From a Sales Navigator search to a cleaned file: how the Evaboot export tool works
Evaboot’s exports read LinkedIn Sales Navigator and nothing else. You need a paid Sales Navigator licence: the free version of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter are not supported, and a classic LinkedIn search cannot be exported either.
What happens after the click
You run a lead or account search, or open a saved lead list, and press “Export with Evaboot” (or the export button of a list). Evaboot records your LinkedIn session from your browser cookies, then does the rest on its servers: it opens every profile and company page, strips emojis, non-Latin characters, credentials such as “PhD”, labels like “CEO @ Acme” and legal suffixes such as “LTD” from the names, fixes their capitalisation, and adds a “match” column that tells you which leads do not actually fit the filters of your search, since, by Evaboot’s account, Sales Navigator lets some through.
It then looks for each lead’s professional email and checks it, and hands you a CSV or XLSX file of 39 columns of profile and company data, or pushes the leads into a CRM or a sending tool. There is no way to export a list without the email search: the lead is billed 1 credit either way.
Several Sales Navigator accounts on one subscription
Every plan accepts unlimited users and Sales Navigator accounts, all drawing on the same credits, with Owner, Admin and User roles to split the work. One request from the help centre: do not run any other LinkedIn scraping or automation tool on the same day you use Evaboot.
Other jobs paid with the same credits
Beyond one-off exports, Evaboot can re-run a saved search on a schedule (daily, weekly or monthly, 1 credit per lead on each run), export accounts (1 credit each, company data without email) and enrich LinkedIn or Sales Navigator profile URLs coming from a CRM (1 credit per URL). It also finds or verifies emails from an uploaded file of up to 2,500 rows.
The Evaboot Chrome extension, renamed “SN Copilot” on the Chrome Web Store
The export starts from a browser extension, installed from the “Get Chrome Extension” link on evaboot.com. That link no longer leads to a listing called Evaboot.
On October 21, 2026, it opened the Chrome Web Store page of SN Copilot, published by Nademode OÜ, version 5.2.0, last updated on September 14, 2026, with 61 users and no ratings yet. Evaboot’s help centre explains that the listing has been reissued under different names and advises against searching the store for “Evaboot”, since old listings stay searchable after they stop working; having two Evaboot extensions installed at once is, in its words, the most common reason an export pulls the wrong list.
The extension runs in Chrome or Edge. It adds the “Export with Evaboot” button to Sales Navigator lead and account searches, saved searches included, and an export button to lead lists, then opens a “Launch export” page in the dashboard that captures your LinkedIn session. The extraction itself runs on Evaboot’s side, as long as you stay logged in to LinkedIn.
Emelia’s extension puts a similar “Export with Emelia” button inside Sales Navigator searches: the search moves into Emelia, which extracts the leads at no charge and only bills credits for the emails it finds (see the guide).
Evaboot reviews: 4.6 on G2 from 82 reviews, and a Chrome rating that no longer shows
G2 and Capterra turn automated readers away, so their figures come from search results on October 15, 2026. On G2, 79% of reviewers give five stars. Evaboot’s own pages quote 4.6 for Capterra, where the listing shows 4.4, and 4.4 for the Chrome Web Store, where the current listing has no ratings at all; its structured data counts 151 “G2 + Capterra” reviews, against 97 on the two sites combined.
What reviewers like
- A Sales Navigator search exported in one click, without copying anything by hand.
- Names and company names that come out clean, ready to drop into an email.
- A tool that is easy to pick up.
- Responsive support: reviews quoted by Evaboot thank “JB and team”.
What they hold against it
- The accuracy of some of the emails found, a recurring criticism on G2.
- The price, the other complaint that comes back on G2.
- One-star reviews on Capterra about support that stopped answering and a subscription the customer says they never agreed to.
- The only Trustpilot review, one star, about a card payment the customer disputed.
What is Evaboot, and which company runs it: Evaboot SAS in Paris, then Nademode OÜ in Tallinn
Evaboot is a Sales Navigator scraper with an email finder attached, founded in 2021; JB Jezequel signs the blog as its cofounder. The French company behind it, Evaboot SAS, was registered in Paris on November 26, 2021 and still appears as active in the French business register. Its terms of service named it as the publisher until at least June 1, 2024.
