Mailshake integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack, Google Sheets and Trello
Mailshake’s integration directory mixes two kinds of connectors: a handful it builds itself, and many more that run through Zapier. The pricing page lists the CRM ones from Email Outreach only.
HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce: native, from Email Outreach
HubSpot and Pipedrive are listed as native two-way integrations: a change of lead status in Mailshake can sync the contact, or a deal, to the CRM. Salesforce has its own native connector too, which sends Mailshake’s campaign activity into Salesforce. The pricing page lists all three from Email Outreach ($49 per user a month) upwards, not on Starter, although the FAQ of the integrations directory says every tier has access to the native integrations.
Emelia connects one CRM on Start and Grow, and several at once on Scale.
Slack and the other native connectors
Slack has a native integration of its own, like Vidyard. Calendly connects with an API key to drop booking links into emails, and Right Inbox, a Gmail extension, only appears in the help centre. Mailboxes connect from Gmail, Google Workspace, Office 365, Outlook, Exchange and SMTP / IMAP.
Google Sheets, Trello and the rest: through Zapier
Google Sheets appears in the directory as a “3rd party integration via Zapier”, like Zoho, Copper, Freshsales, Twilio and Dialpad. Trello has no entry at all (checked in October 2026); for an app without a connector, the route Mailshake offers is its Zapier link, sold as “1,000+ integrations” from Email Outreach.
Mailshake reviews: G2, Capterra and Trustpilot scores
Figures read in October 2026. G2 and Capterra scores and counts come from their search listings, which vary from page to page; Trustpilot was read on its own site.
Where reviewers score it highest
- Capterra: ease of use 4.7/5, customer service 4.6/5, value for money 4.6/5
- Trustpilot: 88% of reviews give five stars
- G2: 90.5% of reviewers work in small businesses, the teams Mailshake is built for
Where the scores dip
- Capterra: features is the lowest sub-score, 4.5/5
- Trustpilot: 2% one-star reviews, on a page Mailshake has claimed since July 2023
- Mailshake’s own blog still quotes older counts (225 reviews on G2, 103 on Capterra)
What Mailshake does: cold email sequences, Lead Catcher and the dialer, plan by plan
Mailshake is a cold email tool for small sales teams and agencies. Every plan sends sequences with follow-ups from your own mailboxes and adds unlimited uploaded contacts, warm-up and list cleaning. Whoever replies becomes a lead in Lead Catcher, a queue where each conversation is answered in one click. What changes from one plan to the next is the number of mailboxes per user and the channels around the email.
Sequences, A/B tests and SHAKEspeare
Automated follow-ups, A/B testing and SHAKEspeare, its AI writing assistant. Starter stops at 1,500 sends a month and 1 mailbox per user.
StarterRotation, unified inbox and the CRMs
Unlimited sends, 2 mailboxes per user, rotation across up to 50 addresses in one campaign, a unified inbox, templates, the browser extension and the CRM sync.
Email OutreachPower dialer and tasks
Calls from the browser with a power dialer and scripts, free minutes to North American numbers, lead temperature, an account view and custom tasks in the sequence (calls, LinkedIn, anything else). The pricing page says 5 phone numbers; the help centre gives one per user.
Sales EngagementData Finder, sold on the side
A database of 100+ million prospects searched by job title, company, industry and location: $19 a month ($17 on yearly billing) for credits it calls unlimited, with no usage cap published. It can be bought without a sending plan; the help centre lists an email, a name, a job title and a LinkedIn profile per prospect, but no phone number.
Warm-up and ready-made mailboxes
Warm-up is unlimited on every plan. Ready to Use Mailboxes adds a domain and 5 mailboxes set up for you, warmed up automatically, for $12 a month.
Who runs Mailshake: Mailshake, LLC in Austin, and Warm Up Your Email
Mailshake is published by Mailshake, LLC, which runs its service from Austin, Texas, according to its terms. Its About page names two founders, Sujan Patel and Bob Senoff, and describes a remote team spread across Colombia, Ireland, Turkey and United States; it had no job openings on October 20, 2026. The company does not give its founding year on its own site: Sujan Patel’s personal site dates the start to 2015, under the name ContentMarketer.io.
How big is the customer base? The home page says sales teams at 100,000+ companies, the pricing page 100,000+ sales teams, and the description of its Chrome extension “over 49,000 happy customers”. Revenue, headcount and funding are not published.
