MailReach price per mailbox: four volume tiers
One plan, priced by the number of mailboxes you warm: $25 each from 1 to 5, then less per mailbox at each tier. The tier price covers all your mailboxes, not only the extra ones. Above 100 mailboxes, MailReach quotes a custom price.

Why 5 MailReach mailboxes cost more than 6
Because the rate of a tier applies to all your mailboxes, crossing a threshold lowers the whole bill: 5 mailboxes cost $125 a month, 6 cost $117; 20 mailboxes cost $390 a month, 21 cost $378; 50 mailboxes cost $900 a month, 51 cost $816.
So if you sit just under a threshold, one more mailbox does not raise the bill: it lowers it. The same holds billed yearly, at 20% less: $100 for 5 mailboxes, $93.60 for 6.
Emelia’s three plans against MailReach’s bill for the same mailboxes
Emelia does not bill per mailbox. Start connects up to 3 mailboxes for $37 a month, Grow up to 50 for $97, Scale an unlimited number (fair use up to 1,000) for $297, excluding tax, and every connected mailbox is warmed. Each row puts MailReach's price for the same number of mailboxes next to the Emelia plan that covers them. Only the warm-up is compared: on top of it, MailReach's price adds 20 spam test credits a month, Emelia's adds the sending, LinkedIn and the finder.

MailReach charges in US dollars only; Emelia's price follows your currency, so no gap is computed between the two and a row is only marked when it holds at any exchange rate. From 7 to 100 mailboxes, Emelia's plan costs less than MailReach's warm-up alone at any rate, billed monthly or yearly. Checked on October 18, 2026.
When MailReach is the cheaper bill
- One mailbox. $25 a month ($20 billed yearly) against $37 for Emelia Start ($30.83 billed yearly). If you only warm a single address, MailReach costs less.
- 4 mailboxes, billed yearly. $80 a month for 4 at MailReach, against $80.83 for the Emelia plan that covers them.
- Close calls: 4 or 6 mailboxes billed monthly, 5 or 6 billed yearly. In dollars, Grow at $97 a month ($80.83 billed yearly) stays a little under MailReach's $100 or $117, so the table gives these rows to Emelia.
- You already pay for a sending tool you want to keep. MailReach warms its mailboxes without changing how you send. Emelia's warm-up only comes with an Emelia plan.
MailReach spam test credits: 20 a month included, then priced by volume
Each placement test uses one credit. The warm-up subscription includes 20 a month; past that, you pick a credit level that is added to the price of your mailboxes, or you buy credits without any warm-up through the Spam Tester plan, by the month or one-off.
Credit prices by volume
Added to the price of your mailboxes. Billed yearly: 50: $24 · 100: $44 · 200: $76 · 500: $168 · 1,000: $312.
No warm-up. Includes automatic tests with Slack or webhook alerts, placement by provider, blacklists, seed list rotation and test history.
Same credits without a subscription. Above 10,000 credits, MailReach quotes.
The free spam test on mailreach.co needs no credit: 3 tests every 24 hours, without an account.
No free trial of the warm-up, no refund for a month started
MailReach writes it on its own blog: there is no free trial on the warm-up subscription. You create an account with a card, and the card is charged as soon as you connect the first mailbox; a mailbox added during the month is billed pro rata, then everything renews on the anniversary date of the first one.
There is no commitment: the terms let you cancel at any time by disconnecting your mailboxes, and the help center adds a Cancel button in the Billing menu. But a month that has started is due in full and never refunded, and the cancellation only takes effect for the following month. The terms describe monthly plans only; how a yearly plan is billed and cancelled is not published.
Emelia's 7-day trial needs no card: that is the practical difference if you want to try before you pay.
MailReach prices since 2024: warm-up no dearer, spam tests dearer
According to archived copies of the pricing page, the two entry rates have not moved since at least February 24, 2024: $25 per mailbox up to 5, $19.50 from 6. The $18 and $16 tiers and the yearly prices came later, by January 22, 2025: from 21 mailboxes up, the price per mailbox went down.
Spam test credits, on the other hand, went up sharply between September 7, 2025 and November 15, 2025: 200 credits without a subscription went from $54 to $123.50, 2,000 from $200 to $884. MailReach's spam test API page still showed the old grid on October 18, 2026.
MailReach pricing questions: discounts, euros, quotes and credits
Rather than a code, a banner on every page offers 20% off the first 30 days of warming up your first mailbox, and the same offer has run under a different season name (summer, winter, spring, autumn sale) since at least September 2024. The lasting saving is paying for the year, 20% less.
Its terms of use set prices and the order total in US dollars. Visitors from Europe see the same figures with a euro sign on the pricing page, without any conversion. Prices exclude tax; tax is added according to your country.
$195 a month ($19.50 each), or $156 a month billed yearly. For the same 10 mailboxes, Emelia Grow costs $97 a month and also sends your campaigns.
The calculator stops at 100 and MailReach quotes a custom price beyond that, as it does for agencies. Emelia Scale connects an unlimited number of mailboxes, with fair use up to 1,000, for $297 a month.
No: 20 credits come with the subscription, whatever the number of mailboxes, according to the calculator. One credit runs one placement test with its report.
