Starter, Growth and Scale month to month: what each batch of inboxes costs
The three public batches share the same feature list: a spam score per provider, warm-up weighted by provider, warm-up with your own content, B2B and B2C mailboxes, tools to fix SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and a connection with no IMAP access. What changes is the number of inboxes, the users and the expert calls, along with a daily warm-up allowance that the inboxes of a batch share. Mailwarm’s page opens on its yearly tab, where the twelve months are paid up front; the amounts below are the ones billed each month.
Starter
$79/month
billed monthly
- 1 inbox warmed
- 1 expert call a month
- 1 user
Growth
$189/month
billed monthly
- 3 inboxes warmed
- 4 expert calls a month
- 2 users
Scale
$549/month
billed monthly
- 10 inboxes warmed
- Expert calls on demand
- 5 users
Interactions beyond a batch’s allowance are billed $0.02 each according to the pricing page, $0.05 according to the help centre.

What one inbox costs in each batch
Mailwarm bills the batch, not the inbox: a slot you leave empty costs as much as one in use, and a full batch brings each inbox down. Month to month, with every slot filled:
- Starter: $79 for its single inbox
- Growth: $189 shared by 3 inboxes, $63 each
- Scale: $549 shared by 10 inboxes, $54.90 each
The same inboxes on Emelia’s plans
Emelia prices by plan, never per mailbox: Start connects up to 3 mailboxes, Grow up to 50, and the warm-up runs on every mailbox the plan connects. Each row starts from one of those plans and puts Mailwarm’s smallest public batch for the same inboxes next to it, monthly against monthly. Mailwarm’s amounts stay in US dollars; Emelia’s follow your currency with the same figure.
Billed monthly
3 inboxes
50 inboxes
Emelia comes out ahead on every row with a public Mailwarm price, in dollars and in euros at any exchange rate. Mailwarm’s amount pays for the warm-up and the expert calls. Emelia’s also pays for the campaigns those mailboxes send, 1 to 10 LinkedIn accounts depending on the plan, and credits to find emails (500 given once with Start, valid for a year). Mailwarm’s calls with a deliverability expert have no equivalent in Emelia’s plans.
Past ten inboxes: Tailored, on request
Above 10 inboxes, Mailwarm moves to its Tailored plan: inboxes, warm-up emails and users without a set limit, and an expert assigned to run the deliverability strategy end to end. There is no price on the page, only a “Talk to an Email Expert” button. The pricing FAQ adds that Growth and Scale can take more users and inboxes on request.
On Emelia, Grow warms up to 50 mailboxes for $97 a month, and Scale takes unlimited mailboxes, within a fair use of 1,000, for $297.
No free trial, and how cancelling works
- Trial. Mailwarm’s FAQ says it does not offer a traditional free trial, because the warm-up is built for the long run rather than short tests. Its terms, updated in January 2026, still allow a trial switched on by a coupon code, after which the subscription is charged.
- Free tools. What you can use without paying are its diagnostic tools (deliverability test, spam checker, SPF, DKIM and DMARC lookups), with no signup. They test a setup; they do not warm a mailbox.
- Cancelling. The FAQ says you can cancel whenever you want, with no long-term commitment. The app’s billing page has a cancel option that takes effect at the end of the period, and the terms also accept a request to contact@mailwarm.com. A subscription renews at the end of each monthly or yearly term.
- Paying. With the usual payment methods (cards go through Stripe), or in crypto through the support team. The site does not say whether the dollar amounts include tax.
- On Emelia. 7 days free with no card, and 20 credits at signup with a work email. There is no free warm-up plan, by choice: the warm-up network stays reserved for senders on a paid plan.
Paying for Mailwarm: questions
No. The grid is in US dollars for everyone, on the page, in its structured data and in the app; we found no euro amount anywhere. On Emelia, the same plan costs the same figure in euros or in dollars, depending on where you are.
No, it sits apart from the plans. Mailwarm’s free tools page lists a deliverability test, a spam checker and lookups for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI and blacklists, all without an account. The warm-up itself starts at Starter, $79 a month.
Yes, according to the pricing FAQ: you can upgrade, downgrade or add inboxes at any time, and new inboxes do not wait for the billing cycle to reset. The price of a single extra inbox is not published, so the batch above is the only public figure.
Not the amounts: archived copies of the pricing page show the same $79, $189 and $549 from January 2024 to December 2025, and our checks found them unchanged in October 2026. What changed is what each batch includes: chat support first, then a free audit on the larger batches, then expert calls in every batch.
