Snov.io free plan: 50 credits and 100 recipients every 30 days, with no end date
The pricing page calls it Trial, yet it does not run out: “It doesn't end, but renews every month.” Every 30 days it hands out 50 credits and 100 recipients, keeps 1 mailbox in warm-up (15 warm-up emails a day) and comes with 25 enrichment tokens, renewed or not depending on the page (see below). No credit card is asked for, and Snov.io allows one sign-up per company.
The free tier leaves out bulk search and bulk verification, export, teamwork, A/B testing, the API and webhooks, according to the pricing FAQ; its database view stops at the first 20 prospects of a search. LinkedIn Automation can still be bought on a free account, at the stand-alone price of $69 a slot. Its history is kept for 90 days (see the refunds section below).
Where Snov.io’s own pages disagree about the free plan
- Tokens: 25 renewed every month (pricing FAQ), 25 given once and never renewed (token articles), or 50 one-time tokens (Phone Number Finder page).
- Integrations: the comparison table ticks HubSpot and Pipedrive for Trial, the FAQ above it says integrations are not available there.
- Warm-up: 15 emails a day in the table, “450 warm-up emails upon sign-up” that do not renew in the help centre.
- LinkedIn search: not on Trial according to the table, 50 prospects collected from LinkedIn according to the help centre (through the LI Prospect Finder extension).
Starter, Pro S, Pro M, Pro L and Ultra: credits and recipients, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly
Each paid plan sets four quotas: credits for finding and verifying emails, recipients (people contacted for the first time in a 30-day period, with the follow-ups to them free until the period ends), mailboxes in warm-up at once and enrichment tokens. The monthly price comes first; quarterly billing takes 5% off, yearly billing 25%, paid upfront.

Amounts in US dollars before tax. Above Ultra, Custom Ultra (2 to 5 times Ultra, from 200,000 credits and 400,000 recipients) is on quote. Snov.io marks Pro S “Best for growth”. A 15%-off six-month plan appears in the help centre but not on the pricing page. On yearly plans, the FAQ and the terms pay quotas out every 30 days, while a help article on recipients speaks of every 360 days. “Every mailbox” in warm-up is subject to fair use: 500 mailboxes on Pro S and Pro M, 1,000 on Pro L and Ultra, when more than 50% of them are neither Google nor Microsoft.
What every paid plan shares
“Unlimited senders” on the plan cards; the terms cap it at 1,000 sender accounts per team. Snov.io sends through your own providers (Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Exchange, SMTP).
What limits sending is the recipients quota, not the number of emails.
So say the pricing page and its FAQ; one help article still leaves teamwork out of Starter.
Up to 100 stages each and 10,000 active deals.
As long as the plan keeps renewing; recipients never carry over. There are no credit packs: for more credits, you buy the same plan again (a new period starts) or move up.
$69, $62 or $59: what a Snov.io LinkedIn slot costs
Sales Suite plans include no LinkedIn account. LinkedIn Automation is bought by the slot, one per connected account: $69 a month on its own, $62 a month on yearly billing without a plan ($7 saved per slot, through sales) and $59 a month alongside a paid Sales Suite plan, Starter included. The yearly price of a slot alongside a plan is not published.
Slots do not follow the plan’s billing: each one is charged every 30 days from the day it is added, prorated, with at least $5 billed. An empty slot is still charged, its profile can be changed 3 times a month, and slots are cancelled separately and never refunded. Snov.io’s 7-day trial gives one slot, once; the help centre says it becomes a paid monthly slot unless renewal is switched off before the end, while the LinkedIn page advertises it without a card.
For a team, slots soon outweigh the plan: 3 LinkedIn accounts with Starter cost $216 a month, where Emelia’s Grow covers 3 accounts and 50 mailboxes for $97.
3 LinkedIn accounts and 10 mailboxes, monthly
- Sales Suite Starter · $39
- LinkedIn slots at $59 · $177
- Grow · $97
Snov.io and Emelia, need by need
The same need on both sides, at the cheapest public setup of each. Snov.io’s plan is set by recipients, estimated here from 40 emails a day per mailbox over 22 working days and 3 emails per contact (a low estimate, since a follow-up that falls into the next period counts again). With LinkedIn in the need, Emelia is cheaper on every line, monthly and yearly. The check marks show which tool is cheaper on each line.

