Price per LinkedIn account: three Dripify plans against one Expandi plan
At both, one licence connects one LinkedIn account, so the bill grows with every rep. Dripify Advanced costs exactly what Expandi charges, monthly and yearly; Basic and Pro cost less but hold features back (Basic: 1 campaign, 20 invitations a day; team management only on Advanced). Emelia sells plans that already include several LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes.

3 LinkedIn accounts and their mailboxes, billed monthly
3 LinkedIn accounts and their mailboxes, billed yearly
10 LinkedIn accounts and their mailboxes, billed monthly
10 LinkedIn accounts and their mailboxes, billed yearly
Before VAT or sales tax, in US dollars (Emelia lists the same figures in euros). Yearly billing saves 20% at Expandi and 20 to 34% at Dripify depending on the plan. Neither publishes how many mailboxes a licence can connect: Dripify's help centre describes one Gmail or Outlook mailbox per account, Expandi's is silent, so the table counts one per account on both sides. From 10 licences Dripify sends you to its sales team, and Expandi's Agency plan is on quote from 10 licences: the figures for 10 accounts may change at that point. Every Dripify plan and fee: Dripify pricing.
Daily caps: fixed per plan at Dripify, ranges and presets at Expandi
Both tools run in the cloud, with a dedicated IP address for each LinkedIn account, so nothing depends on your browser staying open. The difference lies in who sets the pace: Dripify writes its caps into each plan, Expandi leaves the settings to you.
Dripify: the plan sets the ceiling
Basic stops at 20 invitations, 30 messages and 100 profile visits a day. Pro and Advanced raise that to 75 invitations and at least 100 messages and 200 visits. Its help centre then adjusts by type of LinkedIn account: up to 150 messages and 400 visits a day with Sales Navigator, 100 and 200 with a free account.
Actions are spread at random around the limit you choose, activity pauses on its own after a spike or repeated failures, and Advanced adds Activity Control, which tunes the limits to the account's connections, pending invitations and history.
Expandi: ranges you set, or a ready-made preset
Expandi publishes no daily ceiling. For each action you set a range, or apply its ready-made "Safe Preset", and a new account ramps up gradually before reaching full speed.
The one figure in its help centre is weekly: stay around 100 invitations a week. It is advice, not a cap the tool enforces, so it does not measure the same thing as Dripify's daily limits, and neither tool can promise that an account will never be restricted.
The Mobile Connector: two Expandi pages, two answers
Expandi's pricing page still presents its Mobile Connector as a way to send extra invitations every week. Its help centre, updated on October 7, 2026, says the connector no longer gets around LinkedIn's weekly limit. We go by the help centre: do not count on it for more invitations.
Email steps: Gmail or Outlook at Dripify, any SMTP mailbox at Expandi
Both put the email step in the same campaign as the LinkedIn steps. Dripify only connects Gmail or Outlook, caps sending at 200 emails a day (50 on Basic) and finds addresses for you. Expandi takes any mailbox but only writes to leads whose address it already has, and its inbox shows emails read-only: you reply from Gmail or Outlook.

CRM, API and MCP: HubSpot alone at Dripify, three CRMs at Expandi
Expandi's Business plan includes every integration it has, plus Hyperise and Sendspark as paid extras whose prices it does not show. At Dripify, integrations start with Pro: Basic has no CRM, webhooks or API.

Teams and agencies: white label only at Expandi
Expandi charges for LinkedIn accounts, not for the people who use them: teammates join a workspace for free, and its Global Inbox gathers the conversations of every LinkedIn account in that workspace. From 10 licences, its Agency plan, on quote, adds white label. The tool allows up to 15 active campaigns of 5,000 leads each.
Dripify keeps its team tools for Advanced: several teams under one login, roles, shared templates, a guard against two reps contacting the same lead and one-click access to teammates' accounts. Agencies add one team member per client LinkedIn profile and follow each from the dashboard. Its inbox starts on Pro, and campaigns are unlimited from Pro. There is no white label: Dripify's own comparison page with HeyReach says so.
So for an agency that resells outreach under its own brand, Expandi is the one that fits. For a team running many campaigns at once, Dripify Pro and Advanced have no campaign cap.

Expandi vs Dripify: is one better, and which costs less?
Not across the board. Expandi is ahead on mail providers (any SMTP mailbox), native CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive) and white label for agencies. Dripify is ahead on finding email addresses, on refunds and on review scores, and its Basic and Pro plans cost less than Expandi.
Dripify, unless you need Advanced. For one LinkedIn account billed monthly: $59 on Basic, $79 on Pro and $99 on Advanced, against $99 at Expandi. Billed yearly: $39, $59 or $79 a month against $79, which Expandi takes upfront ($948). For 3 accounts, Emelia Grow costs $97 a month.
Dripify's "Improve with AI" rewrites a draft you have already written: polish, shorten, elaborate, change the tone or fix the grammar. Expandi generates messages and replies with AI and adds sentiment analysis, but its AI features are English only.
No, for either. Both run in the cloud. Dripify offers its Chrome extension as an optional way to connect your LinkedIn account; Expandi has none.
Dripify or Expandi: which one to choose?
One rep, one LinkedIn account, a Gmail or Outlook mailbox
Dripify Pro: $79 a month instead of $99, finder credits every month and a refund window on the yearly plan. Basic only makes sense if 1 campaign at 20 invitations a day is enough. More on what Dripify does.
A sales team on Salesforce or Pipedrive, or with its own mail server
Expandi: it connects those CRMs natively and sends from any SMTP mailbox. Dripify Advanced costs the same per account and adds team management, but it only speaks to HubSpot.
An agency running client profiles
Expandi Agency, on quote from 10 licences: it is the only one of the two with white label.
Several LinkedIn accounts and real email volume
Emelia: 3 LinkedIn accounts and 50 mailboxes cost $97 a month on Grow, against $237 for 3 Dripify Pro licences and $297 at Expandi. Warm-up, email finder, A/B tests, unified inbox and API come with every plan.
