Is Evaboot free? Trial credits and free one-off tools
There is no free plan that refills every month. “Sign Up Free” opens a free account with trial credits, whose number Evaboot does not publish.
Nor does it say how long they last or whether it asks for a card. Its help centre only says they are meant to be used once, per person and per company: a second free account from the same company runs into a “multiple freemium account” error.
Without any account, the website lets you try Email Finder, Email Verifier, Sales Navigator URL generator, Sales Navigator URL converter and Boolean search generator one search at a time. Everything else, starting with Sales Navigator exports, is paid in credits.
Emelia’s trial lasts 7 days without a card, and Sales Navigator extraction is not counted in credits there, on the trial or afterwards.
The 9-tier grid Evaboot dropped in autumn 2026
Pages about “Evaboot pricing 2025” or “2024” describe a grid that no longer exists. From June 2024, Evaboot’s monthly tiers started at 100 credits for $9; by September 2025 there were 9 of them, up to 200,000 credits for $1,699, and the grid stayed so until at least September 19, 2026. A lead cost 1 credit, and its email 1 more, but only if it was found; a year cost 10 months; checking an imported address cost 0.5 credit between October 2025 and August 2026. By October 14, 2026, every lead cost 1 credit with its email, and verification 1 credit too. Every current price already existed in the old grid: here is what each one bought then and buys now.

For the same price, the new grid gives more leads when most come with an email; when few do, the old one went as far or further, since leads without an email are now billed.
Starter, Grow and Scale: 6 monthly volumes, one set of features
Evaboot’s pricing page names 3 plans, the last of which, Scale, comes with a menu of volumes. Each includes the same features: Sales Navigator export, Email Finder, Email Verifier, LinkedIn URL enrichment, CRM and webhooks, API and MCP, data cleaning and lead filtering, with unlimited users and unlimited Sales Navigator accounts sharing the credits.

Enterprise
Custom
Above 15,000 credits a month

Every volume up to 15,000 credits a month now has a public price. The home page’s structured data still counts 5 offers from $9 to $299, for 6 volumes on the pricing page. Annual billing exists, but the pricing page shows monthly prices only.
A credit per lead, email found or not
One currency pays for everything in Evaboot; the difference lies in what gets charged. A lead exported from Sales Navigator always costs its credit, while the file tools only charge the emails they return.
Your balance has to cover the whole export when it launches, and the credits are taken when it finishes. If it falls short, Evaboot asks you to upgrade or narrow the search: outside its MCP server, which can cap the number of results, you cannot pay for part of a search. The same lead exported twice is billed twice. The pricing page says unused credits carry over from month to month as long as the subscription stays active (the terms are narrower, see below); there are no one-off packs, so a one-time need means subscribing and cancelling, or moving to a bigger plan, which charges the new plan in full on the day and restarts the billing period.
What each action costs in credits
Email search and verification included; charged even when no email is found
Company data only, no email
Nothing when no email is found; up to 2,500 rows per file

Evaboot against Emelia, lead for lead
Both tools take a Sales Navigator search and hand back leads with emails, at very different points in the bill: Evaboot charges the export, Emelia charges the emails it finds and leaves extraction free on every plan. Emelia adds its Start plan unless your campaigns already run on it. Evaboot is shown in US dollars, the currency it uses, Emelia in your currency, with figures identical in dollars and euros.

Writing to these leads is not in Evaboot’s price at any volume: it sends nothing, so the sending tool comes on top.
Work out the bill for your own exports
Set how many leads you pull from Sales Navigator each month and how many of them you expect to come with an email; leave both equal for the most cautious estimate.
With this setup, Evaboot is cheaper by $7 per month.
How each tool charges
Evaboot bills 1 credit per exported lead, email included, whether one is found or not, through monthly volumes of 100, 400, 1,000, 3,000, 6,000 and 15,000 credits at $9, $29, $49, $99, $149 and $299 respectively. Above 15,000 credits, its Enterprise plan is on quote.
Emelia extracts Sales Navigator searches, LinkedIn searches and CSV files at no charge on every plan, from Start ($37), which also sends from 3 mailboxes and 1 LinkedIn account. Each email found costs 1 credit, nothing when none is found, paid with monthly packs from $19 for 1,000 credits. The credits given once at signup are not counted.
Monthly billing on both sides, at the prices each publisher shows: Evaboot in US dollars, Emelia in your currency; Evaboot’s pricing page does not say whether VAT is included. On Emelia’s side, the calculator stays on Start, which exports your Sales Navigator searches with no cap on the number of exports, from $37 a month.
Annual plans you cannot cancel, pauses, and no refunds on data
Cancelling, and what happens to the credits
A monthly plan is cancelled from the Billing page in a few screens. A yearly one cannot be cancelled or moved to a smaller plan before the end of the contract, which Evaboot states on its pricing page even though it no longer lists annual prices.
What remains usable after cancelling depends on the page you read: the pricing page says the credits last until the end of the billing period; the help centre says cancellation takes effect at once and the credits stay usable for 30 days, then are deleted; the terms say the remaining credits are lost at the end of the billing cycle. The terms are also narrower on carry-over: credits roll over only when the initial subscription renews, and may be lost on a change of plan.
Pauses and plan changes
Instead of cancelling, a subscription can be paused for 1, 2 or 3 months, with no billing and the credits still usable; the next pause has to wait as long as the last one lasted. Moving down a plan takes effect at renewal, moving up the same day at the full price of the new plan.
Refunds and the terms
The terms rule out any refund for data already delivered, including when you are unhappy with the number of emails found. They also include a clause many users will not expect: “The Customer shall not use services that are similar to the Evaboot Services when the Customer has an active (or ongoing) subscription plan”, a ban that also covers a free trial or any remaining credits.
Evaboot pricing questions
Not as a pack: every credit comes from a monthly or yearly plan, and for a one-off export Evaboot’s pricing page suggests subscribing to any plan and cancelling straight away. Emelia sells monthly packs too, from $19 for 1,000 credits, on top of a plan.
The current pricing page says nothing about tax. Its earlier versions, up to March 17, 2026 at least, warned that VAT may apply for European customers. The publisher is an Estonian company and invoices carry your VAT number when you enter one.
Evaboot’s answer depends on the page: usable until the end of the billing period (pricing page), usable for 30 days from the day you cancel (help centre), or lost at the end of the billing cycle (terms). If you need the credits, use them before cancelling, or pause the subscription instead.
