lemlist and lemwarm: one company, two ways to get the warm-up
lemwarm and lemlist share an owner, lempire SAS in Paris, and an account system: a lemwarm sign-up opens a lemlist account, and inside lemlist the warm-up has its own tab in the Deliverability Hub. You pay for it either through a lemlist plan or address by address.
Inside lemlist: Essential comes with the subscription
Every paid lemlist plan includes lemwarm Essential. On Email ($69 a month for the whole team), it warms the addresses you connect, with no cap on their number; on Multichannel ($109 per user), up to 5 addresses per user. The 14-day lemlist trial is the exception: lemlist’s help centre says email warming requires a paid plan.
Smart can be added from lemlist, seat by seat, but lemlist no longer publishes the price of that upgrade. Our lemlist page covers the rest of that tool.
On its own: one subscription per email address
Without lemlist, lemwarm warms a mailbox that sends from any other tool. Each address is then its own subscription: $29 a month on Essential, $49 on Smart, a little less paid by the quarter or the year, and a custom quote above 10 users. The lemwarm pricing page works the bill out for any number of mailboxes.
How lemwarm warms up a mailbox, and its deliverability checks
Warming up means sending and receiving a small, slowly growing number of emails from a new or quiet mailbox, so that its reputation is built before the first campaign. lemwarm does it with a Google, Microsoft or SMTP and IMAP mailbox and, it says, without ever reading your real emails or contacts.
The network and the ramp-up
Your mailbox exchanges emails with the other mailboxes of lemwarm’s network, which it describes as 20,000+ healthy domains in 100+ countries, with real inboxes and real replies.
Its beginner’s guide, in its current version, sets a target of 30 to 40 warm-up emails a day for a new mailbox, reached at +1 a day, which takes about 40 days, then 14 days at that level before any campaign. Its home page gives a shorter estimate: about 4 weeks of warm-up, then 2 more before real campaigns.
The Warmup Score and the technical check
Each mailbox gets a score out of 100 built on four factors: DNS setup (40 points), the warm-up spam rate (30), blacklists (20) and domain age (10). Green starts at 90, and lemwarm advises sending no campaign below it; its help centre also says the score measures the warm-up itself and does not predict where your campaigns will land.
As for a deliverability test, lemwarm on its own offers its technical setup check: MX records, SPF syntax, DMARC and a test email with its SpamAssassin result, while blacklists are checked regularly. When something breaks, lemwarm pauses the mailbox and explains what to fix. Real inbox placement tests live elsewhere, in lemlist’s Deliverability Hub, at 100 lemlist credits a test.
What Smart adds to Essential
Smart starts from a questionnaire about your audience and goals. It writes warm-up emails tailored to them, places your mailbox in a group of senders from the same field, and can warm up to 5 of your real campaign templates for 3 to 7 days each, with a spam rate per template. The help centre warns that other users in the same group can see those templates, so they should not hold anything confidential.
lemwarm reviews: what G2, Capterra and Trustpilot have to say
Very little, on October 18, 2026. G2 has a lemwarm page with no reviews yet, no Capterra listing turns up, and Trustpilot holds a single review on a page lemwarm has not claimed: far too few to judge anything. The testimonials on lemwarm’s pricing page and the review on its blog are written or chosen by lemwarm itself.
The ratings you may see next to lemwarm are usually lemlist’s, which cover the whole lemlist platform; its reviewers do list the included warm-up among its strengths (lemlist reviews). For lemwarm on its own, the facts to weigh are the price per address, what each plan includes, and the absence of a trial.
lemwarm or Emelia: warm-up bought separately, or included with your campaigns
lemwarm prepares a mailbox; another tool sends the campaigns. Emelia does both and counts by plan rather than by address: Start connects up to 3 mailboxes and warms each of them at no extra cost. The rows start from Emelia’s plans. lemwarm is in US dollars, Emelia in your currency; in euros, a row only names the cheaper side when the gap holds at any exchange rate.

Asked about lemwarm: login, price, lemlist and campaigns
In practice, yes: signing up on lemwarm.com opens a lemlist account on its free plan, from which lemlist campaigns cannot be sent until you subscribe, and lemlist customers find the warm-up in lemlist’s Deliverability Hub. On its own, lemwarm is reached at app.lemwarm.com.
$29 per email address a month on Essential and $49 on Smart, billed monthly, or $24 and $40 a month on yearly billing. Essential is included in paid lemlist plans. All the cases: lemwarm pricing.
Essential is, in every paid lemlist plan, but not during the lemlist trial. Smart is an upgrade bought per seat, at a price lemlist does not publish.
No. lemwarm only warms the mailbox; the campaigns go out from lemlist or another sending tool.
Sending tools that include warm-up, such as Emelia, lemlist or Instantly, and other warm-up tools such as MailReach, Warmup Inbox or Warmy. The comparison: lemwarm alternatives.
Yes, in every plan and for each mailbox the plan connects: up to 3 on Start, 50 on Grow and unlimited on Scale. Emelia has no free plan; you can try it for 7 days without a card.
