From contacted prospects to emails sent: the October 22, 2026 grid
Up to the archived pricing page of October 12, 2026, Woodpecker sold tiers of contacted prospects: 500 people a month cost $35, and a prospect counted once per campaign however many follow-ups went out. Its pricing file, dated October 22, 2026, switched the meter to emails sent: every message counts, the first one and each follow-up.
The older tiers have not disappeared for everyone: Woodpecker keeps them for “some existing customers” and no longer sells them. Several of its own pages still describe them: a help article quotes the $35 entry price, its site guide for AI tools defines “emails sent” as prospects counted once per campaign, and its warm-up page shows both $39 and $35 as the starting price. Every calculation here uses the pricing page, where follow-ups count one by one.
With a sequence of 4 emails, 500 prospects now make 2,000 emails: they fit in the 5,000-email tier at $39 a month, where the old grid charged $35.
Email tiers from 5,000 to 1,000,000 emails a month
One product, priced by monthly sending volume. Mailboxes and team members are unlimited on every tier; what grows with the tier is the number of mailboxes warmed up for free and the Lead Finder credits given each month. Yearly billing saves 33%, paid up front.

Comparing Woodpecker pricing with Emelia, inbox for inbox
Each row is an Emelia plan’s need: its mailboxes, with or without its LinkedIn accounts. Woodpecker gets the tier those mailboxes fill in a month (30 to 50 emails each per working day, 22 days, follow-ups counted), plus $29 per account. Two figures when the pace changes the tier. Monthly billing.

Emails found: 1.5 Lead Finder credits each at Woodpecker, taken from the tier’s monthly credits then from one pack (bonus credits included); 1 credit each at Emelia, from the smallest monthly pack that covers them, the credits given once with a plan not counted. LinkedIn only: Emelia’s plan also brings its mailboxes with their warm-up (3 on Start, unlimited on Scale). Scale’s unlimited mailboxes are under a fair use of 1,000.

Woodpecker cost calculator: your mailboxes, LinkedIn accounts and credits
Set your mailboxes, the pace of each one, your LinkedIn accounts and the emails you need found. The calculator picks the Woodpecker tier that holds the month’s emails, adds the accounts, missing warm-ups, a credit pack and the integrations add-on when you ask for them, and sets the Emelia plan for the same mailboxes and accounts against it.
You save $250 per month with Emelia ($3,000 per year).
How each tool charges
Woodpecker charges by emails sent per month, follow-ups included: 5,000 for $39, 50,000 for $79, 100,000 for $119, 250,000 for $219, 500,000 for $499 and 1,000,000 for $999. Each LinkedIn account adds $29 a month; each mailbox warmed up beyond the tier’s free slots adds $5 a month, 20 more at most; integrations and the API need a $20 add-on. Mailboxes and users are free.
Emelia charges by plan, not per user: Start $37 (3 mailboxes, 1 LinkedIn), Grow $97 (50 mailboxes, 3 LinkedIn), Scale $297 (unlimited mailboxes, 10 LinkedIn), then $29 per extra LinkedIn account. Emails found are paid with monthly credit packs, from $19 for 1,000 credits; the credits given once at signup are not counted.
Excluding VAT on both sides. One Lead Finder pack at a time (Woodpecker does not say packs can be stacked), bonus credits included. The cost of the mailboxes themselves (Google, Outlook) is not counted: it is the same with both tools, and Woodpecker’s in-app mailboxes ($6 or $4 each) are optional.
What a LinkedIn account adds at Woodpecker: $29, no yearly discount
A LinkedIn account costs $29 a month whether it sits on top of an email tier (the Multichannel plan) or on its own (the LinkedIn plan, which adds 100 Lead Finder credits and unlimited contact storage). The selector stops at 20 accounts. On yearly billing the account stays at $348 a year, so a Multichannel plan only gets the discount on its email part: $55 a month for 5,000 emails and one account, against $68 monthly.
Per account, the plan card lists up to 250 direct messages, 30 connection requests and 500 profile visits a day, and 50 InMails a month, adding that actual limits may be lower. The help centre gives those figures for a Sales Navigator account only; a free LinkedIn account starts lower.
Emelia counts LinkedIn accounts inside its plans: 1 on Start, 3 on Grow, 10 on Scale, then $29 per extra account, with mailboxes and their warm-up in the same price.
Free warm-up slots at Woodpecker, then $5 a mailbox
Each tier warms up a set number of mailboxes for free: 3 on 5,000 emails, 10 on 50,000 emails, 15 on 100,000 emails, 30 on 250,000 emails, 65 on 500,000 emails and 95 on 1,000,000 emails. Beyond that, an extra slot costs $5 a month per mailbox, and Woodpecker sells 20 extra slots at most. The warm-up runs through Mailivery or Warmy, and Woodpecker advises switching it off before a mailbox starts its campaigns.
So the tier also caps how many mailboxes can warm up at once: 30 on the 50,000-email tier, 35 on 100,000. Warming up 50 mailboxes together takes the 250,000-email tier plus 20 extra slots: $319 a month, or $406 with 3 LinkedIn accounts. Emelia’s Grow plan warms up all 50 of its mailboxes for $97.
Woodpecker credits, the integrations add-on and the trial terms
Lead Finder credits: monthly, lost when unused
Finding an email costs 1.5 credits and viewing a lead in the database 1; enrichment is charged only when it succeeds. Packs run from 500 credits for $10 to 70,000 for $1,400 a month, with up to 8,400 bonus credits on the largest. They are added to a plan: Woodpecker sells no credits on their own. Credits left at the end of the month do not carry over.
At the small-pack rate, an email found costs about $0.030 at Woodpecker. Emelia’s 1,000-credit pack ($19) puts it at $0.019, and $0.010 with the 5,000-credit pack; its credits stay valid for a year after purchase, even after you cancel, and also pay for phone numbers.
Integrations, API, MCP and CLI: $20 a month
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Zapier and the API all sit behind one add-on, $20 a month or $240 a year. With 3 LinkedIn accounts, 50 mailboxes and a CRM, that makes $186 to $226 a month at Woodpecker; Emelia’s Grow plan includes the CRM connection and the API.
Trial, refunds and pause
The trial lasts 14 days or 500 emails, whichever comes first, without a card (the pricing file and help centre say 100 emails), with 50 credits. The terms allow a refund only within 3 days of a payment and if the account has not been used, and never on yearly plans. Pausing the account costs $10 a month. Emelia offers 7 days without a card and 20 credits on signup with a work email.
Woodpecker pricing FAQ
Only for some customers who already had them: Woodpecker calls them legacy tiers and no longer sells them. New accounts start on the emails-sent grid of its pricing file dated October 22, 2026, from $39 a month for 5,000 emails.
Its prices are shown excluding VAT, as its pricing file states. The amount is the same in euros, dollars, pounds and Swiss francs; other currencies, such as the Brazilian real or the Polish złoty, have their own grids.
Its pricing file and help centre say campaigns stop sending until the next billing date or until you move up a tier; the FAQ of its pricing page only mentions new prospects. There is no automatic upgrade. Emails left unsent at the end of the month are lost. Moving up mid-cycle costs the full difference between the two tiers (from $39 to $79: $40), whatever the day.
