Findymail Pricing 2026: plans, credits and cost per valid email

Niels

Findymail sells a promise in one sentence: you only pay for the emails it finds, and it guarantees a bounce rate under 5%. If your rate goes above that threshold, the vendor refunds your credits.

That is rare. In a market where accuracy is announced as a percentage and never comes with a remedy, Findymail puts a contractual counterpart behind its figure. What remains is to know what that guarantee costs, and from what volume it becomes worth having.

The grid has six tiers, from $49 to $849 a month, and a seventh on quote. The cost of an address runs from 4.9 cents on the smallest to 0.85 cent on the largest, a ratio of one to six depending on the volume you commit to.

We logged the six tiers one by one, monthly then annually, along with the whole pricing FAQ, on 8 September 2026.

What Findymail actually is

Logo Findymail

Before talking money, you need to know what the tool does, because its scope is narrower than that of the platforms it gets compared to.

An email finder that verifies at the moment of the search. That is its technical stance and it shapes everything else. Findymail does not serve a base built in advance: it looks for the address and verifies it in real time, at the moment you ask for it. The vendor puts it that way in its documentation, it does not draw on stale databases but verifies at the instant you need it.

What it covers. Email search from a name and a company, verification of addresses coming from other sources, mobile number search, a prospect discovery engine called Intellimatch, CRM enrichment and hygiene, intent signals, a Chrome extension, a Google Sheets integration and an API.

How you use it. You bring your lists or you build them with Intellimatch, Findymail finds and verifies, then you push the result into your sending tool or your CRM. The vendor explicitly names Instantly, Smartlead and Lemlist as destinations, which says plainly where it sits in the chain.

Who it is for. Lead generation agencies and sales teams that already send, and for whom the bounce rate is a costly problem. The central argument is not the price of the address but the price of the usable address.

What it is not. Findymail sends no email and warms no mailbox. Neither is it a database you query by firmographic filters in the sense of a classic directory. It is an enrichment block, to be wired between your list source and your sending tool.

Findymail works with a volume slider that changes the plan name and its price. Here are the six numbered positions, plus the seventh on quote.

Each tier comes with an identical volume of Verifier credits, presented as a bonus. The Starter plan at $99 therefore gives 5,000 Finder credits and 5,000 Verifier credits.

The annual commitment is presented as "two months free", so a discount of about 17%, and credits are then granted for the year: 60,000 annual credits on the Starter plan rather than 5,000 a month. A free account gives 10 credits to test, with no bank card.

The Findymail credit: two counters, one rule

The vendor distinguishes two kinds of credit, and the nuance is worth understanding because it changes the perceived value of the plan.

What it costs

Finder

Finder

Verifier

Free, in a volume equal to Finder

The central rule is published without ambiguity: you only pay for verified results, and nothing is charged if the address is not found. Duplicates are not billed either.

The Finder credit therefore covers two operations that most competitors bill separately, the search and the verification. It is the vendor's main pricing argument, and it publishes its own comparative calculation: at 5,000 credits bought, it puts the cost of a usable email at 2.08 cents on its side against 2.33 to 3.97 cents elsewhere, once bounces and the reverification tool the others would impose are taken into account. That reasoning comes from Findymail and serves its interest, but its mechanism is checkable and it rests on an explicit assumption of 15 to 25% bounce among competitors.

The first tier is almost two and a half times more expensive per unit than the second, for an advertised price half as high. It is the usual pattern: the Basic plan is there to start, not to last.

The balance point sits at the Starter plan, at $99. That is where the address goes under two cents, and the following tiers bring only marginal gains until very high volume. Between Starter and Business you pay $150 more a month to gain three tenths of a cent per address: that is only worth it if you genuinely consume the 15,000 credits.

Remember that these figures take no discount for failures, since unsuccessful searches are not billed. The advertised cost is therefore the cost of the address obtained, which is not the case everywhere.

The phone number at 10 credits

Findymail also looks for mobile numbers, and the rate is legible: a number costs 10 credits, ten times the price of an email address.

On the high tiers the number goes under ten cents, which is a very good price in this market. On the entry tier it approaches fifty cents, which is expensive.

The consequence is direct: if your prospecting goes through the phone, the Basic plan makes no sense. A hundred credits spent on ten numbers, and the month is over. Serious phone prospecting starts at the Starter plan, and becomes economical from Business onwards.

The 5% bounce guarantee, and its remedy

This is the most concrete commitment in the grid, and it deserves quoting precisely: Findymail guarantees a bounce rate under 5%, and if your rate goes above that threshold, the vendor refunds your credits.

The difference with the usual promises of the sector lies in that second part. A supplier announcing 95 or 98% accuracy describes a quality at the moment of delivery, with no consequence if the result disappoints. Here there is a threshold, a measurement and a repair.

The vendor adds that most of its customers observe 0 to 2% in practice by sending directly, without reverification, and it explicitly advises against running its data through a third-party verification tool. Its explanation is worth knowing because it is technical: an external verifier would mark 15 to 20% of its addresses as invalid or risky, because Findymail validates catch-all domains that others set aside out of caution.

