Saleshandy plans in 2026: three prices, three sending caps
Per month for the account, in US dollars, excluding tax. Yearly billing takes 17% off Starter, 23% off Pro and 21% off Scale, and deposits the year’s credits upfront. Quarterly billing exists too (10%, 15% and 13% off according to the help centre), but its prices are not on the pricing page.

Saleshandy and Emelia at the same number of mailboxes
Same need on both sides. Saleshandy’s plan follows the emails sent, 30 to 50 a day per mailbox over 22 working days, so a range appears when the pace changes the plan; Emelia’s follows the mailboxes alone, with LinkedIn accounts included.

Saleshandy credits come with the plan; Emelia adds the smallest monthly pack that covers the emails found (the credits given once at signup are not counted). With 4,000 emails found from 3 mailboxes, Starter plus a pack costs less than Pro. For visitors paying in euros, no winner is shown unless the difference exceeds what exchange rates could change.

Saleshandy cost calculator: mailboxes, sending pace and emails found
Set your mailboxes, the emails each sends a day and the emails you need found each month. The calculator picks the cheapest Saleshandy option (a plan, plus a credit pack when its included credits run short) and the Emelia plan that covers your mailboxes with its monthly pack. Saleshandy has no LinkedIn automation to price.
With this setup, Saleshandy is cheaper by $17 per month.
How each tool charges
Saleshandy bills by emails sent per month: Starter $41 for 6,000, Pro $99 for 100,000, Scale $189 for 200,000 ($299 for 300,000, $599 for 600,000), with 1,500, 4,000 or 8,000 credits a month, plus credit packs ($25 for 1,000, for example). Mailboxes do not change the price. US dollars only.
Emelia charges by plan, not per user: Start $37 (3 mailboxes, 1 LinkedIn), Grow $97 (50 mailboxes, 3 LinkedIn), Scale $297 (unlimited mailboxes, 10 LinkedIn), then $29 per extra LinkedIn account. Emails found are paid with monthly credit packs, from $19 for 1,000 credits; the credits given once at signup are not counted.
Excluding tax. Not simulated: active prospects (2,000 on Starter, 30,000 on Pro), users (1 / 10 / unlimited) and Starter’s missing CRM sync. One credit pack at most, counted every month (“Credits / mo” on the pricing page; a help article also calls them one-off). Mailboxes from Google or Microsoft cost the same with both tools.
A 10-day money-back window, a free trial and pauses of up to 6 months
Trial, no free plan. 7 days without a card, capped at 100 emails and up to 50 Lead Finder credits. There is no free prospecting plan; only the Inbox Radar placement tool has a free tier (2 tests a month).
Refunds, two versions. The help centre promises a full refund within 10 days of a first subscription (transaction fees excepted) and, on a renewal, within 5 days if the product was not used and the reason is valid. The terms of service (May 2026) only allow refunds within 10 days of the first purchase, prorated on what was used, and call Lead Finder, inbox placement tests and email verification “strictly non-refundable”. The help centre adds that verification credits, purchased mailboxes and domains are never refunded, and that an upgrade becomes a credit note, not a refund.
Cancelling and pausing. Cancellation in Settings, Billing & Subscription takes effect at the end of the paid period (PayPal, 2Checkout and Razorpay payments go through support); the account then falls back to a free plan without access to its data. A pause of 1 to 6 months keeps the data and restarts billing automatically. Saleshandy emails a reminder 2 days before an automatic renewal and announces price changes 30 days ahead.
Lead Finder pricing: credits included each month, packs on top, no rollover
Each plan includes 1,500, 4,000 or 8,000 credits a month (the whole year at once on yearly billing). They reset every cycle: nothing rolls over, whereas the Lead Finder plans sold before August 2026 kept 50%. Beyond that, packs go from 500 to 100,000 credits ($25 for 1,000, $1,600 for 100,000), at the same price on monthly and yearly billing, then on quote. Per verified email, Emelia’s packs cost less at every volume both publish.

Emelia’s monthly pack credits stay valid for 12 months. Saleshandy labels its packs “Credits / mo”, while one of its help articles calls them one-off purchases and another says unused credits expire monthly. Searching Saleshandy’s database costs nothing; Emelia finds the email and phone number of leads you bring or extract from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, so these rows compare the price of one verified email and one phone number.
What changed in August 2026, and for whom
Until mid-August 2026, Saleshandy sold sending and Lead Finder as two subscriptions; the last archived copy of the old pricing page dates from August 14, 2026. The “Platform Plan” merged them, and Saleshandy’s pricing file is dated August 18, 2026. Customers who subscribed before keep their old plans at the same price.
- Starter: $36 → $41 monthly, $25 → $34 billed yearly, same 6,000 emails, plus 1,500 credits a month.
- Pro: still $99 monthly, $69 → $76 yearly, and the cap falls from 150,000 to 100,000 emails; 4,000 credits a month added.
- Scale: $199 → $189 monthly but $139 → $149 yearly, 240,000 → 200,000 emails, 8,000 credits a month added.
- Lead Finder alone used to cost $59 (Lead Starter, 2,500 credits) or $99 (Lead Pro, 4,000 credits) a month on top of sending. It is no longer sold separately.
Paid extras: Dialer, purchased mailboxes and domains, Inbox Radar, verification and AI credits
None of these is needed to send cold email; each is billed on top of the plan, in US dollars.
Add-on prices
1,000 or 2,500 call credits and 1 or 3 numbers; extra US or Canada number $3.81 a quarter; no trial.
Depending on the commitment (yearly, yearly “Flexi” from 25 mailboxes, quarterly); domains $14 a year; non-refundable and not transferable.
120 to 600 tests; Pro and Scale include 1 and 2.
Up to $249 for 100,000; one-off, non-refundable. Emelia verifies an address for 0.25 credit.
Up to $200 for 100,000.
Dollars, euros and VAT at checkout
Saleshandy sets its prices in US dollars. Its pricing page can display them in EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, INR and BRL, converted at the day’s rate and rounded up, so a euro price moves with the exchange rate; which currency is actually charged to a European card is not published.
Since April 2026, payments go through Paddle, which acts as the seller: VAT or GST is added according to your country, and a valid VAT number removes it. Every price on this page is excluding tax. Emelia’s prices carry the same number whether you pay in euros or in dollars.
Saleshandy pricing questions: coupons, seats, credits, quarterly billing
No code. Saleshandy’s coupon page sends you to yearly billing and still says “up to 30%” off, a figure from the old price list; today the yearly discount is 17% to 23%. Saleshandy also gives 10,000 verification credits for a G2 review.
No: users come with the plan (1 on Starter, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Scale). A second person therefore means moving to Pro.
Not on monthly billing: unused credits are lost at each cycle. On yearly billing the whole year (18,000, 48,000 or 96,000 credits) is deposited at once, which gives more room. Emelia’s monthly packs keep their credits for 12 months.
Yes, according to the help centre: 10% off Starter, 15% off Pro, 13% off Scale. The pricing page itself only shows monthly and yearly prices.
