Emelia: keep warming and sequencing, add LinkedIn and email finding
- 1
Best for: Warm-up, sequences and LinkedIn on one billLike Warmup Inbox, Emelia warms each mailbox it connects and sends cold email sequences from it, so a move keeps both jobs in one tool. The bill is built differently: a plan covers a set of mailboxes (3 on Start for $37 a month, 50 on Grow for $97) instead of a rate per inbox, and it adds LinkedIn accounts, email and phone finding in credits that stay valid for a year, and a CRM integration. What Emelia lacks is a placement test on seed inboxes, which Warmup Inbox offers for free.

Warming a single inbox
For one address, Warmup Inbox Basic costs $19 a month, or $15 paid yearly. These three are priced for that case too: a free tier, a one-mailbox plan, or a rate per mailbox.
- 1
Best for: One account at no costTrulyInbox prices a daily warm-up volume shared by all your accounts instead of charging per inbox, and it keeps a free tier for 1 account. Its paid plans begin with Starter at $29 a month ($22 yearly), which it suggests for about 3 accounts, with a 7-day trial and no card. It only warms: campaigns stay in your sending tool, whereas Warmup Inbox can send them itself.

Best for: A one-mailbox planWarmbox’s Solo plan covers 1 mailbox for $19 a month, or $15 on yearly billing, the very figures of Warmup Inbox Basic for one inbox. The paths split as you grow: Warmbox sells plans with a set number of mailboxes (3 on Start-up at $79, 6 on Growth at $159), where Warmup Inbox lowers its rate inbox by inbox. Warmbox sends no campaigns.

It concentrates on deliverability and leaves the sending to the tool you already use, whereas Warmup Inbox can run sequences itself.

3 to 10 inboxes
Between 3 and 10 inboxes, Warmup Inbox Basic comes to $54.45 a month for 3 and $160 for 10. Here the alternatives part ways on how they count: one daily volume for all inboxes, a flat rate per address, or plans for a fixed number of mailboxes.
- 1
Best for: One daily volume for any number of inboxesMailivery sells a daily warm-up volume rather than inboxes: Starter, at $29 a month ($21.75 yearly), spreads it over as many inboxes as you connect, with a cap per inbox and 10 placement test credits included. With 3 inboxes, that plan costs less than Warmup Inbox’s $54.45, and each inbox you add draws on the same daily allowance. It sends no campaigns; its 7-day trial starts on Starter.

It has no trial of its own and, bought alone, sends no campaigns; inside a paid lemlist plan, it comes at no extra charge.

That is well above Warmup Inbox’s rate for the same inboxes, for a service built around those calls. There is no classic free trial and no campaign sending.

50 inboxes and more: sending platforms and deliverability services
At 50 inboxes, Warmup Inbox Basic reaches $475 a month, and above that it works out a quote. Sending platforms include the warm-up of the inboxes they connect; deliverability services sell it on its own, with more testing or more support.

At 50 inboxes, the price stays the same, where Warmup Inbox’s grows with every inbox; Instantly also sells a B2B lead database and a CRM. Neither tool runs LinkedIn steps.

Warmup Inbox compared: Instantly, lemwarm, Warmy, MailReach, Folderly
The bill stops following the inbox count: Instantly Growth costs $47 a month whether you connect 3 inboxes or 50, warm-up included, while Warmup Inbox Basic goes from $54.45 to $475 over that range. You keep sending from your own inboxes and can add a lead database and a CRM, each a separate Instantly subscription (from $9 and $47 a month). Neither runs LinkedIn steps, which Emelia adds in the same plan as the warm-up.
lemwarm charges $29 per address each month on Essential, with no published volume discount (only a Custom quote above 10 users) and no trial; Warmup Inbox starts at $19 and lowers its average as inboxes are added. Bought alone, lemwarm sends no campaigns, while Warmup Inbox plans include sequences; lemwarm is also included at no extra cost in a paid lemlist plan.
For 3 inboxes billed monthly, Warmup Inbox Basic comes to $54.45, MailReach to $75 and Warmy Starter to $147. MailReach adds spam-test credits, Warmy placement tests in every plan, and Warmup Inbox sequences sent from those inboxes. Emelia Start connects the same 3 mailboxes for $37, with sending and a LinkedIn account.
Folderly is a different purchase: per-mailbox plans billed only by the year, with a minimum commitment, and placement tests through its Inbox Insights product. Its entry rate is $96 a month per mailbox, billed by the year, and it sends no campaigns, where Warmup Inbox plans include sequences. Folderly’s yearly fee pays for a managed service built around those tests.
