Expandi vs Waalaxy: the short answer
Waalaxy is the quicker start. You pick one of its 99+ ready-made sequences, import prospects and the campaign runs. It costs €39 per LinkedIn account per month on Pro (billed monthly) and drops to €19 on yearly billing.
Expandi is the more flexible tool. You draw the sequence yourself, with actions, conditions and branches, and each account gets a dedicated IP address. There is one plan: $99 per LinkedIn account per month, or $79 billed yearly, in US dollars only.
On price, Waalaxy wins as long as you stay on LinkedIn. Add email to the sequence and Waalaxy needs its Business plan, €139 per account, against Expandi's unchanged $99: more expensive on Waalaxy's euro price list, still cheaper on its dollar one.
Waalaxy vs Expandi price per LinkedIn account
Both tools charge per LinkedIn account. Emelia charges per plan, with 1, 3 or 10 LinkedIn accounts and cold email included, so it is shown for reference. Billed monthly unless stated.

Excluding VAT. Waalaxy prices are before its team discount (15% from 10 licences, not automatic: you ask its support for a code). Expandi's Agency plan starts at 10 seats and is priced on request. Expandi's teammates are free: you pay for LinkedIn accounts, not people. See the full Waalaxy pricing for every currency.
Templates vs campaign builder: how each tool builds a sequence
This is the real dividing line between the two tools, more than price.
Waalaxy: choose a template, launch it
Waalaxy offers more than 99 sequences (visit, invite, message, follow up, then email on Business). You set the delays and the messages, but you cannot add or remove a step. That is what makes it quick for beginners, and limiting once you want a branch the template does not have.
You can import up to 1,000 prospects from a LinkedIn search and 2,500 from Sales Navigator, with up to 50,000 prospects per account.
Expandi: build the sequence yourself
Expandi's builder lets you chain actions and conditions and send leads down different paths. It pulls leads from 9 sources, including LinkedIn searches, Sales Navigator, posts, groups, events and CSV files.
The builder has limits of its own: its help center caps you at 15 active campaigns and 5,000 leads per campaign, even though its website advertises unlimited campaigns.
InMail and personalised images
Expandi can send InMails, and personalised images or GIFs through Hyperise, a separate tool with its own subscription. Waalaxy does not support InMail.
Dedicated IP or spaced actions: account safety in Expandi and Waalaxy
Neither tool is approved by LinkedIn, and neither can promise that an account will never be restricted. They protect accounts in different ways.
Expandi: dedicated IP and a gradual warm-up
Expandi assigns each LinkedIn account a dedicated IP address from your country, and offers a warm-up mode that raises activity step by step on a new account. On volume, its help center recommends staying around 100 invitations a week, a more cautious figure than the one in its website menu.
Waalaxy: quotas, spacing and automatic pauses
Waalaxy caps invitations at 200 a week and 100 a day, and messages and profile visits at 120 to 150 a day. According to Waalaxy, the tool spaces actions by 2 to 3 minutes, draws each day's volume between 80% and 100% of your limit and pauses campaigns for 48 hours when it detects unusual activity.
Waalaxy now runs entirely in the cloud and no longer needs its Chrome extension, which has been withdrawn from the Chrome Web Store (announcement dated July 1, 2026). Campaigns run even when your computer is off. Its help center also states that the tool does not comply with LinkedIn's terms of service, and that it cannot help recover a banned account.
Email, contact data and integrations
Email steps
Waalaxy only sends emails on Business (€139 per account per month), from as many mailboxes as you connect, with up to 5 emails per sequence.
Expandi includes an email step on its single plan, sent from your own mailbox. It only reaches leads whose address is public on LinkedIn or imported by CSV, and you cannot reply from Expandi. Neither tool lists an email warm-up.
Finding email addresses
Waalaxy has a built-in email finder: 25 credits a month on Pro and Advanced, 500 on Business, with no rollover. Expandi has no finder of its own and relies on third-party enrichment tools.
CRM and API
Waalaxy connects to HubSpot and Pipedrive, and opens its API and MCP server from Advanced. Expandi connects to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, provides webhooks and API credentials, and has an MCP server in beta.
Inbox
Expandi includes an inbox that gathers every account's conversations. Waalaxy sells its Inbox as an add-on, at €20 per account per month.
