Business at $99, Agency on request: the whole Expandi price list
Short answer: Expandi costs $99 per LinkedIn account a month, or $79 a month on a yearly plan paid upfront ($948 per seat). Prices are in US dollars only and exclude VAT. From 10 seats, the Agency plan is priced on request.

The yearly plan saves 20% ($240 per seat over a year). Expandi mentions larger discounts for more seats without publishing a scale, and a promotional page takes 10% off each account for the first 12 months ($89.10 instead of $99).
Expandi pricing in 2024, 2025 and 2026: the same figures since February 2024
Every capture of Expandi's pricing page in the Wayback Machine since February 23, 2024 shows $99 a month and $79 on yearly billing, with the Agency card from 10 seats. A price quoted for 2024 or 2025 is still today's price.
- The trial changed, not the price. The captures of April 1, 2026 and April 17, 2026 advertise a 14-day free trial; by June 17, 2026 it was back to 7 days.
- The Business card was rewritten. It now reads "Better suited for small sales teams" and no longer lists the number of campaign types and scraping methods it used to.
Trying Expandi first: 7 days without a card, first subscription only
The trial unlocks every feature for 7 days and does not ask for a credit card. Nothing is charged before the end of the trial.
- A card on one route. The standard sign-up asks for none; the 10%-off promotional page asks for a card at checkout, with nothing charged if you cancel within the trial.
- One trial per user account. Under the terms, the trial only applies to the first subscription; a second subscription is billed as soon as it is activated.
- No free plan afterwards. Once the trial ends, campaigns need a paid seat.
- Onboarding during the trial: one of Expandi's pages promises that a customer success manager and an onboarding specialist reach out, although the pricing page lists a dedicated manager as an Agency feature.
- Same length at Emelia: 7 days, no card.
What one Expandi seat covers, and the seat rules that land on the invoice
Some of Expandi's own comparison pages describe a flat team rate. Its FAQ and help centre say otherwise: the price is per seat, and a seat is one LinkedIn account. These are the rules that decide the amount on the invoice.
Teammates are free
Colleagues and clients join the workspace at no cost. Only the connected LinkedIn accounts are billed.
Seats added or removed pro rata
Adding a seat mid-cycle charges the remaining time; removing one credits the unused time on the next invoice of the same subscription.
A disconnected seat is still billed
Unplugging a LinkedIn account does not stop the seat. It is billed until you remove it from the subscription, which is only possible once no account is attached to it.
Moving a seat to another account
One transfer a month from the LinkedIn settings, without limit from the subscription page, within the same workspace.
Several subscriptions, codes at creation
A workspace can hold several subscriptions with different billing dates. A discount or voucher code can only be entered when a subscription is created.
VAT and payment
Paid by card through Stripe, VAT of your billing country added on top: the sample invoice in Expandi's help centre adds 21% Dutch VAT to the seats.

Your number of LinkedIn accounts, priced at Expandi and at Emelia
Set your LinkedIn accounts, the mailboxes you send from and the billing period. Expandi is one seat per account; Emelia, the cheapest plan that covers both.
You save $132 per month with Emelia ($1,584 per year).
How each tool charges
Expandi charges one Business seat per LinkedIn account: $99 a month, or $79 a month on a prepaid year. Every feature is included, so the volume of invitations does not change the price, and the number of mailboxes a seat can hold is not published: the calculator does not charge Expandi for them.
Emelia charges by plan, not per user: Start $37 (3 mailboxes, 1 LinkedIn), Grow $97 (50 mailboxes, 3 LinkedIn), Scale $297 (unlimited mailboxes, 10 LinkedIn), then $29 per extra LinkedIn account. Sending is unlimited.
In dollars, Expandi's only currency (Emelia shows the same figures in euros and dollars), Expandi before VAT. From 10 accounts, Expandi at list price: its Agency quote may be lower by an amount it does not publish. Third-party add-ons (Hyperise and Sendspark, a Smartlead account) are left out. Extra Emelia LinkedIn accounts are only counted on monthly billing (their yearly price is not published).
Stopping an Expandi subscription: the steps, the renewal and the refund question
Billing and cancellation are the most frequent topic in Expandi's latest one-star reviews on Trustpilot. Its terms and help centre set out how it works.
- Charged upfront, renewed automatically. The amount is taken when you subscribe, then again on the same date each period, for the same duration. Expandi may change its prices with notice, and does not send a reminder when a discount expires.
- Detach, then cancel. Unlink the LinkedIn accounts from their seats, then use "Cancel subscription" in Subscriptions & Payments. The help centre adds that a cancelled subscription cannot be reactivated, so you start a new one; the terms, for their part, mention resuming it under the same conditions.
- Effective date: not written. Neither the terms nor the help centre say whether a cancellation takes effect at once or at the end of the period, nor what happens to a yearly plan cancelled mid-term.
- Refunds: the terms say no. "Unless required by law, the subscription fees are nonrefundable." Expandi's affiliate terms mention a 7-day money-back guarantee; nothing in the terms of sale confirms it. The contract is governed by Dutch law.
Teammates, VAT, codes and ten-plus accounts: Expandi's bill in four questions
No. Expandi bills LinkedIn accounts, not users: colleagues and clients are invited into the workspace for free. Five people sharing two LinkedIn profiles pay for two seats.
No. Prices are before tax, and the VAT of your billing country is added on the invoice. The sample invoice in Expandi's help centre adds 21% Dutch VAT.
No public code. Codes and vouchers exist, but they can only be entered when a subscription is created. The official discounts are the yearly plan (20%) and a promotional page that applies 10% off each account for 12 months at checkout, without a code (a card is asked for on that route). A page from Expandi's Black Friday 2025 bundle is still online, but it is a past offer, and participants of SaaS on the Beach 2026 were offered a free one-year licence.
At list price, $990 a month for 10 accounts ($790 a month on a prepaid year), before VAT. From 10 seats, Expandi sends you to its sales team for an Agency quote; no scale is published. Emelia Scale covers 10 LinkedIn accounts for $297 a month, then $29 per extra account.
Emelia is an Expandi competitor. We have tried to stay fair: every figure about Expandi comes from its own website or public review sites.
