Essential, Smart and Custom: lemwarm’s plans, priced per address
Without lemlist, one lemwarm subscription warms one email address: warming 10 mailboxes means ten subscriptions. Paying for a quarter or a year upfront lowers the price of each address; the warm-up itself is the same whatever the billing.

The billing switch reads “Save 10%” and “Save 20%”; worked out on the prices, the quarter takes 10% off Essential and 12% off Smart, the year 17% and 18%. Prices in US dollars, before tax: lemwarm’s page shows the same figures with a euro sign to visitors from France, while its terms state prices in dollars.
The same mailboxes on Emelia’s plans, with lemwarm’s price beside them
Emelia does not sell warm-up by the address: each plan connects a number of mailboxes and warms all of them. So the rows follow Emelia’s plans, and the lemwarm column is Essential for exactly the same mailboxes. lemwarm is shown in US dollars; Emelia in your currency, with the same figure in euros and dollars. In euros, a row only names the cheaper tool when the gap holds at any exchange rate.

lemwarm costs less for a single mailbox. From 2 mailboxes, Emelia’s plan costs less, monthly or yearly. Each extra address adds $29 to lemwarm’s bill, while Emelia’s stays at the price of its plan until the next one. Beyond 10 users, lemwarm points to its Custom plan on a quote: the larger rows multiply its public price, they are not a quote.
Price your own mailboxes
Set how many addresses you want to warm up, the lemwarm plan and the billing. Emelia’s side is the cheapest plan that connects that many mailboxes, campaigns and LinkedIn included.
You save $50 per month with Emelia.
How each tool charges
lemwarm charges each warmed address: $29 a month on Essential and $49 on Smart, or $24 and $40 a month when paid yearly. It does not send your campaigns.
Emelia does not sell warm-up on its own: every plan warms each mailbox it connects, at no extra cost. Start $37 (up to 3 mailboxes, 1 LinkedIn account), Grow $97 (up to 50 mailboxes, 3 LinkedIn accounts), Scale $297 (unlimited mailboxes, fair use up to 1,000, 10 LinkedIn accounts).
Monthly against monthly, yearly against yearly, before tax: lemwarm in US dollars, Emelia in your currency. The mailboxes themselves (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or another provider) cost the same with both tools and are left out. Above 10 users, lemwarm’s real price is a Custom quote.
lemwarm inside lemlist: when you already send from lemlist
If lemlist sends your campaigns, there is no lemwarm bill: Essential comes with every paid plan, Email at $69 a month for the whole team (as many connected addresses as you like, up to 50,000 emails a month) or Multichannel at $109 per user a month (up to 5 addresses each). According to lemlist’s help centre, only its trial leaves warm-up out.
The comparison then becomes lemlist against Emelia, two tools that warm up and send. For email alone, from 4 mailboxes up, Email costs less than Emelia; Emelia costs less up to 3 mailboxes, and as soon as LinkedIn joins the sequence, since lemlist then charges per user. The detail is on our lemlist pricing page.
Paying for lemwarm: upfront, without a trial, without refunds
The quarterly and yearly prices are monthly equivalents paid in advance: $78 a quarter or $288 a year per address on Essential, $129 or $480 on Smart, by card or direct debit. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period, and lemwarm asks you to keep it running once your campaigns start: its home page calls warm-up ongoing maintenance, not a one-time fix, so the price per address is a standing cost.
There is no free trial and no free plan for lemwarm on its own; its own comparison tables leave “Free trial” unticked for lemwarm. You can cancel at any time from the plan and billing settings, but the period already started is not refunded, not even in part.
On Emelia’s side, the 7-day trial needs no card, and the yearly plans cost $370 for Start ($30.83 a month) and $970 for Grow; there is no quarterly billing.
lemwarm pricing: questions people ask
No trial is offered for lemwarm on its own, and lemlist’s help centre says its trial does not include warm-up: without a paid lemlist plan, using lemwarm means subscribing from the first month.
It is included rather than free: Essential comes with every paid lemlist subscription, from $69 a month on Email, so you pay for lemlist and nothing on top. Smart is an extra, bought per seat.
One inbox costs $29 a month on Essential or $49 on Smart, with no volume discount on the public plans: 10 mailboxes on Essential come to $290 a month.
No. The monthly prices have been $29 and $49 since at least May 2024, and yearly billing appeared by July 2024 at the latest, according to the archived versions of its pricing page read on October 18, 2026.
Its price is not public: Custom is for teams of more than 10 users, on a quote with volume pricing and priority support.
Its pricing page keeps the same figures and only swaps the currency sign by country, while its terms state prices in US dollars. The site does not say which currency a customer is actually billed in.
