Mailwarm alternatives compared: price and features
One row per tool from this page, Mailwarm first for reference: who it suits, its entry price for the same need (mailbox warm-up) and what it does. The sections below explain each choice.
Monthly prices, billed monthly unless stated, excluding VAT, read on each publisher’s site (checked between October 6, 2026 and October 29, 2026). Emelia’s prices follow your currency; tools billed in dollars only stay in dollars, and those billed in euros only stay in euros. –: not offered, or not checked for this need.
Emelia: warm every inbox your campaigns go out from
- 1
Best for: Warm-up included with the plan that sendsEmelia is not a warm-up service you add next to a sending tool: every mailbox a plan connects is warmed, 3 on Start for $37 a month, up to 50 on Grow for $97. The same plan sends your cold email sequences from those mailboxes, runs LinkedIn accounts alongside, and finds emails and phone numbers in credits. Where Mailwarm stops at 10 inboxes before a quote, Emelia publishes the price of 50 and beyond. It has no expert calls built into its plans and no placement test.

A fraction of the price per inbox: Warmup Inbox, TrulyInbox, Mailivery, Warmbox, MailReach, lemwarm
Each of these warms one inbox for well under Mailwarm’s $79 on Starter. None builds monthly expert calls into its entry plan the way Mailwarm does, and only Warmup Inbox sends anything beyond the warm-up itself.
- 1
Best for: A per-inbox rate that falls as you add inboxesWarmup Inbox charges by the inbox, from $19 a month on Basic and less per inbox as the count grows, with a quote beyond 50. That makes a single inbox a fraction of Mailwarm’s Starter, and the gap holds at 3 or 10 inboxes. Its plans also send outreach sequences from the inboxes they warm. The 7-day trial asks for no card; Mailwarm shows none.

Best for: A daily volume shared by as many accounts as you likeTrulyInbox does not count inboxes at all: each plan sets a daily warm-up volume shared by unlimited accounts, from $29 a month on Starter, which it suits to about 3 inboxes. It is free for 1 account and offers a 7-day trial without a card. It comes from the company behind Saleshandy. Against Mailwarm, the same 3 inboxes cost a fraction, without the monthly expert calls.

Best for: Small batches of inboxes, like Mailwarm, for lessWarmbox sells the same kind of fixed batches: Solo for 1 inbox at $19 a month, Start-up for 3 inboxes at $79 a month and Growth for 6 inboxes at $159 a month, then a quote. Batch for batch, it costs much less than Mailwarm ($79 for 3 inboxes against $189). There are no expert calls, and its placement check is still announced as coming soon.

Similar price range, more deliverability testing: Folderly and Warmy
For a single inbox, Folderly costs more than Mailwarm and Warmy less; both put the money into monitoring and placement tests rather than into the warm-up alone.
- 1
Best for: A managed deliverability service, billed by the yearLike Mailwarm, Folderly sells a person as well as software: a named deliverability specialist follows the account. The difference is in the billing. There is no monthly option: its overview page starts at $96 per mailbox and per month, billed yearly only with a minimum commitment, down to $56 from 25 inboxes, with a quote past 99. Automated placement tests are part of Folderly, and a separate product, Inbox Insights, adds 2 free tests a month.

Every plan has inbox placement tests, email verification, DMARC and reputation monitoring and a public API. For 3 inboxes, Warmy comes to $147 a month, against $189 on Mailwarm’s Growth. Its 7-day trial runs without a card, and the human side is a dedicated deliverability expert with round-the-clock support.

Warm-up bundled with a sending tool: Instantly, Smartlead, Mailshake
Mailwarm expects you to keep a sending tool next to it. These are sending tools that include the warm-up, like Emelia, but without LinkedIn automation in the same plan.
- 1
Best for: Warm-up included on its sending plansInstantly’s Growth plan, $47 a month, sends cold email from as many inboxes as you connect and includes their warm-up. That is less than one Mailwarm inbox, with the campaigns included. You can try it for 14 days without entering a card. It has no expert calls, and LinkedIn is not part of the plan.

Mailshake
Best for: Per-user sending plans with warm-up includedMailshake bills by the user rather than by the inbox: Starter, $29 a month, connects 1 inbox per account, and every plan includes warm-up for the connected inboxes. It runs the sequences too, so there is no second tool to pay for. Like Mailwarm, it takes payment upfront rather than offering a free trial.

Replacing Mailwarm: questions
The way you pay, first: Warmup Inbox bills each inbox, from $19 a month, where Mailwarm sells batches of 1, 3 or 10. You also get a 7-day trial without a card and outreach sequences, and you give up the calls with a deliverability expert that come with every Mailwarm batch.
Emelia has no free warm-up plan, by choice: its warm-up network is kept for paying senders, with a cap on mailboxes per plan. You can still try it for 7 days without a card, with 20 credits at signup for a work email. Elsewhere, TrulyInbox has a free plan for 1 account, and lemwarm costs nothing more inside a paid lemlist plan. Mailwarm’s own free tools test a setup rather than warm it.
