sub-score (4.5/5) and is often described as fast and friendly. Response times depend on the plan: within 48 hours on Pro, 4 hours on Advanced, priority on Business. Bugs appear among the complaints.
Is Waalaxy worth it in 2026?
For one LinkedIn account, without email: yes. It is simple, well rated, and Pro at €19 a month on yearly billing is hard to beat for LinkedIn alone. Read the trial terms before entering a card.
With email or several accounts: probably not. Three LinkedIn accounts with email mean three Business licences, €417 a month billed monthly. Emelia's Grow plan covers 3 LinkedIn accounts and 50 mailboxes for €97 a month, warm-up and unified inbox included.
Waalaxy review: common questions
Pros: easy to start, a first campaign launched quickly, responsive support, time saved on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator imports. Cons: email only on Business, one licence per LinkedIn account, the Inbox as a paid add-on, complaints about the end of the trial, refunds and bugs, and LinkedIn restrictions reported after use.
Waalaxy shows 4.5/5 for G2 on its website. We could not verify it, because G2 blocks automated access. The ratings we could read are 4.8/5 on Trustpilot and 4.4/5 on Capterra.
Yes. It is published by WAAPI SAS, a French company created in 2018 and based in Montpellier, with more than 60 people according to its About page.
They are numerous (1,299 on Trustpilot, 253 on Capterra) and consistent across both sites: praise for simplicity and support, criticism of prices and billing. The negative reviews are where the trial and refund complaints appear, so read those too.
Emelia is a Waalaxy competitor. We have tried to stay fair: every figure about Waalaxy comes from its own website or public review sites.