That is a fair argument, and it is also a convenient one, since it discourages independent checking of its own quality. The real control therefore remains your actual bounce rate, measured on your campaigns. That is precisely what the guarantee takes as its reference.

On the compliance side, the vendor advertises hosting in the European Union, a SOC 2 Type 2 certification and GDPR compliance.

Credit rollover, capped at twice your plan

Unused credits roll over from one month to the next, which protects the quiet months. But the rollover is not unlimited: it is capped at twice your monthly allowance.

The vendor gives its own example: on a 5,000-credit plan you can accumulate up to 10,000 credits in total. Beyond that, extra credits no longer add up.

It is an honest compromise between full rollover and a hard reset. It does have a practical consequence: if you consume less than half your plan two months running, you start losing. An oversized plan is therefore paid for twice, in subscription and in evaporated credits. Better to take a tier below your estimated need and count on the rollover, rather than the other way round.

What is included in every tier

The feature list is identical from the $49 plan to the $849 one, which greatly simplifies the decision: you are only choosing a volume.

Included in every tier

Verified B2B emails only

Guaranteed bounce rate under 5%

Proprietary catch-all domain verification

Mobile number search

Intellimatch, the prospect discovery engine

No billing for duplicates

Credit rollover up to twice the plan

More than 10 native integrations

Chrome extension

Bulk email search

Google Sheets integration

API access

Team accounts

Reverse email lookup

CRM integration

Two points stand out. Team accounts are included from the first tier, so there is no per-user rate: the budget depends on volume, not on the number of people. And API access is available everywhere, where many vendors reserve it for the upper tiers.

What Findymail does not do

No sending. No sequences, no campaigns, no open tracking. Findymail produces data and pushes it into your sending tool.

No mailbox warmup. The deliverability of your sending domains is not its concern, which is logical given its scope but leaves a whole block to fund.

No LinkedIn automation. The Chrome extension reveals contact details, it automates neither invitations nor messages.

No queryable database in the classic sense. Intellimatch discovers prospects, but the product remains built around search on demand rather than the consultation of a fixed directory.

On a complete prospecting chain, Findymail therefore represents one line out of three: the data, the sending tool, and the warmup.

Findymail against five more complete alternatives

What the five tools below have in common is that they cover at least one link more than email search alone.

Prices taken from each vendor's official pages, in their billing currency. Hunter bills in euros, the four others in dollars. These amounts do not convert: the one you will be charged is the one in the vendor's own currency.

One reading note, because the middle column compares things that only look alike. At Findymail, Emelia and Hunter, one credit equals an email found and verified, the calculation is direct. At Apollo, the credit is consumed differently depending on the data revealed, a number costing more than an address, so the figure is an order of magnitude. And at Lemlist, data is not part of the subscription: it is paid for in separate credits.

On the cost of the address alone, Findymail is the most expensive at entry and among the cheapest at volume. Its $0.049 on the Basic plan is two to three times the rate of the others, but the 100,000 tier drops to $0.0071 annually, a level only Emelia beats in this list. The entry plan is therefore there to test, not to work.

What Findymail buys on top, and what appears in no column, is a commitment. The vendor guarantees under 5% bounce and refunds credits if the threshold is passed. None of the other five makes that commitment in writing. That is the real trade-off: paying more per address at entry against a quality that is contractually enforceable.

Emelia

Logo Emelia

Emelia finds the address and verifies it with the same credits, with no separate counter: the search costs 1 credit per email found, the verification 0.25 credit, and a number 50 credits. Nothing is charged if the address cannot be found. The address therefore costs $0.019 on the first tier and drops to $0.0045 on the 100,000-credit one.

The list is built by Sales Navigator scraping, unlimited and consuming no credit. The subscription also covers cold email and mailbox warmup without limit.

Two mechanisms matter as much as the unit price: subscription credits roll over, and the pay-as-you-go form never expires. Annual billing gives two months free.

Two limits: no queryable contact base of its own, the list coming from Sales Navigator, which assumes a LinkedIn subscription. And the number, at 50 credits, is markedly more expensive than the email.

Apollo

logo apollo

Apollo is the only tool in this list to bring together a queryable commercial database with firmographic filters, enrichment, sending sequences and a dialer. The credit volume is very generous relative to the price, but it bills per seat, which is the tipping point of the budget.

Two reservations: consumption varies with the data revealed, which makes the unit cost less legible than a fixed rate, and the Organization plan imposes a three-seat minimum. The free plan, at 900 credits per seat per year with two sequences, is enough to measure the coverage of the base on a precise segment before committing.

GetProspect

Logo de l'outil de prospection B2B GetProspect

GetProspect is backed by a base of 780 million contacts and applies a constant rule across its whole grid: the verification quota is worth twice the quota of found emails. The model is pay on success, with unfound addresses and duplicates not billed.

