Wiza Pricing 2026: Credits, Plans and Real Cost per Email Found
Wiza sells one very specific thing: turning a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search into verified emails, and sometimes phone numbers. The sales pitch leans on "only pay for valid emails" and on annual "unlimited" plans. The budget, though, is decided elsewhere: the price per credit, the export cap, the seat per rep, and often a Sales Navigator subscription that appears on no Wiza line item.
This article breaks down the pricing recorded in 2026, what a credit is really worth, the cost of a valid email by plan, what phone numbers add on top, then the alternatives for Sales Navigator. One framing note: Wiza is a LinkedIn list enrichment tool, not a prospecting platform. It finds the address. It sends nothing, warms up no inbox, automates nothing on LinkedIn.
How much does Wiza cost in 2026? The full pricing
Wiza publishes two pricing grids that do not line up: a monthly one with quotas, and an annual "unlimited" one. Prices are in dollars, per user. Team is quote-based, starting at three seats.
Monthly plans: a quota, then overage
Plan | Price / user | Emails included | Phone numbers included | Overage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Free | $0 | 20 | 5 | Not applicable |
Starter | $49 / month | 100 | 100 | $0.15 / email, $0.35 / phone number |
$99 / month | 500 | 0 (paid per unit) | $0.15 / email, $0.35 / phone number | |
Email + Phone | $199 / month | 500 | 500 | $0.15 / email, $0.35 / phone number |
Annual plans: "unlimited" and its cap
Plan | Listed price | Billed | Emails | Phone numbers | Actual cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
$83 / month | $990 / year | "Unlimited" | $0.35 / phone number | ~2,500 exports / month, or 30,000 / year | |
Email + Phone | $166 / month | $1,990 / year | "Unlimited" | "Unlimited" | ~2,500 exports / month, or 30,000 / year |
Team | Quote-based | Annual, 3+ seats | Negotiated unlimited | Negotiated unlimited | API, Wiza Prospect, dedicated CSM |
The amounts shift with promotions and seat count. The structure has been stable for several quarters: monthly rations you, annual promises unlimited and caps your exports.
The free plan: 20 emails, 5 phone numbers
Twenty valid emails and five phone numbers to test the extension and one Sales Navigator export. It is a demo. You validate the match rate on your LinkedIn search, you do not build a campaign.
Starter at $49: 100 emails, and the month is over
Starter is the real entry ticket. 100 emails and 100 phone numbers per month, counted per user, as the pricing page states. No rollover from one month to the next. Beyond that: $0.15 per email, $0.35 per phone number, charged automatically.
100 emails is one or two clean Sales Navigator searches. An SDR prospecting five days a week empties Starter before the 10th of the month.
Email at $99 ($83 annual): the email volume plan
The Email plan raises the quota to 500 addresses per month on monthly billing, or to "unlimited" on annual. Phone numbers stay at $0.35 each. This is the plan for someone who does not call. As soon as you want mobile numbers, you either pay overage or almost double the bill by moving to Email + Phone.
Email + Phone at $199 ($166 annual): the expensive plan, and often the right one
This is the plan teams take when they do email plus calling. 500 + 500 on monthly, "unlimited" on both sides on annual, still within the 2,500 monthly export limit. At $199 per seat, plus Sales Navigator, plus the sequencer, a solo budget often passes $300 per month before the first send.
Team: API, Wiza Prospect, quote
From three users up, Wiza switches to a custom annual offer: pooled credits, API, advanced fields, CSV import, team analytics, customer success. Wiza publishes no price for this offer. The price is negotiated, and you should ask for it in writing before any budget projection.
Unlimited exports that really are
Emelia scrapes Sales Navigator with no monthly cap and without spending a single credit, from 37 € per month.
How Wiza credits work
Wiza does not sell a database you query. Wiza reveals a contact from a LinkedIn profile or list, verifies the email in real time, and officially charges only for valid emails.
One valid email = one credit (or one unit of quota)
The base unit is the email found and validated. A search that returns nothing is in principle not charged. That is Wiza's best argument, and it holds: you do not pay for the misses.
A phone number does not cost the same as an email
Phone is not "just another credit".
On Starter and monthly Email + Phone, it has its own quota (100 or 500).
On the Email plan, each phone number costs $0.35.
On annual Email, same logic: emails in the plan, phone numbers at $0.35.
