Email Volume: a price that follows your active contacts
Email Volume is Reply.io’s entry plan: email sequences without LinkedIn, warm-up with every mailbox, unlimited emails and 50 data credits a month. Its price climbs with the active contacts of the billing period, from 1,000 to 100,000; beyond that, Reply.io asks you to contact sales. Yearly billing is advertised as “save up to 17%”, which the grid only reaches on the first tier (17% at 1,000 contacts); at 50,000 contacts it is 8%.
Below 10,000 active contacts the price is shown “per user”, and the help centre counts one team member included. What a second user costs, and whether two users share the active contacts or each get their own, is published nowhere. From 10,000, users are unlimited.
The plan cards promise unlimited mailboxes “subject to our Fair Usage Policy”. The help centre gives the policy: 25 mailboxes per 1,000 active contacts, so 25 on the first tier and 2,500 on the last. Each mailbox may send up to 400 emails a day (200 during the trial); Reply.io publishes no recommended daily volume for cold email beyond that ceiling.
Every Email Volume tier
Per user, up to 25 mailboxes
Per user, up to 50 mailboxes
Per user, up to 75 mailboxes
Per user, up to 125 mailboxes
Unlimited users, up to 250 mailboxes
Unlimited users, up to 625 mailboxes
Unlimited users, up to 1,250 mailboxes
Unlimited users, up to 2,500 mailboxes
For 200,000, 300,000 and 500,000 active contacts, Reply.io lists “Contact sales”.
Multichannel: one LinkedIn account and 5 mailboxes per user
Multichannel costs $99 per user a month, or $89 billed yearly, with no limit on active contacts. Each user brings 1 LinkedIn account, access to calls and SMS, and 5 mailboxes on monthly billing or 10 on yearly billing (the comparison table on the same page shows 5 either way). WhatsApp tasks, team reports and, on yearly plans, onboarding with a customer success manager come with it.
Mailboxes follow the users. In the help centre’s example, a team of 3 on monthly billing has 15 mailboxes; drop to 2 users and 10 remain included, while the other 5 turn into $29 add-ons. A second LinkedIn account for the same user has no published price on Multichannel: the $69 add-on is only listed for Email Volume and agencies.
One, three and ten LinkedIn accounts on Reply.io and on Emelia, then email alone
Each line is a need both tools can meet, with the cheapest Reply.io setup: Email Volume plus LinkedIn add-ons, or Multichannel users. Active contacts follow from the mailboxes (40 emails a day each, 22 working days, 3 emails per contact). Emelia costs less below and above, and whenever LinkedIn is in the plan.

Email Volume is priced for one user. A follow-up that lands in the next month counts the contact again, so a long sequence can push you into the next tier. All Reply.io amounts are in US dollars; Emelia’s figure stays the same whichever of the two currencies you pay in.

- 3 users · $297
- Grow · $97
Reply.io cost calculator: LinkedIn accounts, mailboxes, active contacts
Set your LinkedIn accounts, mailboxes and the emails each mailbox sends a day. The calculator estimates your active contacts, prices both Reply.io routes, keeps the cheaper one and puts the Emelia plan that covers the same need next to it.
You save $140 per month with Emelia ($1,680 per year).
How each tool charges
Reply.io sells the same need two ways: Email Volume, $59 to $999 a month by active contacts (one user below 10,000), plus $69 per LinkedIn account; or Multichannel, $99 per user with 1 LinkedIn account and 5 mailboxes each (10 on yearly billing), then $29 per extra mailbox. US dollars only.
Emelia charges by plan, not per user: Start $37 (3 mailboxes, 1 LinkedIn), Grow $97 (50 mailboxes, 3 LinkedIn), Scale $297 (unlimited mailboxes, 10 LinkedIn), then $29 per extra LinkedIn account.
Before tax, data credits, calls and SMS. Active contacts are estimated at 3 emails per contact, with LinkedIn steps reaching the same people; follow-ups that fall into the next month count again, so the real figure can be higher. Email Volume is priced for one user and goes on quote above 100,000 active contacts; its LinkedIn add-on is counted at $69 a month on yearly billing too, as Reply.io publishes no yearly price for it. On yearly billing, Emelia is counted without extra LinkedIn accounts.
Reply.io add-ons: LinkedIn accounts, calls and SMS, mailboxes and domains
Most Reply.io bills grow through add-ons rather than tiers. All are monthly and in US dollars; calls and SMS are paid twice, once for access and once for usage.
What each add-on costs
Per account on Email Volume and Agency Core; 1 per user is included on Multichannel
Plus usage from a prepaid wallet: $1.15 a month per number, $0.0165 per minute, $0.0079 per SMS plus $10 a month and $20 once
Each mailbox beyond those included, warm-up included
Mailboxes on it $5 a month each, 5 per domain; the domain is registered in your name
Plus $15 a month per mailbox, sold by 3: $70 to start, as in Reply.io’s own example
5,000 to 300,000 checks a month
Per 100,000 contacts beyond the first 100,000, though the plan cards say “unlimited”
Data credits: 2 per email, 3 per phone number
Reply.io’s database is searched for free and paid when a contact is revealed: 2 credits for an email, 3 for a phone number, 1 for a LinkedIn profile alone, nothing when nothing is found. Email Volume and Multichannel include 50 credits a month; the rest comes in monthly packs, $39 for 200 up to $599 for 10,000. Emelia charges 1 credit per email found and 50 per number, from lists you bring (scraping, CSV) rather than a database. Below, the smallest monthly pack that covers each need on both sides, Reply.io’s included credits deducted.
Emails found per month