The vendor also sells verification credits on their own, outside any subscription, with no entry fee and no expiry, at $29 per 10,000 and $119 per 100,000, up to $369 for a million. It is the lowest verification grid in this list. Team accounts are included everywhere, catch-all domain verification is done in house, and the annual discount reaches 30%.

Hunter

Hunter finds and verifies with a single counter, but at two rates: a found email costs 1 credit, a verification only half a credit. The allowance therefore stretches twice as far if you verify lists coming from elsewhere. On the Starter plan at €34 annually, with 2,000 monthly credits, the address costs €0.017.

Credits are advertised per year on the vendor's page, so divide by twelve to think in monthly volume. Team members are unlimited on every plan, so there is no per-user cost. Added to that: real campaign sending with 3 to 20 connectable mailboxes and a Discover module to explore a company base by filters. The annual discount reaches 30%. Two gaps: no phone numbers, and no deliverability diagnostics.

Lemlist

Lemlist is first a sending platform, with a contact base advertised at more than 650 million profiles and a deliverability arm. Address search is not part of the subscription: data is paid for in separate credits, a verified email costing 5 credits, or $0.05, and a number 20 credits, or $0.20.

Which Findymail tier to choose

You want to test. The free account gives 10 credits with no bank card. That is little, but enough to judge the quality on a dozen contacts you already know.

You prospect alone, under 1,000 addresses a month. The Basic plan at $49, keeping in mind that the address costs five cents there, two and a half times the rate of the next tier.

You have a steady flow. The Starter plan at $99, or $83 annually, is the balance point: the address goes under two cents and the rollover covers you up to 10,000 accumulated credits.

You call your prospects. Count ten credits per number and work from there. Below the Starter plan, phone search is not viable.

You handle tens of thousands of addresses. The Scale tiers bring the address under a cent and the number under ten cents, which becomes very competitive.

Beware of oversizing. With rollover capped at twice your allowance, too big a plan makes you lose credits. Take a tier below your estimate instead.

Conclusion

Findymail does one thing and does it well: find a professional address and verify it in the same gesture, without billing failures or duplicates. Its grid is legible, its six tiers are displayed up to the highest one, and its credit rollover up to twice the monthly allowance is a reasonable compromise.

What really sets it apart is not its price, which sits in the market average around two cents per address, but its guarantee. Under 5% bounce, and a refund of credits if the threshold is passed: it is the only vendor in this series of articles to pair its quality promise with a contractual repair. For a team whose sending domains have already suffered from a bad file, that commitment is worth more than a few tenths of a cent.

That leaves the question of scope. Findymail does neither the sending, nor the warmup, nor LinkedIn automation. On a complete chain it represents one line out of three, and the $99 subscription rarely becomes the main item once the sending tool and the mailboxes are added.

The trade-off therefore comes down to this. If your problem is data quality and the rest of your stack suits you, Findymail is a very good buy, and its guarantee is a serious argument. If you are starting from scratch, add the three lines together before comparing with a platform that finds and sends in the same place.

Findymail Pricing 2026 FAQ

How much does Findymail cost in 2026?+

Six numbered tiers, from $49 a month for 1,000 credits to $849 for 100,000 credits, plus an offer on quote beyond that. The annual commitment gives two months free, which brings the Starter plan for example from $99 to $83 a month.

What is a Findymail credit?+

A Finder credit lets you find an email and verify it in a single operation. A mobile number costs 10 credits. Each plan additionally includes an equal volume of Verifier credits, free, meant to verify contacts coming from other sources.

Am I billed if the email is not found?+

No. The vendor states that you only pay for verified results and that no credit is charged if the address cannot be found. Duplicates are not billed either.

How much does an email cost at Findymail?+

From $0.049 on the Basic plan to $0.0085 on the Scale 100K plan monthly, and down to $0.0071 with the annual commitment. The balance point sits at the Starter plan, where the address goes under two cents.

How much does a phone number cost?+

Ten credits, ten times the price of an email. That is about $0.49 on the Basic plan, $0.20 on Starter and under $0.09 on the Scale 100K plan.

Do Findymail credits roll over?+

Yes, from one month to the next, but within the limit of twice your monthly allowance. On a 5,000-credit plan you can therefore accumulate up to 10,000 credits in total.

What is the bounce rate guarantee worth?+

Findymail guarantees a rate under 5% and refunds your credits if your actual rate goes above that threshold. The vendor states that most of its customers observe between 0 and 2% by sending directly, without reverification.

Should Findymail data be reverified?+

The vendor advises against it and explains that a third-party tool would mark 15 to 20% of its addresses as invalid or risky, because it validates catch-all domains that others set aside. The reference measurement remains your actual bounce rate, which is also the basis of the guarantee.

Does Findymail let you send emails?+

No. It is a search and verification tool, which then pushes data into your sending tool or your CRM. It does not warm addresses either.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes, a free account gives 10 credits to test, with no bank card.
