Dripify ratings on Trustpilot and Capterra, and why G2 is missing
Trustpilot holds 532 reviews of Dripify: 81% give five stars, only 3% give one. Capterra's 477 reviewers add sub-scores of 4.7 for ease of use and 4.6 for customer service. G2 blocks automated access, so we could not open Dripify's G2 page, and we would rather show no G2 score than one we cannot verify.

What do Dripify reviews say it does well?
On Trustpilot and Capterra, the five-star reviews return to the same handful of points. Each of them matches something Dripify documents on its pricing page or in its help centre.
- A quick start. Dripify is a web app that runs in the cloud: nothing to install, and its Chrome extension is only an optional way to connect your LinkedIn account. The 7-day trial opens the Advanced features without asking for a card.
- Time saved. Campaigns run on Dripify's servers, so a sequence keeps going with your browser closed. Reviewers mostly credit it with the invitations and follow-ups they no longer send by hand.
- A bigger network. Growing a LinkedIn network is one of the outcomes reviewers mention most. Pro and Advanced allow up to 75 invitations a day, Basic 20.
- Account safety. A dedicated local IP on every plan, random delays, working hours and a random range around each daily limit; Advanced adds Activity Control, which adjusts the limits to the account's history.
- Templates. Ready-made drip sequences give new users a starting point rather than a blank campaign.
- Support. Many reviews praise quick, helpful answers, though not every reviewer agrees (see the complaints below).
The complaints that come back in Dripify reviews
One-star reviews are rare (3% on Trustpilot), but the criticism in the lower scores is consistent. Here is each recurring complaint, set against what Dripify offers today.
Basic feels too limited
Basic, at $59 a month, is limited to a single campaign, with 20 invitations, 30 messages and 50 emails a day. The inbox, CSV export, webhooks and HubSpot start on Pro ($79); team management, A/B testing (still in beta) and tags only come with Advanced ($99). Plan by plan: Dripify pricing.
The price, especially outside the US
Dripify bills in US dollars only, adds taxes where required, and charges per seat: one seat connects one LinkedIn account. A team of 3 pays $237 a month on Pro, $297 on Advanced; yearly billing brings Pro down to $59 a month per seat. Prices have not changed since at least July 2025, so reviews written since then quote today's grid.
Email takes second place
Reviewers find the email side limited, open tracking in particular. Dripify sends from the Gmail or Outlook mailbox connected to each seat (no SMTP), has no built-in warm-up (its deliverability guide suggests warming the mailbox by hand) and caps sending at 200 emails a day, 50 on Basic.
Interface, sequences and an older complaint
Some reviewers find the interface dated, and others miss a way to import or export sequences. A complaint found in older reviews, that a campaign could not be changed once launched, may be out of date: Dripify's own comparison with HeyReach now lists editing of active campaigns, so check the date of any review that raises it.
Sales Navigator, and support that can be slow
Dripify works with free LinkedIn accounts, yet some reviewers say Sales Navigator gets more out of it. Dripify's own recommended limits agree: 150 messages and 400 profile visits a day with Sales Navigator, against 100 and 200 without. As for support, the quick answers praised above are, in other reviews, slow to arrive.
Is Dripify legit and safe to use?
Dripify is an established product with a large review base. What it publishes about itself as a company is thinner, and no tool decides on LinkedIn's behalf what gets restricted.
The company behind Dripify
According to its careers site, Dripify was founded in 2017, is used by 40,000+ companies and has 100+ coworkers. Its Trustpilot profile is claimed, and Dripify replies to some of its negative reviews there.
What Dripify does not publish: its terms and conditions name no legal entity, give no address and state no governing law, and the company does not say where it is based. If your purchasing process needs a named supplier, ask Dripify before you sign up.
Has Dripify had a security breach?
No reliable source documents a security incident at Dripify. Searches for a "Dripify security breach" bring up data leaks at LinkedIn itself, and at Drip, a different company with a similar name.
Your LinkedIn account
Dripify documents its safety settings in detail: daily limits by plan and by type of LinkedIn account, a random range around each limit, working hours, a dedicated local IP, automatic Cooling-Down pauses after spikes or repeated failures, and Activity Control on Advanced. None of it is a guarantee: LinkedIn alone decides which accounts it restricts.
Where Dripify fits, and when another tool makes more sense
One rep, mostly LinkedIn: a good match
Pro, at $79 a month ($59 billed yearly), covers one LinkedIn account with the inbox, HubSpot, webhooks and API access, plus 100 email finder credits every month. On credits, Dripify does better than Emelia: Start gives 500 credits once, at sign-up. Weighing it against Waalaxy? See Waalaxy vs Dripify.
A team of 3 or more: the seats add up
Every rep needs a seat, and team management only comes with Advanced: 3 reps cost $237 a month on Pro, $297 on Advanced, billed monthly. Emelia Grow includes 3 LinkedIn accounts and 50 mailboxes for $97 a month (the same figure in euros), then $29 per extra LinkedIn account.
Email-first outreach: look further
If cold email carries most of your pipeline, the email complaints matter more than the LinkedIn praise: Gmail or Outlook only, no built-in warm-up, 200 emails a day at most. Emelia includes 3 mailboxes on Start and 50 on Grow, with warm-up; other options are in the Dripify alternatives.
Agencies running client profiles
Dripify's help centre suggests one team member per client LinkedIn profile, followed from the dashboard, but there is no white label, by Dripify's own comparison. HeyReach includes one from its Agency plan: see HeyReach vs Dripify. The other head-to-head: Dripify vs Expandi.
Dripify review questions: G2, refunds and your LinkedIn account
On Trustpilot (4.6/5, 532 reviews) and Capterra (4.7/5, 477 reviews), users praise a quick start, time saved and account safety. The recurring complaints are the limits of Basic, a price per seat in dollars and a basic email side.
We cannot confirm it: G2 blocks automated access, and we do not publish a score we could not read on G2 itself. The ratings we checked are 4.6/5 on Trustpilot and 4.7/5 on Capterra.
Only on yearly plans, within 24 hours of payment, according to its terms; monthly payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. The 7-day trial needs no card and nothing is charged when it ends: the account simply goes inactive.
No tool controls LinkedIn's decisions. Dripify runs each account from a dedicated local IP, keeps daily limits by plan and by type of LinkedIn account (up to 75 invitations a day), varies activity within a random range and pauses automatically after spikes; Advanced adds Activity Control.
Emelia is a Dripify competitor. We have tried to stay fair: every figure about Dripify comes from its own website or public review sites.