Snov.io’s figures are in US dollars, its only billing currency, and Emelia’s in your currency, the same number in euros or dollars. Before tax. Yearly lines: Snov.io’s plan at its yearly price with slots at $59 on their 30-day billing ($62 without a plan); Emelia without extra accounts, whose yearly price is not published. Emails found: Snov.io’s monthly credits against the smallest Emelia monthly pack that covers them; Emelia’s credits given once at signup are not counted. Every line supposes that LinkedIn and email go to the same prospects, so LinkedIn adds no recipients.
Price your own setup: Snov.io recipients and slots against Emelia’s plans
Set your LinkedIn accounts, mailboxes, sending pace and the emails you need to find each month. Both prices come from the public pricing pages: Snov.io in US dollars, its only currency, and Emelia in yours, at the same figure in euros or dollars.
You save $42 per month with Emelia ($504 per year).
How each tool charges
Snov.io bills Sales Suite by recipients and credits a month: the calculator takes the cheapest plan that covers the people your mailboxes reach (emails sent ÷ 3 emails per contact), the emails you need to find and, if you ask for it, the warm-up of every mailbox at once, then adds $59 per LinkedIn account ($69 on the free plan, $62 yearly without a plan).
Emelia charges by plan, not per user: Start $37 (3 mailboxes, 1 LinkedIn), Grow $97 (50 mailboxes, 3 LinkedIn), Scale $297 (unlimited mailboxes, 10 LinkedIn), then $29 per extra LinkedIn account. Emails found are paid with monthly credit packs, from $19 for 1,000 credits; the credits given once at signup are not counted.
Excluding tax. Emails found cost 1 credit each on both tools; Snov.io also charges “unknown” results, which the calculator does not add. Phone numbers, enrichment tokens and done-for-you mailboxes are left out. LinkedIn steps are assumed to reach the same people as the emails; with a Sales Suite plan, people contacted only on LinkedIn use recipients too.
Snov.io phone numbers and enrichment, paid in tokens
Phone numbers, LinkedIn profile data, company data and AI research use enrichment tokens, a balance separate from credits. Plans include some (75 on Starter, 150 on Pro S, 300 on Pro M, 500 on Pro L and 750 on Ultra, each month, not carried over), and packs add more at $0.02 a token. A phone number found costs 10 or 22 tokens depending on the provider (Wiza or Zeliq, which are not tried one after the other), an email 5, a LinkedIn profile 1 from Snov.io’s base or 4 in real time, company data 1; the AI web search uses about 4.8 per prospect, charged even when it finds nothing.
Packs are paid once and stay valid 90 days; they can be stacked, and unused ones refunded. The pricing FAQ calls Enrichment “a separate subscription”, available without a Sales Suite plan, while the packs themselves are a one-off payment that does not renew.
At pack prices, a number comes to $0.20 or $0.44 on Snov.io. Emelia charges 50 credits per number found, nothing otherwise: $0.95 with the 1,000-credit monthly pack, down to $0.25 with the 100,000-credit pack. Through Wiza, Snov.io is cheaper per number than every Emelia pack; through Zeliq, Emelia is cheaper from its 50,000-credit pack. The packs differ (one-off and valid 90 days against monthly), so compare prices per number rather than totals.

No refunds, no pause, and a 90-day clock on your data
Snov.io’s terms make monthly and yearly subscriptions, add-ons and mailboxes non-refundable, while reserving the right to refund a case “at our sole discretion”. The help centre lists what it looks at: a request within 14 days of an automatic renewal with no quota used, a double charge, an outage, an unauthorised payment. Unused token packs are refundable; LinkedIn slots and done-for-you mailboxes never are.
To cancel, you switch off automatic renewal in the billing settings. Paid features last until the end of the period, then the account drops back to the free plan: you can still log in and look at your data, but export stops. Slots and done-for-you mailboxes are cancelled one by one. There is no pause option.
A plan change applies at once and starts a new period. On monthly billing there is no proration: you pay the full price of the new plan and keep the credits left. Moving from a quarterly or yearly plan to a monthly one wipes all remaining credits, without a refund.
The data clock runs once you stop paying: after 90 days without a paid plan, Snov.io deletes, every day and for good, the history older than 90 days, so a lapsed account only ever keeps its last 90 days.
Done-for-you Google mailboxes cost $5 a month each and domains $14 a year (.com) or $16 (.org, .net), with up to 5 mailboxes per domain; the pricing page says domains start at $12 a year. Payment goes through FastSpring; companies enter their VAT number at checkout and have 30 days to ask for VAT back. The terms let Snov.io change its prices for later purchases and renewals, and change how credits are counted, paid subscriptions included.
Questions on Snov.io pricing
In every paid Sales Suite plan, at 60 requests a minute according to the API page, with the same credit costs as the app. Free accounts can ask Snov.io for test access. The MCP server, for AI assistants, is open on the free plan too.
In 2025 it did: 50% off yearly plans and 10% off quarterly plans until December 3, 2025, and the reduced price renews each year as long as you keep the same plan. On October 15, 2026, the pricing page showed no promo code.
On monthly billing, yes, as long as the plan renews, automatically or by hand; without a renewal they expire 30 days later. On yearly billing, the FAQ and the terms pay credits out every 30 days, adding up until the end of the twelve months, while a help article on recipients speaks of every 360 days. Recipients never roll over, and switching from a long plan to monthly billing loses every credit left.
