Short answer: Waalaxy costs €39, €99 or €139 per LinkedIn account per month, billed monthly, and from €19 a month if you pay a year upfront. One licence covers one user and one LinkedIn account. Only the most expensive subscription, Business, sends cold emails.

Is there still a Waalaxy free plan for LinkedIn automation?
The free plan is gone from the pricing page. Until April 2026, the Waalaxy pricing page listed a free plan with 80 invitations a month. It has been removed, which is why older articles still promise a free LinkedIn automation plan that you will not find on waalaxy.com.
A free "Freemium" account still exists: according to its help center it has no automation and cannot run campaigns, while its blog still mentions a few actions a day.
What you can still get for free is a 14-day trial of the paid plans, according to the pricing page. Waalaxy's own sources disagree on how the trial works: its help center (updated in July 2026) describes a trial started with a credit card, which becomes a paid subscription at the end; its blog (updated in September 2026) describes a trial with no card that stops by itself. Check the signup screen before entering a card.
When a paid subscription ends, the account goes back to Freemium and keeps your data. For comparison, Emelia has no free plan either: its trial lasts 7 days, without a card.
Waalaxy promo codes, coupons and discount codes: what actually works
These are the only discounts Waalaxy documents itself, from the most to the least useful.
There is no public promo code
Waalaxy does not publish promo codes, coupons or discount codes. The "promo code" articles it used to have on its blog are no longer online, so a code found on a coupon site is not one Waalaxy vouches for.
Paying yearly: the biggest discount
On the euro price list, yearly billing takes 50% off (€19 instead of €39 for Pro) and quarterly billing 20%. On the dollar price list, the yearly discount is about 20% and there is no quarterly option. In both cases, the whole period is paid upfront.
Ambassador codes (affiliate and referral)
Waalaxy runs an ambassador programme that pays a 20 to 50% commission. On one of its two formulas, the ambassador's code doubles as a discount code: the person referred gets 20% off and a 2-week trial. This is the closest thing to a Waalaxy promo code, and it comes from a user, not from Waalaxy.
Team discounts, on request
Waalaxy grants 10% off from 5 licences, 15% off from 10 licences, 20% off from 20 licences, 25% off from 30 licences, 30% off from 40 licences. These discounts are not applied at checkout: you have to ask support for a code.

Waalaxy pricing 2026: monthly, quarterly or yearly?
The €19 you see in Waalaxy ads is a yearly price. Paid upfront, a year costs €228 on Pro, €588 on Advanced and €828 on Business, per LinkedIn account.
Whatever the period, the terms of use say that any period started is due in full, and the refund section of its help center only links to those terms. You can cancel yourself up to 24 hours before renewal. Moving to a cheaper plan, removing licences or switching to a shorter period only takes effect at renewal; upgrades are immediate and prorated. Payment is by card, or by SEPA direct debit for European residents.
The figures also depend on where you connect from: Waalaxy picks a price list by country. Outside the euro zone and the United States, some countries have their own list in local currency.

Waalaxy Inbox is a separate subscription: €20 per LinkedIn account per month billed monthly, €16 quarterly (euros) or €10 yearly. You can try it on 500 conversations first. In a team, it cannot be added for one account only.
Email finder credits: 1 credit pays for one professional email found, and nothing is charged when none is found. Each licence includes 25 credits a month (500 on Business); they reset every month, do not roll over and are shared across a team. Beyond that, you add a monthly credit subscription, from €60 for 500 credits, about €0.12 per email found.

A Waalaxy team is a set of licences: the plan price multiplied by the number of LinkedIn accounts, up to 150. Everyone is on the same plan, the same billing period and the same renewal date.
That rule weighs on mixed teams. If one salesperson needs cold email, every licence moves to Business: for 3 accounts, €417 a month instead of €117 on Pro. The team discounts listed above lower the bill from 5 licences, once support has sent the code. From 5 licences, Waalaxy also quotes an Enterprise plan.

How each tool charges
Waalaxy charges one licence per LinkedIn account: €39 (Pro, about 300 invitations a month), €99 (Advanced, up to 800) or €139 (Business, with email), billed monthly. As soon as you send emails, every account needs Business.
Emelia charges by plan, not per user: Start €37 (3 mailboxes, 1 LinkedIn), Grow €97 (50 mailboxes, 3 LinkedIn), Scale €297 (unlimited mailboxes, 10 LinkedIn), then €29 per extra LinkedIn account. Sending is unlimited.
Excluding VAT, credits, add-ons (Waalaxy Inbox) and the cost of the mailboxes themselves (Google, Outlook), which is the same with both tools. Waalaxy's team discounts, granted on request from 5 licences, are not applied. Extra LinkedIn accounts at Emelia are billed monthly, without the yearly discount.
Waalaxy pricing 2025 vs 2026: what changed
If an article quotes different Waalaxy prices, it was probably written before these changes.
- Dollar prices went down. In September 2025, Waalaxy charged $43, $88, $131 a month billed monthly ($21, $44, $66 yearly) for Pro, Advanced and Business. Today: $19, $39, $69 ($16, $32, $55 yearly).
- Euro prices held: €19, €49, €69 a month billed yearly, the same over the past twelve months.
- The free plan left the pricing page in April 2026.
- The Chrome extension is gone. Waalaxy has withdrawn it from the Chrome Web Store (announcement dated July 1, 2026): campaigns now run in the cloud.