On annual Email + Phone, both are in the plan, up to the export cap.
Revealing email plus phone on the monthly Email plan is 1 email unit plus $0.35. On Starter, it is 1 email plus 1 phone number from the quota. So a "complete" contact has no single price: it depends on the plan.
No rollover, automatic overage
Monthly credits do not roll over. A slow month is a lost month. A heavy month triggers the $0.15 / $0.35 charges without necessarily asking for confirmation. That is the mechanism that blows up the bill for teams who "just this month" pull 800 records.
What "unlimited" means
On annual plans, unlimited means you no longer have a displayed email quota. You have an export cap of around 2,500 per month, or 30,000 per year, written on the pricing page and applying only to the two annual plans. Unlimited here means "enough for a serious rep, not enough for an agency exporting 8,000 records a month".
The real cost of an email found with Wiza
The only useful number is the cost per valid email actually exported, at full plan usage. If you use only half the quota, the unit cost doubles. If Sales Navigator is required for your workflow, add it afterwards.
Cost per email on monthly plans
Plan | Price | Emails included | Cost / email at full quota | Cost / email if you only pull 50 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Starter | $49 | 100 | $0.49 | $0.98 |
$99 | 500 | $0.20 | $1.98 (at 50 emails) | |
Email + Phone | $199 | 500 | $0.40 (email + phone entitlement) | $3.98 (at 50 emails) |
Overage: $0.15 per extra email. A concrete example: Email plan at $99, 700 emails in the month = 500 included + 200 x $0.15 = $129, or $0.18 per email. Overage is cheaper than the Starter quota. It is not cheaper than a well-used annual plan.
Cost per email on annual plans
Plan | Annual price | Export cap | Cost / email if you use 30,000 / year | Cost / email at 6,000 / year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
$990 | 30,000 | $0.033 | $0.165 | |
Email + Phone | $1,990 | 30,000 | $0.066 | $0.332 |
Annual only becomes cheap if you really do export. At 500 emails per month, the annual Email plan works out to $0.165 per address, better than monthly at $0.20, and far from the $0.03 of the "if you max the cap" marketing.
What a phone number costs
Situation | Phone number price |
|---|---|
Included in Starter / Email + Phone (quota) | In the plan, until the quota runs out |
Email plan (monthly or annual) | $0.35 each |
Overage on all monthly plans | $0.35 |
So a contact with email plus phone on the annual Email plan is the email inside the plan plus $0.35. Over 1,000 calls, phone alone adds $350 to a bill already at $990.
0,019 € an email, no export cap
At Emelia, 19 € buys 1,000 credits and a found email costs one of them. The rest of the plan covers the sending.
Sales Navigator: the cost Wiza does not write down
Wiza is at its best on a Sales Navigator search: filters, list, CSV export, verified emails. Without Sales Navigator, the extension still works on a single profile. But the "I build a list of 2,500 decision makers" workflow assumes a paid LinkedIn seat.
Sales Navigator Core / Advanced sits in 2026 at around $79 to $149 per month per person, depending on LinkedIn's current offer. That seat is included in no Wiza plan.
The real entry ticket, LinkedIn seat included
Setup | Wiza | Sales Navigator (order of magnitude) | Total / month |
|---|---|---|---|
Solo, monthly Starter | $49 | ~$99 | ~$148 |
Solo, annual Email | $83 | ~$99 | ~$182 |
Solo, annual Email + Phone | $166 | ~$99 | ~$265 |
Solo, monthly Email + Phone | $199 | ~$99 | ~$298 |
3 reps, annual Email + Phone | $498 | ~$297 | ~$795 |
That total is what you should compare against a tool that scrapes Sales Navigator and sends, with no second data subscription. You pay for LinkedIn either way if you prospect on SN. Wiza is the extra line.
The real price for 1, 3 or 5 reps
Wiza bills per user. Three Starter seats means three subscriptions at $49, each with its own 100 emails, as the pricing page states. Budget price x seats.
Team | Plan | Wiza budget / year | + SN (~$99 / month / person) |
|---|---|---|---|
1 person | Monthly Starter | $588 | ~$1,188 + $588 = ~$1,776 |
1 person | Annual Email | $990 | ~$2,178 |
1 person | Annual Email + Phone | $1,990 | ~$3,178 |
3 people | Annual Email | $2,970 | ~$6,534 |
3 people | Annual Email + Phone | $5,970 | ~$9,534 |
5 people | Annual Email + Phone | $9,950 | ~$15,890 |
At five Email + Phone seats, you are in mid-market tool territory, for LinkedIn enrichment only. You still have to buy sending, warmup and automation.
