Best for: warm-up and sending in the same planEvery mailbox you connect is warmed, with no fee per mailbox: up to 3 on Start, 50 on Grow, unlimited on Scale. The same plan sends your cold email campaigns, runs 1 to 10 LinkedIn accounts and finds emails. Cheap does not mean open to anyone: there is no free warm-up plan, only a 7-day trial, and each plan sets a mailbox limit (fair use of 1,000 on Scale), because a warm-up pool stays healthy only as long as the senders in it do. What warming 3 or 50 mailboxes costs with each tool
We start from Emelia's plans: Start connects up to 3 mailboxes and Grow up to 50, sending included, then put each tool's price for the same number of mailboxes next to them. For the warm-up tools, that price buys the warm-up (plus tests or simple sequences for some), not a full sending tool.
Against MailReach alone, Emelia costs less at any exchange rate at 3, 50, 51 and 100 mailboxes. The MailReach pricing page has every row.
Read it the other way too. At 50 mailboxes, every tool priced in the table costs more than Grow, which sends as well. At 3, MailReach, Warmup Inbox, Lemwarm and Warmy cost more than Start; TrulyInbox stays under it, on an allowance shared by all your mailboxes. TrulyInbox has a free plan for 1 account; Emelia keeps its warm-up network to paying senders, with no free warm-up plan, and its plan also sends your campaigns.

MailReach vs Warmy vs InboxAlly: one problem, three different products
MailReach, Warmy and InboxAlly are often weighed against each other, yet they do not sell the same thing. MailReach and Warmy both charge for each mailbox they warm, MailReach at a rate that falls as you add mailboxes, Warmy through a plan per mailbox that also sets its placement tests; InboxAlly charges for sender profiles and the seed addresses you add to your real sends.

Three kinds of MailReach alternatives, and what each is built for
- Warm-up and sending in one plan: Emelia warms every mailbox its plan connects (3 on Start, 50 on Grow, unlimited on Scale) and sends your campaigns and LinkedIn steps from the same plan; Instantly and lemlist include warm-up with email at volume.
- Warm-up alone, next to a sending tool: MailReach bills per mailbox, TrulyInbox a daily volume shared across mailboxes. Warmup Inbox sits between this kind and the first: billed per mailbox as well, it also sends email sequences from those mailboxes.
- Placement tests first: Warmy bundles them in every plan, InboxAlly measures your real emails, Folderly sells its placement tests apart from a yearly per-mailbox warm-up.
MailReach alternatives: common questions
Emelia has no free warm-up plan, on purpose: its network is kept for paying senders, with a mailbox limit set by each plan, and the plan comes with a 7-day trial without a card. TrulyInbox has a free plan for 1 account at 10 warm-up emails a day; Warmup Inbox and Warmy offer 7-day trials, InboxAlly 10 days, all without a card. For a one-off check, MailReach's own spam test is free.
Warmup Inbox costs less at every count compared ($54.45 for 3 on Basic, against $75), with 75 warm-up emails a day per mailbox on Basic against up to 100 at MailReach. MailReach brings its spam test credits; Warmup Inbox brings simple outreach sequences.
Emelia, which adds LinkedIn in the same plan; Instantly and lemlist for email at volume; and, in a lighter form, Warmup Inbox, whose outreach sequences send from a mailbox in warm-up.
Yes: MailReach works with any mailbox that supports SMTP, and its own articles list Emelia among the tools to send with. Emelia already warms every mailbox you connect; MailReach adds its dedicated warm-up network, its spam tests and reputation tracking for each mailbox, on a separate subscription.
