Reply.io alternatives compared: price and features
One row per tool from this page, Reply.io first for reference: who it suits, its entry price for the same need (email and LinkedIn) and what it does. The sections below explain each choice.
Monthly prices, billed monthly unless stated, excluding VAT, read on each publisher’s site (checked between October 5, 2026 and October 14, 2026). Emelia’s prices follow your currency; tools billed in dollars only stay in dollars, and those billed in euros only stay in euros. –: not offered, or not checked for this need.
Reply.io alternatives side by side: per user, per contact, per mailbox or per sender
Reply.io itself bills Email Volume per user and by active contacts (from $59 a month), and Multichannel per user ($99, 1 LinkedIn account each). Each alternative counts something else:
- 1
Best for: Email and LinkedIn, nothing counted per personReply.io counts users and active contacts; Emelia counts neither: plans are set by mailboxes (3, 50 or unlimited) with 1, 3 or 10 LinkedIn accounts included, then $29 per extra account. Email and LinkedIn run in the same sequence on every plan, where Reply.io sells LinkedIn as a $69 extra on Email Volume. What Emelia lacks: a dialler, an AI SDR like Jason and a built-in database.

Best for: Email at volume, unlimited mailboxesInstantly replaces Reply.io’s Email Volume when LinkedIn is not needed: it bills by emails sent and contacts loaded (5,000 and 1,000 on Growth), never per mailbox or user. Mailboxes are unlimited with warm-up included, where Reply.io ties its mailbox allowance to active contacts. Its sequences only send email: no LinkedIn steps, and calls and SMS sit in a separate CRM subscription.

Best for: LinkedIn first, email on the top planWaalaxy takes the LinkedIn half of Reply.io’s Multichannel and prices it per licence, one LinkedIn account each. - YesLinkedIn automation
- Price
- from $19/month per licence

- free plan, then from $65/month per licence
- Who it’s for

Same email-plus-LinkedIn mix, different billing: lemlist, La Growth Machine, Emelia
These three, like Reply.io, put LinkedIn steps and emails in one sequence. What changes is the unit: lemlist charges each LinkedIn account as a Multichannel user (5 mailboxes each), La Growth Machine charges each identity, Emelia charges the plan. Reply.io’s figure is its cheapest route for the need; La Growth Machine needs Pro for 3 identities with 10 addresses, at $405 a month.
Billed monthly
1 LinkedIn account, 3 mailboxes
3 LinkedIn accounts, 10 mailboxes
10 LinkedIn accounts, 50 mailboxes
lemlist and Emelia show the same figure in euros and dollars; Reply.io bills in dollars only. On lemlist, a second LinkedIn account means a second seat. The full duel is in lemlist vs Reply.io.
High-volume email with unlimited mailboxes: Instantly and Smartlead
If LinkedIn is not part of your outreach, the question becomes how much email each plan allows. Email Volume ties mailboxes to active contacts (25 per 1,000) and recounts a contact whose follow-up falls in the next month. Instantly and Smartlead count emails sent and contacts stored instead, and sell mailboxes as unlimited (Smartlead’s fair-use policy still caps them).
Instantly starts at $47 a month for 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts loaded in total; Smartlead at $39 for 6,000 emails and 2,000 contacts. Neither has native LinkedIn steps, and both bill in US dollars. Per need, Instantly and Reply.io are priced against each other in Instantly vs Reply.io.
When LinkedIn matters more than email: Waalaxy and HeyReach
Waalaxy sells one licence per LinkedIn account: Pro ($19 a month, about 300 invitations), Advanced ($39) and Business ($69), the only one that sends cold email. Its euro and dollar price lists differ widely, so check the one you will be billed in.
HeyReach is built for teams and agencies running many LinkedIn accounts: $79 per account a month on Growth, $59 each from 10 accounts. It sends no email; pair it with a separate email tool, which Reply.io’s Multichannel plan avoids.
A database with sequences: Apollo.io
Reply.io sells its own database (1 billion contacts claimed, 2 credits per email revealed, packs from $39 a month). Apollo.io puts the database at the centre: 240M contacts according to its site, a free plan, then Basic at $65 per licence a month with 2,500 credits, 1 sending mailbox per licence and a cap of 250 emails a day. LinkedIn stays a list of manual tasks, so it suits list building more than multichannel sequences.
Calls, SMS and Jason AI: what leaving Reply.io costs you
- Channels you may lose. Reply.io’s dialler and SMS ($29 per user plus usage), its WhatsApp tasks and the Jason AI SDR agent have no equivalent at Emelia; among the tools above, lemlist includes calling minutes on Multichannel. Findy, which reveals emails on LinkedIn without credits, goes too.
- No refund for the time left. Reply.io’s terms make fees non-refundable and give no grace period once a renewal is charged: cancel before the renewal date, from the app for Email Volume and Multichannel, through support for AI SDR and agency plans.
- Export within 30 days. After the end of the subscription you can ask for an export for 30 days; otherwise data is deleted, unless you keep the account on a $7-a-month storage plan.
- Domains bought through Reply.io stay yours. They are registered in your name and can be transferred once the 60-day registrar lock is over, after the mailboxes on them are deactivated.