The costs that do not appear on the pricing page
Sales Navigator. $79 to $149 / month / person for the workflow that justifies Wiza.
The seat. Every rep multiplies the line. There is no $49 "workspace" plan for the whole team.
Overage. $0.15 / $0.35, triggered on its own once the quota is dead.
No rollover. A month at 30 emails on Starter costs the same $49 as a month at 100.
The "unlimited" cap. 2,500 exports / month. Beyond that, you are no longer unlimited.
The stack next to it. Wiza does not send. Sequencer + warmup = second and third invoices.
Credits are not pooled. The quota is counted per user: three Starter seats means three quotas of 100 emails and three invoices, not a shared pot of 300.
What Wiza does for that price
For the price, you buy three things.
A clean Sales Navigator export. This is the core of the product: an SN search becomes a CSV with emails verified in real time, where a native LinkedIn export returns profiles with no address.
Verification at reveal time. Wiza does not serve a frozen database. It re-checks. Verification happens at the moment of the reveal, on the data you export. Better than an old database. Not magic.
A Chrome extension. LinkedIn profile, company page, email / phone reveal. The SDR's daily gesture.
Wiza does not replace Apollo, Lemlist or Emelia. It replaces Evaboot and part of Hunter, within the LinkedIn scope.
Who Wiza pays off for, and who it does not
Wiza is worth its price if:
you live in Sales Navigator and you want a clean CSV, right away;
a solo rep pulls 400 to 2,000 emails per month and already has a sequencer;
real-time verification saves you a separate verification tool;
your ICP is well indexed on LinkedIn (SaaS, tech, US / international).
It is a bad buy if:
you do not have Sales Navigator and you do not plan to get it;
you want to scrape and send and warm up in the same tool;
there are three or five of you: the per-seat price plus SN blows up;
your volume is irregular (monthly with no rollover is punishing);
you mainly need the French market or company data (SIRET, executives): this is not that product.
Extracting is pointless without sending
Emelia puts scraping, enrichment, cold email and email warmup on one single invoice.
Alternatives to Wiza for Sales Navigator
The alternatives are ranked in the order in which they replace Wiza: first the tool that scrapes SN and sends, then the comparable enrichment tools.
Emelia
Emelia finds the email and the phone number from a LinkedIn profile or a Sales Navigator search through its extension:
A credit is only charged if the email is actually found. €19 for 1,000 credits: 1,000 emails found, 4,000 verifications or 20 phone numbers. That is about €0.019 per email and €0.95 per phone number. No commitment.
Scraping is included in every plan and lets you pull lists of future prospects as a CSV by clicking Export with Emelia.
You just import that file into Emelia's finder, click either email finder or phone finder, and the enrichment runs.
Emelia pricing
Plan | Price | Credits included | LinkedIn accounts |
|---|---|---|---|
Start | €37 / month | 500 | 1 |
Grow | €97 / month | 1,000 | 5 |
Scale | €297 / month | 5,000 | 20 |
Evaboot
Evaboot is Wiza's most direct competitor on Sales Navigator exports: an SN search becomes a cleaned CSV, with the email found and verified. It is also the one that contradicts Wiza's model most directly: Evaboot does not bill per seat. Seats and connected Sales Navigator accounts are unlimited, whatever volume you buy, and rolling over unused credits is an official feature, not a tolerance. No sending, no warmup, no LinkedIn automation. Sales Navigator is still required, as with Wiza.
Evaboot pricing
Evaboot no longer has named tiers: a single plan, whose volume you set with a slider running from 100 to 200,000 credits per month. Entry is at $9 per month for 100 credits, or $0.09 per credit, and annual billing gives you two months free.
What you consume | Cost in credits |
|---|---|
A lead or an account exported | 1 credit |
An email found and verified | 1 credit |
An email Evaboot does not find | Free |
So a lead with its email | 2 credits |
At $9 entry, Evaboot is cheaper than Wiza's Starter at $49 if you pull few records. At equal volume, annual "unlimited" Wiza can come out cheaper per email. But the real difference is elsewhere: with Wiza, three reps means three subscriptions; with Evaboot, it is the same one, with as many seats and Sales Navigator accounts as you want. Neither of them sends the email. Tier by tier detail in our article on Evaboot pricing.
