Warm-up that comes with the sending tool: Emelia, lemlist and Instantly
When the mailbox you would warm with lemwarm sends its campaigns from another tool anyway, these three do both jobs under a single subscription.
- 1
Emelia
Best for: Warm-up, cold email and LinkedIn in one planEach plan connects a set number of mailboxes and warms every one of them: up to 3 on Start with 1 LinkedIn account, up to 50 on Grow ($97 a month, 3 accounts), unlimited on Scale. Campaigns go out from the same mailboxes and the email finder is in the plan. There is no free tier: Emelia asks for a paid plan and sets sending limits, which keeps its warm-up network clean.
From $37/month - 2
lemlist
Best for: Keeping lemwarm, with lemlist doing the sendinglemwarm Essential is part of every paid lemlist plan, so moving your campaigns to lemlist removes the separate warm-up bill. Email costs $69 a month for the whole team, with as many addresses as you connect and up to 50,000 emails a month; Multichannel adds LinkedIn at $109 per user a month. Inbox placement tests sit in its Deliverability Hub, paid in credits.

Instantly
Best for: Cold email billed by volume, warm-up includedInstantly bills emails and contacts rather than mailboxes: Growth costs $47 a month for 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts, with as many mailboxes as you connect and their warm-up included, after a 14-day trial without a card. It does not automate LinkedIn.

Other warm-up tools whose bill grows with your mailboxes: MailReach, Warmup Inbox, Mailwarm and Warmbox
Like lemwarm, they mostly warm mailboxes that send from another tool (Warmup Inbox can also send sequences), and the price rises with the number of mailboxes, per address or by pack.
- 1
MailReach
Best for: A per-mailbox price that drops with volume, spam tests included$25 per mailbox a month from 1 to 5 mailboxes, then $19.50, $18 and $16 as you add more, on a quote above 100; $20 to $12.80 on yearly billing. Each mailbox gets up to 100 warm-up emails a day, and the plan includes at least 20 spam-test credits, one inbox placement test each. No trial shows on its pricing page.

Warm-up with inbox placement tests: Warmy and Folderly
For when you want to know where your emails land, and why, more than to warm a mailbox. lemwarm on its own has no placement test.
- 1
Warmy
Best for: Warm-up priced by volume, with placement testsWarmy charges for the volume of warm-up emails you need rather than per mailbox, from $49 a month, and adds a deliverability tester with seed mailboxes, email verification and DMARC monitoring. It sends no campaigns; the 7-day trial needs no card.
From $49/month - 2
Folderly
Best for: A full deliverability service, on a yearly contractMore a deliverability suite than a warm-up tool, with inbox placement tests (Inbox Insights) and monitoring. It is sold per mailbox and billed yearly only, at $96 a month per mailbox up to 9, $72 from 10 and $56 from 25, with a minimum commitment, after a demo rather than a trial.

lemwarm vs Warmup Inbox, Instantly and Warmy
Three pairings that come up in searches: another tool priced per mailbox, a sending tool, and a deliverability suite.
lemwarm vs Warmup Inbox
Both price warm-up per mailbox: $29 a month on lemwarm Essential against $19 on Warmup Inbox Basic, or $24 against $15 on yearly billing. Warmup Inbox states its daily volume (75 warm-up emails on Basic) and can be tried for 7 days without a card; lemwarm publishes no daily cap per plan and has no trial, but it comes free of extra charge with a paid lemlist plan.
lemwarm vs Instantly
Not the same kind of tool: lemwarm only warms, Instantly sends your cold email and warms every mailbox it connects. From 2 mailboxes, Instantly’s Growth plan ($47 a month) costs less than lemwarm alone, and it also sends, within 5,000 emails a month. lemwarm keeps the edge if you are happy with the tool that sends today and only need its mailbox warmed.
lemwarm vs Warmy
lemwarm bills each address; Warmy bills a volume of warm-up emails, from $49 a month, with placement tests that lemwarm on its own does not have. For one mailbox, lemwarm costs less than Warmy’s entry plan; Warmy makes more sense when the tests matter, or when one volume covers several mailboxes.
Choosing an alternative: five questions to settle first
Our email warm-up tools comparison sets these tools and a few others side by side, on price per mailbox.
- Do these mailboxes also send your campaigns? Then a sending tool that includes warm-up spares you a second subscription.
- How many mailboxes? A price per address only pays off for a single mailbox: from 2, Emelia’s plan costs less than lemwarm Essential (every case on the pricing page).
- Do you need placement tests? MailReach, Warmy and Folderly include them; lemwarm leaves them to lemlist.
- Who else is in the warm-up network? A network is only as good as the senders in it: look at who can join and what limits apply.
- Can you try it first? Without a card: Warmup Inbox 7 days, Warmy 7, TrulyInbox 7, Instantly 14 and Emelia 7. lemwarm, MailReach, Mailwarm and Warmbox show no trial, and Folderly starts with a demo.
lemwarm alternatives: questions
TrulyInbox, with a free plan for 1 account. Emelia, for its part, has no free plan: you test it for 7 days, no card asked.
Rather its natural home: every paid lemlist plan includes lemwarm Essential. If you would send from lemlist anyway, the separate lemwarm subscription goes away.
MailReach (spam-test credits in its plan), Warmy (deliverability tester) and Folderly (Inbox Insights); lemlist runs placement tests in its Deliverability Hub, paid in credits, and Instantly sells them as a separate subscription.
Emelia is our product, so take its place here with that in mind. It is listed for one need: warming mailboxes and sending the campaigns from the same plan, LinkedIn included.
