Evaboot alternatives compared: price and features
One row per tool from this page, Evaboot first for reference: who it suits, its entry price for the same need (LinkedIn, credits only) and what it does. The sections below explain each choice.
credits only
Monthly prices, billed monthly unless stated, excluding VAT, read on each publisher’s site (checked between October 7, 2026 and October 21, 2026). Emelia’s prices follow your currency; tools billed in dollars only stay in dollars, and those billed in euros only stay in euros. –: not offered, or not checked for this need.
Free ways to export Sales Navigator without Evaboot
LinkedIn itself does not help here: Sales Navigator offers no CSV or Excel export of leads or accounts. Every free route goes through another tool’s trial or free plan, and each has its limit.
- Emelia: a 7-day trial without a card, during which Sales Navigator extraction is not counted in credits, as on every paid plan afterwards. Credits are only spent on the emails it finds, 1 each and nothing when none is found (500 are given once when you subscribe to Start).
- PhantomBuster: a 14-day trial without a card, with 2 hours of execution and 50 email credits, but exports capped at 10 rows; it then falls back to a free plan of 30 minutes a month with the same 10-row cap.
- Kaspr: a free plan with 15 emails and 5 phone numbers a month, on LinkedIn profiles; Sales Navigator only works from the Starter plan.
- Lusha: 40 free credits a month for one user, spent on emails and phone numbers revealed from its database.
- Apollo: a free plan with 75 credits a month, enough to search its database and reveal a few contacts, without bulk exports from Sales Navigator.
Export Sales Navigator, then send from the same tool: Emelia
Emelia does what Evaboot does up to the export, then carries on: the leads go into a cold email or LinkedIn campaign in the same account.
Extraction
Its Chrome extension adds an “Export with Emelia” button to Sales Navigator searches; Emelia then extracts the leads, which you can download as a CSV, enrich with emails or drop into a campaign (how it works). On a LinkedIn profile, its floating button finds the person’s email and phone number and adds them to an Emelia campaign. It also extracts classic LinkedIn searches and CSV files, which Evaboot does not. From Start, at $37 a month, you export your Sales Navigator searches with no cap on the number of exports.
What you pay
Start costs $37 a month, Grow $97 and Scale $297, with 3, 50 or unlimited sending mailboxes and 1, 3 or 10 LinkedIn accounts. Emails are paid with credits: 1 per email found and nothing when none is, 50 per phone number found, 0.25 to verify an imported address, with monthly packs from $19 for 1,000 credits.
The Evaboot pricing page works out each volume.
Automations beyond Sales Navigator: PhantomBuster
For extraction that does not stop at Sales Navigator, or that runs on a timetable across several sites.
- 1
Best for: Scheduled extraction from LinkedIn and other sitesPhantomBuster runs ready-made automations (“Phantoms”) on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google Maps, Instagram and more, then chains them into workflows. Plans are sized by hours of execution and email credits: Start $69, Grow $159 and Scale $439 a month. Each email search spends a credit whether it succeeds or not, and like Evaboot it sends no emails: the leads go to a CRM or a sending tool.

Reveal contacts on a LinkedIn profile: Emelia, Kaspr, Lusha
When you want one person’s email and mobile while browsing, rather than a whole search in a file, and phone numbers, which Evaboot never returns.
- 1
Best for: Email and mobile on the profile, then straight into a campaignOn any LinkedIn profile, the floating Emelia button of its Chrome extension finds the person’s email and phone number, then adds them to an Emelia campaign, email, LinkedIn or multichannel. You pay only for what it finds: 1 credit per email, 50 per number, looked up through a waterfall across several providers. The same extension sends a whole Sales Navigator search to Emelia with its “Export with Emelia” button.

It is billed per licence: Starter, from $65 per licence a month, includes unlimited B2B emails, 100 phone credits a month and up to 12,000 exports a year. Kaspr belongs to Cognism.

What Evaboot’s plans include, and what Emelia adds
Evaboot’s plans start at $9 a month, on top of a Sales Navigator licence, and every user and every Sales Navigator account draws on the same credits; the file then goes to lemlist, Instantly or a CRM for the sending.
Its files come with names cleaned of emojis and titles, a column that flags leads outside your filters, recurring exports of a saved search and account exports, and every plan has an API and an MCP server.
Emelia exports your Sales Navigator searches with no cap on the number of exports, from $37 a month, finds the emails (1 credit each, only when found) and the phone numbers, and sends the email and LinkedIn campaign from the same plan.
More on Evaboot alternatives
Only Findymail still does the same job: it is an email finder whose extension extracts Sales Navigator searches. Evaboot itself publishes comparison pages against all three. Wiza used to be the closest, but its extension no longer exports Sales Navigator searches or lists: it now reveals one profile at a time, and lists go through its own contact database. Prospeo no longer sells a Sales Navigator export either; its extension now matches the person you are viewing against Prospeo’s own database, in a side panel. We have not reviewed their prices, so this page gives none.
No. LinkedIn states that Sales Navigator cannot export lead or account information to a CSV or Excel file; the only built-in route is syncing with a CRM on the most expensive plan. That gap is why exporters like Evaboot, PhantomBuster or Emelia exist.