Since at least June 9, 2025, the terms name Nademode OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 17128164), which also publishes the Chrome extension. The current version of those terms is dated March 6, 2026. Evaboot’s Trustpilot page still shows an address in Montrouge, near Paris.
JB Jezequel’s author page says the company grew without outside funding, reaching $1M in annual recurring revenue in 21 months and $2M 9 months later. The audience figures on the site do not agree with each other: “200,000+ users” on every page banner, 50,000 people on the team page, 40,000 sales teams on the testimonials page and 3,500 companies on the home page.
Evaboot API, MCP server and native pushes to HubSpot, Pipedrive, lemlist and Instantly
Every plan includes the API and the MCP server: there is no developer tier, the calls spend the same credits as the dashboard.
- REST API: 4 groups of endpoints (extracting a Sales Navigator search or list, enriching profile URLs, finding emails, verifying them) plus a quota endpoint; jobs run asynchronously and can call a webhook when they finish. The documentation publishes no per-minute rate limit, only a cap of 100 calls a day for the search builder.
- MCP server: hosted by Evaboot and usable from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code, it builds Sales Navigator searches from a plain-language request for free, launches exports, finds and verifies emails, manages lead lists and saved searches, and reads Sales Navigator alerts. The documentation lists 48 tools; Evaboot’s MCP page and comparison pages say 56, its help centre 37.
- Native integrations: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio and Apollo to create or update contacts, lemlist and Instantly to load verified emails into a campaign, Clay and Google Sheets, a custom webhook, and Zapier, Make and n8n for everything else. Salesforce is not on the integrations page.
Evaboot or Emelia for 100 to 15,000 Sales Navigator leads a month
Both tools answer the same request: pull leads out of Sales Navigator searches and get their emails. Evaboot bills every exported lead; on Emelia, you export your Sales Navigator searches with no cap on the number of exports from $37 a month, in a plan that also sends your campaigns, and each email found takes 1 credit. The table assumes an email is found for every lead, the most expensive case for Emelia. Evaboot’s amounts stay in US dollars, the only currency it bills in, and Emelia’s follow yours, at the same figure in either.

1 credit per exported lead: Evaboot pricing in short
Evaboot publishes 3 monthly plans with the same features in each: Starter at $9 for 100 credits, Grow at $29 for 400 credits and Scale, whose menu runs from $49 for 1,000 credits to $299 for 15,000; beyond 15,000 credits a month, Enterprise is on quote. Its pricing page says unused credits roll over while the subscription runs, though its terms are narrower, and there is no one-off credit pack. Annual billing exists, but no annual price is published.
The grid changed in autumn 2026: until at least September 19, 2026, a lead with an email took 2 credits, and the tiers went up to 200,000 credits a month. The Evaboot pricing page details every plan, the old grid, cancellation and a calculator against Emelia.
Other ways to export Sales Navigator, or to skip it
Three families of tools cover the same ground: extractors that go beyond Sales Navigator (PhantomBuster), extensions that reveal the email and phone of the profile you are viewing (Emelia, Kaspr, Lusha), and B2B databases searched without scraping LinkedIn at all (Apollo, ZoomInfo). Emelia is in two of them at once: its extension also exports Sales Navigator, and Emelia then writes to the leads. They are compared, with their prices, on the Evaboot alternatives page.
Evaboot questions
The dashboard is at dash.evaboot.com. “Sign Up Free” on evaboot.com creates a free account with trial credits, given once per person and per company; Evaboot does not say how many.
Not for exports, which need a Sales Navigator licence; the free version of LinkedIn and Recruiter are not supported. The Email Finder and Email Verifier work on files you upload. Emelia, for comparison, also extracts classic LinkedIn searches and CSV files.
Not from Evaboot, which only returns professional emails. Its pricing page sends you to Datagma, with 15% off the first purchase of phone credits using the code EVABOOT. Emelia finds phone numbers for 50 credits each, only when it finds one.
