Email and LinkedIn in the same sequence: Emelia
- 1
Best for: Cold email plus automated LinkedIn, priced by mailboxes and accountsWhere Mailshake needs a new user for every 2 mailboxes on Email Outreach, Emelia’s plans come with a set of mailboxes, 3 on Start, 50 on Grow and unlimited on Scale, and 1, 3 or 10 LinkedIn accounts whose invitations and messages run inside the email sequence. Warm-up is included, as it is at Mailshake. Emails and phone numbers are found in credits, charged only on a result, and the credits last a year; Mailshake’s Data Finder returns no phone number according to its help centre, but it is a searchable database, which Emelia does not have. You can start with a 7-day trial, no card, and 20 credits for an account opened with a work email, where Mailshake collects payment up front.

Best for: Sending from dozens of mailboxes on one planInstantly’s Growth plan costs $47 a month for 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts, with unlimited mailboxes and warm-up: adding addresses never changes the price, only the volume does, where at Mailshake every few mailboxes mean another user. Its SuperSearch database (450M+ contacts on the pricing page) is billed in separate credit plans. Like Mailshake today, it has no LinkedIn automation of its own, only bridges to other tools. Saleshandy is also the pairing people look up most against Mailshake, and it publishes a Mailshake comparison page of its own.