Apollo.io
Apollo is a B2B database plus sequences plus a dialer. You do not need Sales Navigator for the tool to exist: the database stands on its own, the LinkedIn extension is a bonus. Less precise than a Wiza SN export on a hand-filtered search. Far more complete once the list is built, because sending is in the same subscription.
Apollo.io pricing
Plan | Price (annual) | Monthly price | What is included |
|---|---|---|---|
Free | $0 | $0 | Limited credits, restricted sequences |
Basic | $49 / seat / month | ~$59-65 | Database, sequences, email credits |
Professional | $79 / seat / month | ~$99 | More exports, phone credits |
Organization | ~$119 / seat / month | Often annual only | Team, often 3 seats minimum |
A Basic seat at $49 already includes what Wiza plus a sequencer bill on two separate lines. Phone is paid in credits (often 8 credits per number). Per-seat billing: three reps, three licenses. Tier by tier detail in our article on Apollo pricing.
Hunter.io
Hunter finds and verifies emails from a name plus a domain, with a very clean Domain Search and basic sending. It is not a Sales Navigator scraper. Useful alongside Wiza, not as a replacement if your workflow starts from a 2,500-row SN search. Details in Hunter.io Pricing 2026.
Hunter.io pricing
Plan | Monthly price | Annual price, per month | Credits / month | Credits / year | Mailboxes | Members |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Free | $0 | $0 | 50 | Not applicable | 1 | Unlimited |
Starter | $49 | $34 | 2,000 | 24,000 | 3 | Unlimited |
Growth | $149 | $104 | 10,000 | 120,000 | 10 | Unlimited |
Scale | $299 | $209 | 25,000 | 300,000 | 20 | Unlimited |
1 credit = 1 email found, 0.5 credit = 1 verification. On Starter, an email found comes to about $0.025 on monthly and $0.017 on annual. Two points most comparisons forget: the annual commitment takes 30% off the listed price, and team members are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. Hunter sends, unlike Wiza. Hunter does not warm up mailboxes and does not automate LinkedIn.
Kaspr
Kaspr reveals email and phone from a LinkedIn profile. B2B emails are often unlimited on paid plans, phone numbers and exports are capped. More of a "profile by profile extension" than an "export a 2,500-row SN search" tool. French vendor, prices in euros. Details in Kaspr Pricing 2026.
Kaspr pricing
Plan | Annual price | Price with no commitment | B2B emails | Phone numbers | Exports / year |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Free | €0 | €0 | 15 / month | 5 | 100 leads |
Starter | €45-49 / user | €59-65 | Unlimited | 100 / month | 12,000 |
Business | €79 / user | €99 | Unlimited | 200 / month | 30,000 |
Enterprise | Quote-based | Quote-based | Negotiated | Negotiated | Negotiated |
If your daily gesture is opening a profile and revealing a mobile number, Kaspr is more natural than Wiza. If your gesture is exporting an entire SN search at once, Wiza (or Evaboot, or Emelia) is still the right tool.
PhantomBuster
PhantomBuster scrapes Sales Navigator and the rest of the web by execution time. You do not buy contact credits but machine time and slots, with email, AI, URL Finder and captcha credits running in parallel. Powerful, technical, unpredictable to budget as soon as LinkedIn slows down. Details in PhantomBuster Pricing 2026.
PhantomBuster pricing
Plan | Monthly price | Annual, per month | Execution time | Slots | Email credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Free | €0 | Not applicable | 30 min / month | 1 | None |
Start | €69 | €56 | 20 h / month | 5 | 500 / month |
Grow | €159 | €128 | 80 h / month | 15 | 2,500 / month |
Scale | €439 | €352 | 300 h / month | 50 | 10,000 / month |
20 hours for €69 is about €3.45 an hour, and €2.80 on annual. A heavy SN extraction can burn well over an hour. Email credits do exist, from 500 to 10,000 per month depending on the plan, which puts an address found at around €0.14 on Start. PhantomBuster replaces Wiza on raw extraction. It does not verify as simply, does not send, does not warm up. For an SN search, valid emails and a campaign, the PhantomBuster plus finder plus sequencer stack quickly costs more than an Emelia Start. Tier by tier detail in our article on PhantomBuster pricing.
