Wiza alternatives compared: price and features
One row per tool from this page, Wiza first for reference: who it suits, its entry price for the same need (LinkedIn, credits only) and what it does. The sections below explain each choice.
credits only
Monthly prices, billed monthly unless stated, excluding VAT, read on each publisher’s site (checked between October 8, 2026 and October 21, 2026). Emelia’s prices follow your currency; tools billed in dollars only stay in dollars, and those billed in euros only stay in euros. –: not offered, or not checked for this need.
Export a Sales Navigator search, then find the emails: Emelia
- 1
Best for: Turning a Sales Navigator search into a campaign, emails and phone numbers includedWhat Wiza’s extension stopped doing on August 19, 2026 is the first thing Emelia’s does: in a Sales Navigator search, the “Export with Emelia” button sends the search to Emelia, which extracts the leads, with no limit on the number of exports, from $37 a month before tax. The emails and numbers are then found in credits (1 per email, 50 per number, nothing when none is found), and a pack of 1,000 credits costs $19 a month without any plan if you only need the finder. Credits stay valid 12 months, even after you cancel, and nothing is billed per user. Emelia has no contact database of its own: the leads come from your searches, your files or LinkedIn.

A tool built around Sales Navigator exports: Evaboot
- 1
Best for: Exporting Sales Navigator searches and lists to a clean file with verified emailsEvaboot does the bulk export Wiza dropped: it turns a Sales Navigator search or lead list into a file, cleans names and company fields and looks up a verified email for each lead. It charges 1 credit per lead exported, email included, even when no email is found. There is no phone finder or database search to replace Wiza Prospect; the leads leave Evaboot as a file or go to a connected CRM.

Reveal a contact from a LinkedIn profile, as Wiza now does: Kaspr and Lusha
Both reveal contacts on a LinkedIn profile, as Wiza’s extension does, and can also handle several contacts from a search; both have a database behind them and are paid in credits, per licence or per plan.
- 1
Best for: Mobile numbers revealed on LinkedIn by a European team
Kaspr’s extension reveals emails and phone numbers on LinkedIn profiles on every plan and works on Sales Navigator from Starter, priced $65 per licence a month, with 100 phone credits included per licence and emails unlimited within a cap. Unlike Wiza, it bills phone numbers through monthly quotas and packs rather than per-result overage, and it shows prices in euros as well as dollars. It sends nothing either, and each extra person needs a licence.

Best for: A large database with an extension on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and CRMsLusha pairs a 515M+ contact database with an extension that runs on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot and Gmail. Its plans are a single pot of credits, 1 per email and 5 per phone number, from $49.90 for 400 credits on Starter, with licences included and more sold apart. Per phone number, it costs more than Wiza’s overage; per email, less (the Wiza vs Lusha comparison runs the numbers).

Databases with intent data and sales tools: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism
If Wiza Prospect is what you rely on, these sell databases of their own, usually with intent signals; two of them only on quote.
- 1
Best for: A database, an extension and email sequences in one subscriptionApollo combines a database, a Chrome extension and its own email sequences, so the contacts found do not have to travel to Outreach or Salesloft as they do from Wiza. It is billed per licence with monthly credits, and mobile numbers cost more credits than emails. Its LinkedIn steps are manual tasks, not automation.

Best for: Enterprise data with intent signals and many integrationsZoomInfo sells a database of 500M+ contacts with intent topics, an extension and a long list of integrations, but no public price: plans are quoted, on contracts of 1 to 3 years that cannot be cancelled during their term. Its self-serve API, GTM.AI, is the exception, with data credits between $0.25 and $0.45 a record, depending on volume, and no mobiles. The Wiza vs ZoomInfo comparison sets the two buying models side by side.

Like ZoomInfo, it publishes no price for its prospecting plans: they start with a sales call. Each revealed contact costs 1 credit, email and mobile together, where Wiza bills $0.35 for each contact with a number past the quota.

Enrich a list you already have: finders and waterfalls
For a CSV or a CRM import, the other half of Wiza’s use, these tools find emails (and for some, phone numbers) from a name and a company, with credits charged per result.

Best for: Finding and verifying emails from a domain, with sending includedHunter’s Email Finder works from a name and a company domain, and its plans include an email verifier and cold email sending from your own mailboxes, from $49 a month on Starter for the whole team. It has no phone finder and no LinkedIn bulk export, so it replaces Wiza for emails only.

Questions about leaving Wiza
All three appear next to Wiza on the Chrome Web Store. RocketReach is billed per user too, from $69 a month for 100 lookups with emails only; numbers come in the same lookup from Pro at $119, and its extension, like Wiza’s, no longer exports Sales Navigator lists in bulk. We have not checked the current prices and features of ContactOut and SalesQL, so they are named here without figures.
On this page, Emelia first, then the tools grouped by the job they share with Wiza: Sales Navigator exports (Evaboot), LinkedIn profile lookups (Kaspr, Lusha), databases (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism) and file enrichment (Hunter, Snov.io, Icypeas, Dropcontact, FullEnrich). Wiza itself measures its data against Apollo and ZoomInfo on its Enterprise page.
Wiza’s help centre explains the change of August 19, 2026 with one sentence: “LinkedIn has tightened what third-party extensions can do on its platform”, adding that it applies to every account and plan. Lists are now built in Wiza Prospect, uploaded as CSV files or imported from a CRM.
Emelia gives 20 credits at sign-up with a business email and a 7-day trial without a card. Wiza’s own free plan stops at 20 emails and 5 numbers, and the table at the top of this page marks the other tools that have a free plan.