1,000 emails
1,100 emails
5,000 emails
Phone numbers found per month

Emelia’s pack credits stay valid 12 months, while Reply.io’s unused credits expire at the end of each billing period. An Emelia phone number costs 50 credits, found by waterfall enrichment across several providers and refunded when none is found. Reply.io’s Chrome extension, Findy, reveals emails on LinkedIn without spending credits; Emelia’s extension finds the email and phone number on a LinkedIn profile, paid only when found.
Jason AI SDR and agency plans: priced per team or per client
Jason AI SDR
Billed per team by active contacts, with as many database contacts included. A month, billed yearly (monthly billing in brackets): $500 ($800) for 1,000, $800 ($1,200) for 2,000, $1,000 ($1,500) for 3,000, $1,500 ($2,500) for 5,000 and $3,000 ($5,000) for 10,000; Enterprise on quote. Users and mailboxes are unlimited; you start with a demo, not a trial, and cancel through support.
Reply.io’s two pricing pages do not agree on how many LinkedIn accounts each tier includes (2, 5, 7, 10 and 25 on one, 1, 2, 3, 5 and 5 on the other for yearly plans) nor on the yearly discount (“up to 50%” or “up to 40%”; the grid gives 40% at most). Ask for both in writing before signing.
Agencies
Agency Core starts at $210 a month, billed yearly, with separate client workspaces, unlimited clients and users, and LinkedIn at $69 per account; the comparison table further down the same page still says “from $166”, an older price. Agency AI SDR starts at $500 a month per client. White label is an option with no published price, and Findy becomes a paid add-on on agency plans.
Reply.io discounts and refunds: yearly savings, a migration offer, no money back
- Yearly billing: 8% to 17% off on Email Volume depending on the tier, about 10% on Multichannel, paid upfront.
- Migration offer: new customers who come from another tool (Instantly is the first one Reply.io names) get 10% off monthly plans for up to 12 months, or 30% off a first yearly plan, on Email Volume and Multichannel.
- Coupon codes: Reply.io sometimes shows a time-limited code on its pricing page; none is permanent, so none is listed here.
- Refunds: none. The terms say fees are “non-refundable”, that non-use or a forgotten renewal is no ground for a refund, and that there is “no grace period” once a renewal has been charged. The one written exception is a change to the service that materially harms your use, which allows a prorated refund.
- Cancelling: Email Volume and Multichannel cancel in the app and run to the end of the paid period; AI SDR and agency plans go through support. Reply.io offers to keep your data on a $7-a-month storage plan; otherwise data is deleted within 30 days, and an export can be requested for 30 days after the end.
Reply.io pricing: seats, unused credits, free plan, currency
From 10,000 active contacts, yes: users are unlimited. Below that, the price is per user and one team member is included; Reply.io does not publish what a second one costs or how the active contacts are split. On Multichannel, every user is billed $99 a month. Emelia does not bill per user on any plan.
No. The terms say unused credits, contacts, validation credits, mailboxes and seats “expire at the end of the applicable billing period and do not roll over”. Emelia’s monthly pack credits remain valid for 12 months.
Not on the pricing page: there is a 14-day trial without a card (2 mailboxes, 300 active contacts), after which the account simply expires unless you pay. One of Reply.io’s blog posts still mentions a “Free plan”.
No. The terms state all fees in US dollars unless an order form says otherwise, and there is no euro price list; a French pricing page is still online, but it shows an old grid in dollars. We could not find how Reply.io applies VAT to European customers. Emelia charges one figure, payable in euros or in dollars.