Entry pricing compared

Wiza | $49 / month / user | Seat + credits / exports | Yes (SN often required alongside) | No |
Evaboot | From $9 depending on the volume chosen | Credits, unlimited seats | Yes, core of the product | No |
Apollo.io | ~$49 / seat / month, annual | Seat + credits | Extension, not a pure SN export | Sequences included |
Hunter.io | ~$49 / month | Email credits | No | Limited sending, no warmup |
Kaspr | ~$45 to $49 / user, annual | Seat + phone credits | LinkedIn extension | No |
PhantomBuster | $69 / month | Execution hours | Yes | No |
Wiza or Emelia: the comparison at real scope
Comparing $49 of Starter with €37 of Emelia Start only makes sense on the extracted data. As soon as you want to write to the prospect, the two bills diverge.

Phone | Separate quota or $0.35 | 50 credits / phone number (~€0.95) |
Verification | Included at reveal | Included (0.25 credit) |
SN export | Yes, core of the product | Yes, unlimited scraping |
Beyond the 2,500 SN results | Wiza export cap | Segmented scraping included |
Cold email | No | Unlimited sending from Start up |
Warmup | No | Included on every mailbox |
LinkedIn automation | No | Included |
Billing | Per seat | Per workspace |
Sales Navigator | Nearly essential, paid separately | Useful, not required in order to send |

How to choose your Wiza plan in 2026
You are testing the match rate. Free, 20 emails. Export your own SN search, not the demo.
Under 80 contacts / month, email plus phone. Starter at $49. Watch the 10th of the month.
400 to 500 emails / month, no calling. Monthly Email plan ($99) or annual ($83 / month).
You call. Email + Phone. The Email plan plus $0.35 per phone number quickly passes the upgrade.
You use 2,000 exports every month. Go annual, otherwise overage eats the difference.
There are three or more of you. Multiply the plan price by the number of seats and by twelve months: that total is what to look at, not the entry ticket.
You do not have Sales Navigator. Wiza is probably not the right first purchase.
Should you pay for Wiza in 2026?
Yes, if you are buying a verified Sales Navigator export, the LinkedIn seat is already there, and outreach lives in another tool. In that case, annual Email ($990) is the coherent plan for an email-only solo. Annual Email + Phone ($1,990) is the coherent plan as soon as you call.
No, if you pay for Wiza believing you are buying a pipeline machine. You will get a CSV. You will not get a campaign. At $166 per month per person, plus SN, plus the sequencer, the budget passes that of an all-in-one that scrapes the same search.
The real cost of a Wiza email in 2026 sits between $0.03 and $0.49 depending on plan, volume and commitment, excluding Sales Navigator, excluding sending. The real cost of making contact is always higher, because a CSV does not warm itself up.
Frequently asked questions about Wiza pricing in 2026
How much does Wiza cost per month?+
Starter: $49 / user. Email: $99 monthly or $83 on annual ($990 / year). Email + Phone: $199 monthly or $166 on annual ($1,990 / year). Team: quote, from three seats. The free plan gives 20 emails and 5 phone numbers.
Does Wiza only charge for valid emails?+
That is the stated rule: no match, no charge on the email. Phone numbers have their own counter or a $0.35 rate. Treat Wiza verification as a strong filter, not as a 100 % guarantee.
Do Wiza credits roll over?+
No on the monthly plans. The quota for a given month is lost on the 1st of the next one. The annual plan gives you a right of use across the year, capped by the export ceiling of around 2,500 per month.
Why is "unlimited" not really unlimited?+
Because Wiza caps exports at around 30,000 a year. Unlimited describes the absence of a small quota like 100 or 500, not an infinite capacity.
How much does one email cost with Wiza?+
$0.49 on Starter if you use all 100 credits, $0.20 on monthly Email at 500 emails, $0.033 on annual Email if you export 30,000 records, closer to $0.17 at a realistic pace of 500 a month. Overage: $0.15.
Do you need Sales Navigator to use Wiza?+
To reveal a single profile, no. For the workflow that justifies the tool, exporting an SN search, yes in the vast majority of cases. Add $79 to $149 / month / person to the Wiza price.
