Snov.io Pricing 2026: Credits, Plans and Real Cost per Contact

Niels
Niels Co-founder
Published on Aug 14, 2026Updated on Aug 21, 2026

Snov.io advertises $39 per month. That plan gives you 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients. Two numbers, two counters, and that is exactly where the pricing gets hard to read.

That is because at Snov.io the price is set by the credit, not by the plan. Depending on the plan, a credit costs between $0.039 and $0.0074, a five-to-one gap for the exact same operation.

Every amount in this article was checked in August 2026 on the official pricing page and cross-referenced with the vendor's help center. The month-to-month price and the equivalent annual price are listed separately.

An annual commitment takes 25% off the whole range. The number of emails sent is unlimited on paid plans: what is capped is not sending volume but the number of distinct recipients contacted within the month.

The free plan is not a time-limited trial but a permanent account, topped up every 30 days with 50 credits and 100 recipients. It does, however, rule out bulk search, bulk verification, integrations, the API, exports and team features.

The credit: the unit that actually sets the price

One credit buys one data operation, and only one. There is no complicated rate card, which is the model's main strength.

  • A prospect found in the database costs 1 credit

  • An email address search costs 1 credit

  • An address verification costs 1 credit

  • A domain search costs 1 credit per result returned

The upshot is direct: a credit is not worth the same on every plan. That is the calculation the pricing page does not run for you.

A credit on the entry plan costs five times a credit on Pro L. Put another way, a thousand addresses found cost $39 on Starter and $7.40 at the Pro L rate. Same service, same tool, same engine.

The table shows something else: between Pro L and Ultra, the cost per credit stops moving. The price doubles, the credits double, the volume discount ends. Past Pro L you are no longer buying a better rate, only more capacity.

The double counter, and why it complicates the math

Credits are only half the equation. The second cap, on recipients, limits how many distinct people you can contact in a given month, no matter how many emails you send to each of them.

The two quotas do not convert into each other. A team can burn through its credits enriching a large list while using only a fraction of its recipients, or the reverse when working an already clean database.

The ratio between the two counters tightens as you move up. On the higher plans you buy proportionally more data and less sending capacity. That is consistent with what Snov.io is — first and foremost a data provider — but you need to know it before picking a plan on sending volume alone.

LinkedIn is an add-on, not an included feature

Snov.io presents itself as an all-in-one platform. LinkedIn automation, however, is not included in any plan: it is a separate module, billed per LinkedIn account rather than per subscription.

  • $69 per month per LinkedIn account on monthly billing

  • $62 per month per account on annual billing

  • $10 off per account when the module is bought with a Sales Suite subscription

  • The LinkedIn module trial can be renewed every 7 days

Run that math before comparing entry prices. A Pro S plan at $99 with two LinkedIn accounts comes to $217 per month. At that point the LinkedIn side costs more than the platform itself.

What the plans include at no extra cost

  • Unlimited emails sent on every paid plan

  • Mailbox warmup: 3 slots on Starter, unlimited from Pro S

  • Multi-step sequences with conditions, a unified inbox and tracking

  • The email verifier, which draws on the same credits as search

  • Integrations, the API and webhooks from the paid plans up

  • A lightweight CRM and unlimited team seats from Pro S

Two caveats belong here. Team features are not available on the Starter plan: a team of two therefore starts at $99 per month, not $39. Bulk search and bulk verification are also off the table on the free plan.

On the middle row, the LinkedIn module is 41% of the bill. That is the main gap between the advertised price and the price you actually pay, and it scales not with volume but with the number of profiles doing outreach.

What users say

Snov.io rates well, and across a large volume of reviews. The platform scores 4.5 out of 5 on G2 across roughly 497 reviews, and 4.6 out of 5 on Capterra across 213 reviews.

The strengths that come up most often are how quickly you can pick it up, a responsive support team, campaign tracking and having search, verification and sending in one tool. The complaints center on uneven data freshness, an email editor users find awkward, missing integrations including Salesforce, a price seen as high next to pure lead generation tools, and a real learning curve on complex sequences.

Snov.io limits to know before you pay

  • Two counters to track in parallel, credits and recipients, with no conversion between them

  • A credit on the entry plan costs five times a credit on Pro L for the same operation

  • LinkedIn automation is an add-on billed per account, never included

  • Team features start at Pro S, not at Starter

  • Bulk search and bulk verification are unavailable on the free plan

  • Data freshness is the criticism users raise most

  • Past the Pro L plan, the volume discount on credits stops

Who Snov.io pays off for, and who it does not

Snov.io holds up well for a team that burns a lot of data and sends from one or two profiles. From the Pro M plan up, a credit drops below a cent, which puts email search on par with specialized data providers, with sending and verification in the same tool.

It becomes a harder sell in two cases. If your search volume is low, the entry plan makes you pay five times what the same credit costs on the higher plans. And if LinkedIn matters as much as email in your outreach, the module is billed per profile and quickly costs more than the subscription.