Warm Up Your Email belongs to the same company: a warm-up service sold under its own brand at warmupyour.email, from $29 a month for 1 mailbox, and free for Mailshake subscribers. A blog post dated March 2026 announces its acquisition, yet the help centre was already offering it to customers in 2022.
The Mailshake API: REST endpoints, quota units and push webhooks
The API lives at api.mailshake.com/2017-04-01 and is documented on api-docs.mailshake.com: campaigns, recipients, leads, activity and sending. Events can be pushed to your own URL, which plays the role of webhooks, and there is an official Node.js library, mailshake-node.
Usage is metered in “quota units” per hour, plus a monthly number of recipients added, both set by the plan and multiplied by the number of users. Mailshake does not publish the values, nor which plans include the API. Emelia’s API is open on every plan, at 100, 300 or 1,000 requests a minute depending on the plan.
Mailshake and LinkedIn: manual tasks since mid-2026
On Sales Engagement, a sequence can include LinkedIn tasks. They land in your list of open tasks: you copy the prepared text in one click and paste it into LinkedIn yourself. Nothing is sent for you.
It used to be different. Until the archived copy of May 14, 2026, the pricing page listed “LinkedIn automation” on Sales Engagement, run through Mailshake’s Chrome extension; by June 11, 2026 the line was gone, and it has not come back. Mailshake’s home page still talks about “Social Automation” and a hidden older pricing grid still lists the feature, while the extension’s Chrome Web Store page could not be opened on October 20, 2026.
Emelia automates LinkedIn on every plan (1, 3 or 10 accounts on Start, Grow and Scale), with invitations and messages in the same sequence as the emails, running on its servers. Its Chrome extension connects the LinkedIn account, and on a profile it finds the person’s email and phone number, in credits charged only when they are found, before adding them to a campaign (setup guide).
3 and 50 mailboxes: Mailshake users against Emelia plans
Same need on both sides: cold email from a given number of mailboxes, billed monthly. Mailshake gets its cheapest plan, in whole users, that connects them; Emelia, the plan that includes them, with LinkedIn accounts on top.

Mailshake’s Sales Engagement counted at 5 mailboxes per user, as its help centre says. Its pricing page says 10 per account, which would make 3 mailboxes $98 and 50 mailboxes $495. Starter’s 1,500 monthly sends are counted for the whole team, at 30 to 50 emails per mailbox a day over 22 working days: if they applied to each user, 3 mailboxes would cost $87 on Starter. Above that, the Agency Plan (unlimited addresses) is on quote.
Billed per user: what a Mailshake seat buys
Mailshake bills the team for the number of users it buys, and each user unlocks mailboxes: 1 on Starter ($29 a month), 2 on Email Outreach ($49), and 10 on Sales Engagement ($99) according to the pricing page, 5 according to the help centre. Its FAQ is explicit: a team can buy more users than it has people, only to connect more mailboxes.
Yearly billing brings the three plans to $25, $45 and $85 per user a month. The full breakdown, the Data Finder and mailbox add-ons and a calculator are on the Mailshake pricing page.

Mailshake FAQ
The “Login” link on mailshake.com opens the app at app.mailshake.com. New accounts start from mailshake.com/signup: name, email, password, then payment.
No. Its pricing FAQ says payment is collected up front, and its help centre says no refund is issued on cancellation. The only free part is 50 Data Finder credits, once. Emelia offers 7 days without a card plus 20 credits on signup with a work email. Plan by plan figures: Mailshake pricing.
Yes, it is run by the same company. Mailshake subscribers get its warm-up included and unlimited; on its own site it is sold separately, by number of mailboxes (Sole Sender $29 a month for 1 mailbox, Pro Sender $49 a month for 3 mailboxes, Agency Sender $99 a month for 8 mailboxes).
Both send cold email from your mailboxes with warm-up included. Saleshandy charges by emails sent per month with unlimited mailboxes and a lead database in every plan; Mailshake charges per user, with its database as a paid add-on. Both are compared with Emelia, Instantly and others on the Mailshake alternatives page.
Its help centre lists the fields Data Finder returns (email, name, job title, company, LinkedIn profile, industry) without a phone number. Sales Engagement includes a dialer to call numbers you already have. A page about Juliet, its AI sales assistant still on a waiting list, does mention phone numbers. Emelia finds phone numbers in credits, searching several providers in turn, and gives the credits back when nothing is found.