Six Snov.io alternatives and their prices

Prices checked in August 2026, month-to-month unless stated otherwise. The billing unit is spelled out every time, because that is what drives the budget, not the entry price.

Native, from the first plan

Two models stand out. There are the ones selling data by the credit, where the real question is the price of a credit and not the price of a plan. And the ones selling sending capacity by subscription, where data is paid for somewhere else. Snov.io sits squarely in the first camp, with a LinkedIn add-on that no other tool on this list bills the same way.

Snov.io or Emelia: what really compares

Emelia Bannière

The overlap is real. Both tools send cold sequences, warm up mailboxes, find and verify email addresses, and bill by subscription rather than by seat. The comparison therefore holds across almost the whole chain.

Three differences shape the choice.

LinkedIn. With Snov.io, it is a module billed at $69 per account per month. At Emelia, LinkedIn automation is native and part of the subscription, from the first plan.

The counters. Snov.io caps credits and recipients. At Emelia, contacts, emails, LinkedIn actions and scraping are unlimited across the range, and only enrichment credits need topping up.

The data. Snov.io sells access to its database by the credit, with those credits spent on search and verification alike. Emelia has no global database but includes email and phone number search, charged only when a piece of data is found, plus Sales Navigator scraping.

Emelia Price

Emelia publishes its price list, three tiers at $37, $97 and $297 per month, with no commitment and two months free on annual billing.

  • The Start plan opens 3 mailboxes and 1 LinkedIn account

  • The Grow plan opens 50 mailboxes and 5 LinkedIn accounts

  • The Scale plan opens unlimited mailboxes and 20 LinkedIn accounts

Contacts, emails, LinkedIn actions and scraping are unlimited across the range, and warmup is included from the first tier. Email finder and phone number search credits are topped up on demand, from $19 for 1,000 credits, and are only spent when a piece of data is actually found.

How to cut your Snov.io bill

  • Estimate your monthly credit consumption before picking a plan: it is the price of a credit that decides, not the price of the subscription

  • Do not stay on Starter if you search and verify in earnest: a credit there costs five times its Pro L price

  • Do not go above Pro L to get a better rate: the volume discount on credits stops at that tier

  • Clean your lists before importing: every verification spends a credit, exactly like a search

  • Buy the LinkedIn module only for the profiles that actually prospect: it is billed per account and not per subscription

  • Take the Sales Suite discount on the LinkedIn module if you already have a paid plan: it takes $10 off per account

  • The annual commitment takes 25% off, but it locks your plan for twelve months while credit consumption varies

Is Snov.io worth paying for in 2026?

Yes, if your outreach burns a lot of data and you send from one or two profiles. From the Pro M plan up, a credit drops below a cent and the tool puts search, verification and sending in one place, with unlimited emails and uncapped warmup.

No, if you search little or if LinkedIn is a core channel. In the first case, the entry plan charges five times what the same credit costs on the higher plans. In the second, the LinkedIn module at $69 per account can exceed the cost of the platform.

The right move before signing is simple: count how many searches and verifications you actually run each month, then divide the plan price by that number. That figure, not the advertised $39, tells you whether Snov.io is expensive.

Frequently asked questions about Snov.io pricing

How much does Snov.io cost per month?+

The Starter plan costs $39 per month with no commitment, or $29.25 on annual billing. Pro S is $99, Pro M is $189, Pro L is $369 and Ultra is $738, each with 25% off on annual billing. There is also a permanent free plan, limited to 50 credits and 100 recipients per 30-day period.

What is a credit at Snov.io?+

A credit covers one data operation: a prospect found, an email address search or an address verification. There is no tiered rate card: every operation costs one credit.

What does a Snov.io credit really cost?+

It depends entirely on the plan. A credit works out to $0.039 on Starter, $0.0198 on Pro S, $0.0095 on Pro M and $0.0074 on both Pro L and Ultra. The entry plan therefore costs five times the Pro L rate for the same operation.

What is the difference between credits and recipients?+

Credits pay for searching and verifying data. Recipients cap the number of distinct people you can contact within the month. The two counters are independent and do not convert into each other: you have to track them separately.

Is LinkedIn automation included in Snov.io?+

No. It is a separate module, at $69 per month per LinkedIn account on monthly billing, or $62 annually, with $10 off per account when it is bundled with a Sales Suite subscription.

Does Snov.io limit the number of emails sent?+

No, sending is unlimited on every paid plan. What is capped is the number of distinct recipients contacted within the month, from 5,000 on Starter to 200,000 on Ultra.

Can several people work on Snov.io?+

Not on the Starter plan, which stays individual. Team features start at Pro S, at $99 per month, and seats are unlimited from there.

What is the cheapest Snov.io alternative?+

For high-volume email sending, Smartlead starts at $39 per month and Saleshandy at $36, both by subscription. For multichannel email and LinkedIn in a single tool, Emelia starts at $37 per month, with native LinkedIn automation, unlimited emails and address search charged only on success.
